Description

The present invention relates to a composite flooring. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composite flooring made of a thermoplastic resin base material and a wood base material.

Conventionally, it is known to use a wood-based base material as a flooring material. In particular, a wooden flooring material having a plywood as a base material and laminated with a veneer on the surface is generally used as a so-called flooring material. The flooring material has been widely used in living rooms and the like due to the westernization of lifestyle, but at the same time, improvement in durability is also required.

Therefore, in order to improve the durability, it has been proposed to laminate a thermoplastic resin base material on a wood base material. Patent Document 1 listed below discloses a plywood base material layer, a paper layer, a thermoplastic resin layer, a paper layer. , And a wooden veneer layer laminated in this order, using a thermoplastic resin layer having a flexural modulus of 10,000 to 40000 kgf / cm 2 as the thermoplastic resin layer and a basis weight of 13 as the paper layer. A wooden flooring characterized by using paper of ˜100 g / m 2 is disclosed.

And it has a structure in which a plywood base material layer, a paper layer, a thermoplastic resin layer, a paper layer, and a wood veneer layer are laminated in this order, and has a bending elastic modulus in a specific range as a thermoplastic resin, a paper layer As described above, the wooden flooring using paper having a specific basis weight is not easily damaged by a heavy load by a caster or the like, so that it has an excellent property as a durable wooden flooring.
JP-A-10-219985 (pages 8-10, Table 1)

The wooden flooring described in Patent Document 1 should not be damaged, dented or cracked by furniture or chairs with casters placed on the floor in accordance with the westernization of lifestyle. Durability is improved, but there are problems such as the occurrence of gaps between floor materials as places where heating and cooling are repeated, for example, finishing materials for floor heating devices, and they are always used preferably That's not true.

On the other hand, because of the depletion of timber resources and the global movement to protect resources, it has become difficult to obtain Muku's timber, and the price of plywood base materials manufactured from materials made by peeling Muku's timber is also rising. Waste wood and sawdust from the sawmill, and wood scraps from the construction process are crushed to obtain wood fibers, heated in the presence of adhesive, processed into wood fiber boards, and used as a building base material Things are also being done.

The present invention has been conceived under such circumstances. The wood fiber board is used as a base material for a flooring material, and is combined with a thermoplastic resin base material so as to expand and contract due to heat and moisture. It is an object to provide a composite flooring that is sufficient for prevention, strength and flexibility, and excellent in design.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means. That is, the composite flooring according to claim 1 of the present application is a composite flooring in which the lowest layer is the first layer, and the second layer and the third layer are laminated thereon, and the first layer is made of wood. The base material is a thermoplastic resin base material provided in the second layer as a center core, and a wood base material is laminated as the third layer.

Examples of the thermoplastic resin base material include polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin (ABS resin), acrylic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, and polyvinyl chloride resin. And the like, and those formed into a sheet made of a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene.

The invention according to claim 2 of the present application is characterized in that, in the composite flooring according to claim 1, a polyolefin resin itself is used as the thermoplastic resin base material. As the polyolefin-based resin, polyethylene and polypropylene as general-purpose resins that can be easily and inexpensively used are preferably used. Usually, the polyethylene and polypropylene are used as a sheet molded to a thickness that can exhibit sufficient rigidity as a center core.

The invention according to claim 3 of the present application is characterized in that, in the composite flooring according to claim 1, WPB (wood plastic board) is used as the thermoplastic resin base material. WPB, as mentioned above, sawdust, wood waste from lumbering, wood scraps from construction, etc. is crushed into wood powder, and mixed with thermoplastic resin components such as polypropylene resin in the presence of inorganic fillers, reinforcing agents, etc. After kneading at a high rate, the sheet is molded by an extruder and used as a sheet molded to a thickness that can exhibit sufficient rigidity as a center core.

The invention according to claim 4 of the present application is the composite flooring according to claim 1, wherein a thermoplastic resin base material is laminated as the fourth layer on the third layer, and further a wood base as the fifth layer. It is characterized by laminating materials.

The invention according to claim 5 of the present application is characterized in that, in the composite flooring according to claim 1, a particle board is used as the woody base material.

The invention according to claim 6 of the present application is characterized in that, in the composite flooring according to claim 1, MDF (medium density fiberboard) is used as the wood base material.

The composite flooring according to the first aspect of the present invention is as described above. In particular, the lowermost layer is the first layer, and the second layer of the thermoplastic resin-based substrate is provided on the inner layer as the center core. In addition, the composite flooring is formed by laminating the third layer, and by using the first layer and the third layer as the woody base material, the expansion and contraction of the woody base material due to the influence of moisture is performed at the center core. Since the wood base material is laminated on both the front and back sides of the center core, which is suppressed by a certain thermoplastic resin base material and is easily affected by heat, this wood base material is the thermal expansion and contraction of the thermoplastic resin base material. Suppress sex. As described above, by combining the woody base material and the thermoplastic resin base material, it is possible to obtain a composite flooring material that is less affected by moisture and heat and has excellent dimensional stability.

In the composite flooring according to claim 2, in particular, a polyolefin resin itself is used as the thermoplastic resin base material. As the polyolefin-based resin, polyethylene or polypropylene is used as a sheet, so that the center core has excellent strength and flexibility and is durable.

