Abstract
【解決手段】液吸入口を備えた管状ケーシングの中央に、該ケーシングに平行してエアーガイド内管9を設け、該エアーガイド内管の中央に回転駆動軸11を挿通して軸支し、エアーガイド内管の下端部の下方に吸入フィン15を前記回転駆動軸に取着し、該吸入フィンを回転させて前記管状ケーシング内部に液流を生じせしめて前記エアーガイド管の下端部より気体を液流内に引き込み、気液混合の旋回流をポンプカバー14に設けた流水口22を通じて直進液流と成し、インペラ18の羽根に直角に当接させて気液混合液流を剪断して掻き込みながら攪拌と剪断を繰り返しマイクロバブルとナノバブルを生成する。

Description
図1は本発明の超微細気泡生成装置1の構成を示す側面図であり、断面で示した部分はハッチングで表示している。駆動モータは図示していないがAC200V、出力50W/60Hz、無負荷回転数3500回/分を使用した一例を説明する。

Claims (5)
- 液体を取り込む複数の液吸入口を備えた管状ケーシングの中央に、該管状ケーシングの内径より小さい外径で所定の長さを有するエアーガイド内管を平行に支持固定し、該エアーガイド内管の中央に該エアーガイド管の内径より小さい径の回転駆動軸を回転可能に軸支し、該エアーガイド内管の下側端部の下方で吸入フィンを前記回転駆動軸に固定し、さらにその下方で複数の流水口を備えた円板状のポンプカバーを前記管状ケーシングの下側端部に固定するとともに、円基板に複数の羽根を備えたインペラを前記回転駆動軸に取着し、前記回転駆動軸の回転により液体と共に気体を吸引して管状ケーシング内に気体を含む液流を発生させるとともに、この液流を前記流水口を通過させて直進液流となし、該液流を前記インペラの羽根の回転面に直交する方向に流出させ、該インペラの羽根で直進液流を剪断し微細気泡を発生させることを特徴とする超微細気泡生成装置。
- 前記インペラは、円基板の上側面に平面形状が円弧状の羽根を突出させて複数箇所に備え、同裏側面にも円弧の向きが同方向の羽根を複数備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超微細気泡生成装置。
- 前記インペラを覆う凹部を形成したポンプハウジングを前記ポンプカバーの下側面に密着固定し、前記凹部の壁面に吐出口を設けると共に該凹部の底面に開口部を設けて、外部液体を前記ポンプハウジングの内部に取り込みながら、前記インペラの上側面に発生するナノバブルを前記吐出口から放出する構成とした請求項1又は2に記載の超微細気泡生成装置。
- 前記インペラの上側面に設けた円弧状の羽根の個数と前記流水口の個数を同数に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の超微細気泡生成装置。
- 前記インペラの上側面に設けた円弧状の羽根の円弧を形成する曲率半径の中心点方向に羽根が移動するようにインペラを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の超微細気泡生成装置。
