Description

The present invention relates to a top-hanging fitting that suspends and supports building components such as a shoji screen, a blindfold panel, and a partition panel.

Conventionally, various types of top-hanging joinery have been proposed.
For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a runner having a rolling wheel (guide roller) is attached to the upper end of a door plate (construction concrete), a guide pin is attached to the lower end of the door plate, and the rolling wheel is in contact with the upper rail. The door plate is suspended and supported so that it can run freely, and the guide pin is slidably inserted into the grooved rail of the lower frame member to prevent the lower part of the door plate from swinging in the direction perpendicular to the running direction. A suspension type sliding door has been proposed.

Also, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, a runner body supported by the upper rail, a runner base attached to the runner body, and a holder attached to a door panel (building concrete) constitute a runner unit. There has been proposed an overhanging joinery in which the runner base and the holder are connected to each other so that the door panel can be suspended and supported on the upper guide rail while being supported on the rail.
JP 2002-70401 A JP 2000-226962 A

In the above-described suspension type sliding door disclosed in Patent Document 1, a runner equipped with a guide roller is attached to the building concrete, and the construction roller is lifted in that state and supported by hanging the guide roller in contact with the upper rail. It is difficult to suspend and support the building details on the upper rail.

In the case of the top-hanging fitting disclosed in Patent Document 2 described above, the runner body with the runner base attached thereto is supported by the upper rail, the holder is attached to the construction concrete, and in this state, the construction concrete is lifted and the holder and the runner base Can be supported by hanging the joinery, but the construction is moved in the out-of-plane direction (perpendicular to the direction of travel) to connect the holder and the runner stand. It is difficult to suspend and support the unit on the upper rail.

An object of the present invention is to provide a joinery that can easily suspend and support a building concrete on an upper rail.

In the present invention, the upper part of the building concrete is suspended and supported on the upper rail by a hanger, and the lower guide part of the building concrete and the guide receiving part of the lower rail are slidably fitted to each other and perpendicular to the running direction. It is a hanging type fitting that is steady in the direction,
The hanger includes a hanger main body having a guide roller, and a connecting means for connecting the hanger main body and the building concrete.
The connecting means includes an upper screw member that is suspended and supported on the hanger body so as to be movable upward, and a lower screw member that is screwed to the upper screw member and attached to an upper portion of the building member. In the suspended state, the upper screw member moves upward from the hanger body and comes into contact with the lower screw member under its own weight.

In the present invention, the lifting control means on the hanger body is provided below the hanger body so as to face the upper surface of the building,
When the upper surface of the building concrete abuts against the lifting restricting means, the upward movement of the building concrete can be regulated so that the guide portion at the lower part of the building concrete and the guide receiving portion of the lower rail are not detached.
In this way, when the building concrete is opened and closed, an upward force is applied to the building concrete, and the construction concrete is restricted from moving upward with respect to the hanger body together with the male screw member. And can be prevented from coming off.
In addition, when the building concrete is supported by being suspended, the male screw member is rotated too much and the construction concrete moves too much upward, so that the guide portion and the guide receiving portion can be prevented from coming off.
In addition, since the lifting restriction means protrudes downward from the hanger body, it does not interfere with the support of the hanger on the upper rail, so it does not interfere with the concrete hanger and supports the hanger on the upper rail. There is no need to install it afterwards, so you can never forget it.

In the present invention, a part of the hanger body can be bent downward to form the lifting restricting means.
If it does in this way, it can be set as a lifting control means by carrying out sheet metal processing of the hanger body.

In the present invention, the upper screw member is a male screw member, the lower screw member is a female screw member, a locking nut is screwed onto the male screw member, and the nut is fastened to the upper surface of the concrete structure to prevent the male screw member from rotating. It can be.
If it does in this way, even if it uses a joinery for a long period of time, a male screw member will not loosen, but it can drive | work a construction concrete along an upper rail reliably.

According to the present invention, the hanger body is supported on the upper rail by bringing the guide roller into contact with the upper rail and supporting the hanger body on the upper rail, and the upper screw member is moved along the upper rail in this state. The upper screw member abuts against the lower screw member by its own weight, and the upper screw member is rotated and engaged with the lower screw member to lift the building concrete. Can be supported by hanging on the upper rail.
Therefore, the building details can be easily suspended and supported on the upper rail.