In the composite flooring according to claim 3, WPB (wood plastic board) is used as the thermoplastic resin base material. Since WPB is usually formed into a plate-like state in a polypropylene-rich state, it can be made into a center core that has excellent strength and flexibility and is durable.

In the composite flooring according to claim 4, in particular, a thermoplastic resin base material is laminated as the fourth layer on the third layer, and a woody base material is laminated as the fifth layer. By adopting a multi-layer structure, it is possible to provide a composite flooring that is more excellent in strength and flexibility, and that is less affected by moisture and heat and that is more excellent in dimensional stability.

In the composite flooring according to claim 5, in particular, since the particle board is used as the woody base material, it can be a composite flooring excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation. In addition, a wooden decorative material such as a veneer is adhered to the surface with good affinity, and a flooring having excellent design can be obtained.

In the composite flooring according to claim 6, in particular, since MDF (medium density fiberboard) is used as the wooden base material, the composite flooring is excellent in heat insulation, sound insulation and surface smoothness. can do. Further, a wooden decorative material such as a veneer is adhered to the surface with good affinity, and a flooring material excellent in design can be obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a composite flooring A according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a particle board is used as the first-layer woody base material 1 and the third-layer woody base material 3, and the thermoplastic resin-based base material 2 used as the center core of the second layer is: Polyethylene is used. Polyethylene is used by being molded into a sheet having a thickness that can secure a flexural strength. The first layer, the second layer, and the third layer configured as described above are adhered in this order with an aqueous vinyl urethane adhesive in this order, if necessary, under pressure and heating, and laminated, for example, with a thickness. Processed to about 12mm and used as a floor heating finishing material.

The composite flooring A of the present invention formed as described above has a thermoplastic resin base material 2 as a center core, and the wood base materials 1 and 3 are composited on the upper and lower surfaces thereof. The expansion and contraction of the wood base materials 1 and 3 due to the influence of moisture such as drying is suppressed by the thermoplastic resin base material 2 which is the center core. On the other hand, the thermoplastic resin base material 2 that is a center core that is easily affected by heat has an expansion and contraction because the wood base materials 1 and 3 provided on both the front and back surfaces are excellent in dimensional stability by heat. Is suppressed. Thus, the composite flooring A which is hard to be influenced by moisture and heat can be obtained by combining the wood bases 1 and 3 and the thermoplastic resin base 2. Moreover, by using particle boards as the first layer and the third layer, the composite flooring A can be used as the surface material of the floor heating device, and flooring and floor heating in the living room can be performed simultaneously. In addition, when a hot carpet is laid, an excellent heat retaining effect is exhibited.

FIG. 2 shows the adhesion of the concavo-convex portion 11 and the third layer of the woody base material 3 to the center core on the adhesion surface of the woody base material 1 of the first layer to the thermoplastic resin base material 2 used as the center core. It is sectional drawing which shows the example of improvement of the composite flooring A of 1st Embodiment which provided the uneven | corrugated | grooved part 31 in the surface, adhere | attached in presence of an adhesive agent, and laminated | stacked the 1st layer, the 2nd layer, and the 3rd layer. By providing the concavo-convex portions 11 and 31, the adhesive area is increased, the adhesive strength is increased, and the anchor effect is further exhibited, so that a composite flooring material that is more excellent in strength and flexibility can be manufactured.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing another example of the first embodiment A described above. In FIG. 3, MDF (medium density fiberboard) is used as the first layer of the woody base material 1a and the third layer of the woody base material 3a, and a thermoplastic resin base material used as the center core of the second layer. As the material 2a, WPB (wood plastic board) is used. Thus, by combining the wood bases 1a and 3a and the thermoplastic resin base 2a, a composite flooring A that is hardly affected by moisture and heat can be obtained as described above.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a composite flooring B according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the composite flooring B according to the second embodiment is a fourth layer on the wooden base material 3 that is the third layer of the composite flooring A of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1. The thermoplastic resin base material 4 is laminated, and the wood base material 5 is laminated as a fifth layer using the fourth layer thermoplastic resin base material 4 as a center core.

By using multiple layers as described above, it is possible to provide a composite flooring that is more excellent in strength and flexibility, and that is less affected by moisture and heat and that is more excellent in dimensional stability.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a composite flooring C according to the present invention in which a decorative material layer 6 such as a veneer is attached to the composite flooring A according to the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, a natural wood-like composite flooring C having a grain pattern is obtained. For example, by using it as a surface material of a floor heating device, flooring and floor heating in a living room are simultaneously performed. be able to.

In the first embodiment, in FIG. 1, a particle board is used as the wood bases 1 and 3 used for the first layer and the third layer, and in FIG. 3, the wood base used for the first layer and the third layer. Although MDF (medium density fiber board) is used as the materials 1a and 3a, it is not always necessary to use the same type. For example, a particle board may be used as the first layer, and MDF (medium density fiberboard) may be used as the third layer. Similarly, it is possible to selectively use polyethylene and WPB (wood plastic board) depending on the situation as the thermoplastic resin base materials 2 and 2a used as the second layer. In the second embodiment, it is possible to use them in the same manner, and as such, any case belongs to the technical scope of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the scope of the claims.