The building concrete 3 includes a gutter assembly 33 in which an upper gutter 30, a lower gutter 31, and left and right vertical gutters 32 are connected in a rectangular shape, and a shoji that has glass installed in the gutter assembly 33, and the gutter assembly A blindfold panel provided with a louver in 33, a partition panel in which the panel is mounted in the saddle assembly 33, and the like. The lower rod 31 has a downward recess 31a at the center in the width direction, and a pair of resin block bodies 34 are attached to two locations in the longitudinal direction of the downward recess 31a.
Each block body 34 has a groove 34a opened on its lower surface, and the groove 34a serves as the above-described groove-shaped guide portion 3a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the upper rail 1 is a long material having a predetermined width (dimension in the out-of-plane direction) and height (vertical dimension), and the upper rail 1 has two roller support portions separated in the width direction. For example, it has the one side roller support part 10 and the other side roller support part 11. FIG.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper rail 1 has a wide upper surface plate 12, a one-side vertical plate 13 and an other-side vertical plate 14 that are provided downward on both sides of the upper surface plate 12 in the width direction, One side horizontal plate 15 provided toward the other side vertical plate 14 at the lower part of the side vertical plate 13, and the other side horizontal plate 16 provided toward the one side vertical plate 13 at the lower part of the other side vertical plate 14. The one side plate 15 is the one side roller support portion 10 and the other side plate 16 is the other side roller support portion 11. Note that an L-shaped plate 17 is integrally provided across the other side end of the upper surface plate 12 in the width direction and the other side plate 16 to increase the rigidity of the upper rail 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the lower rail 2 includes a long horizontal plate 20 having a predetermined width, and a rising plate 21 that is integrally provided at the center in the width direction of the horizontal plate 20.
This rising plate 21 is the above-described guide receiving portion 2a of the ridge.
The rising plate 21 and the grooves 34a are fitted together.

As shown in FIG. 2, the hanger 4 has two guide rollers on both sides in the width direction of the hanger body 40, and the guide rollers are in contact with the roller support portion in a freely rotatable manner. For example, the one-side guide roller 41 and the other-side guide roller 42 are in contact with the one-side and other-side roller support portions 10 and 11.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the hanger 4 includes a hanger body 40, one side guide roller 41 attached to both sides of the hanger body 40 in the width direction, the other side guide roller 42, and the hanger body. 40 is provided with a connecting means 43 for connecting 40 to the upper part of the building concrete 3, for example, the upper gutter 30, and a lifting restricting means 44 provided on the hanger body 40.
The one side guide roller 41 is rotatably supported along the one side roller support portion 10 (one side horizontal plate 15), and the other side guide roller 42 is supported by the other side roller support portion 11 (other side horizontal plate 16). Is supported rotatably.

The connecting means 43 includes an upper screw member, such as a male screw member 45, which is suspended and supported on the hanger body 40 so as to be movable upward, and a lower screw member, such as a female screw, into which the upper screw member (male screw member 45) is screwed. The female screw member 46 is fixedly attached to the upper part of the building concrete 3, for example, the upper collar 30, and the male screw member 45 is screwed to the female screw member 46, so that the hanger body 40 and the building concrete 3 The upper part is connected, and the upper part of the building concrete 3 is suspended and supported on the upper rail 1 by the hanger 4 so as to run freely.

As shown in FIG. 5, the one side and the other side guide rollers 41 and 42 are in contact with the upper rail 1 to support the hanger body 40 on the upper rail and to suspend and support the building concrete 3, for example, mounted on the lower rail 2. In a state where the upper end of the guide receiving portion 2a of the lower rail 2 and the lower end of the guide portion 3a of the lower rod 31 are in contact with each other, the male screw member 45 comes into contact with the upper surface 3b of the building concrete 3 and hangers The main body 40 is moved upward.

As shown in FIG. 6, the hanger body 3 is placed on the lower rail 2 and the hanger body 40 and the one side / other side guide rollers 41 and 42 are supported on the upper rail 1 as shown in FIG. 40 runs along the upper rail 1 as indicated by an arrow a, and the male screw member 45 is moved upward as indicated by an arrow b, and its lower end abuts against the upper surface 3b of the building concrete 3, and the hanger body By traveling 40, the lower end portion of the male screw member 45 is matched with the female screw member 46 as shown in FIG. 7. An elastic material such as a spring that moves the male screw member 45 downward may be provided.
As a result, the male screw member 45 abuts against the female screw member 46 by its own weight, and in this state, the male screw member 45 is rotated and engaged with the female screw member 46, so that the building concrete 3 is moved upward, as shown in FIG. The building concrete 2 can be supported by being suspended from the upper rail 1. The male screw member 45 has a tool hook for rotating with a tool for rotation.

Therefore, the building concrete 3 is suspended and supported, for example, placed on the lower rail 2, the hanger body 40 is supported on the upper rail 1 and travels along the upper rail 1, and the lower end portion of the male screw member 45 is connected to the female screw member. 46, and the male screw member 45 is rotated and screwed into the female screw member 46, so that the building concrete 3 can be suspended and supported on the upper rail 1, so that the building concrete 3 can be easily suspended and supported on the upper rail 1. .

A lock nut 47 is screwed onto the male screw member 45.
By tightening the nut 47 to the upper surface 3b of the building concrete 3, the looseness of the male screw member 45 is prevented.
In order to support the hanger body 40 on the upper rail 1 as described above, for example, the hanger body 40 and the one-side guide roller 41 are arranged at arbitrary positions in the longitudinal direction of the one-side / other-side roller support portions 10 and 11 of the upper rail 1. The other-side guide roller 42 is formed with cutout portions 10a and 11a large enough to enter, and the cutout portions 10a and 11a are inserted and moved in the longitudinal direction (see FIG. 6).

The lifting restricting means 44 protrudes downward from the hanger body 40 and faces the upper surface 3 b of the building concrete 3.
When the building concrete 3 moves upward with respect to the hanger body 40 together with the male screw member 45 in a state where the building concrete 3 is suspended and supported on the upper rail 1 as described above, the upper surface 3b of the building concrete 3 is lifted up. It abuts on the means 44 and restricts the construction concrete 3 from moving upward relative to the hanger body 40.

Thus, when an upward force is applied to the building concrete 3 when the building concrete 3 travels along the upper rail 1 and opens and closes, the building concrete 3 moves upward with respect to the hanger body 40. Since the upward movement amount is limited, the guide portion 3a of the building concrete 3 and the guide receiving portion 2a of the lower rail 2 can be prevented from being detached.
That is, vertical dimension S 2 between the upstream regulating means 44 has a top surface 3b of the fitting body 3, are smaller than the overlap dimension of the aforementioned guide portion 3a and the guide receiving portion 2a.

Further, when the building concrete 3 is suspended and supported on the upper rail 1 as described above, if the male screw member 45 is rotated too much and the amount of upward movement of the building concrete 3 increases, the above-described guide portion 3a and the guide receiving portion described above. 2a may come off, but the amount of upward movement of the building concrete 3 is restricted by the upper surface 3b of the building concrete 3 coming into contact with the above-described lifting restricting means 44. The guide part 3a and the guide receiving part 2a do not come off.

Next, the specific shape of each member will be described.
The hanger body 40 is formed of a horizontal plate 40a and a pair of vertical plates 40b provided on both sides in the width direction of the horizontal plate 40a. The hanger body 40 has an upward U-shape, and a pair of longitudinal axes 48 are provided between the pair of vertical plates 40b. The one side guide roller 41 and the other side guide roller 42 are rotatably attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the respective shafts 48.
The male screw member 45 is a bolt having a screw rod 45a and a head portion 45b. The screw rod 45a is inserted into a through hole 9 formed in the horizontal plate 40a of the hanger body 40, and the head portion 45b is an upper surface of the horizontal plate 40a. Is supported by being suspended in contact with the periphery of the through-hole 49 and is movable upward. A chamfered portion near the head 45b of the screw rod 45a is used as a tool hanging portion.
The female screw member 46 has a nut 46b fixed to a back plate 46a by welding or the like, and the back plate 46a is fixed to a back surface of the upper surface plate 35 of the upper collar 30 with a fixing tool, for example, a screw 36.
Holes 46c and 35a are formed concentrically with the female screw hole 46d of the nut 46b in the upper plate 35 of the back plate 46a and the upper flange 30, and the screw rod 45a is inserted into the female screw hole 46d of the nut 46b through the holes 46c and 35a. To be screwed onto.

A part of the hanger body 40, for example, one end in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal plate 40a is bent downward, and the bent piece 40c is used as the lifting restricting means 44.
In this way, since the lifting restricting means 44 can be formed when the hanger body 40 is sheet-metal processed by bending a single sheet material, no special processing is required.
The lifting restricting means 44 may be separated from the hanger body 40 and may be fixedly attached to the hanger body 40 by bonding, screwing, rivets or the like.

In the above-described embodiment, the male screw member 45 is moved upward together with the building concrete 3 with respect to the hanger body 40 in a state where the construction concrete 3 is suspended and supported. In a state in which the building concrete 3 is suspended and supported, the nut may be tightened to the hanger body 40 (the lower surface of the horizontal plate 40a) to connect the male screw member 45 to the hanger body 40 so as not to move up and down.
In this way, even if an upward force acts on the building concrete 3, the building concrete 3 does not move greatly upward. That is, it moves upward by a gap between the guide roller and the upper surface plate 12 of the upper rail 1.

In the above-described embodiment, the upper screw member is the male screw member 45 and the lower screw member is the female screw member 46, but the upper screw member may be the female screw member and the lower screw member may be the male screw member.
For example, a screw hole is formed in a housing having a large-diameter portion at the upper portion to form a female screw member, and the housing is suspended and supported on the hanger body 40 as an upper screw member, and a bolt that is screwed into the screw hole of the housing is provided. A male screw member is used, and the bolt is fixed to the upper part of the fitting 3 to form a lower screw member.
