Description

The present invention relates to a wiring jig, a wiring board unit, and a cloth provided in a wiring board for wiring an electric wire constituting a wire harness or the like that is arranged in a moving body such as an automobile and connects electronic devices to each other. The present invention relates to a method for binding electric wires using a wire jig.

Various electronic devices are mounted on automobiles or the like as moving bodies. For this reason, the automobile or the like is wired with a wire harness in order to transmit electric power from a power source, a control signal from a computer, or the like to the electronic device. The wire harness includes a plurality of sub-harnesses. The sub harness is provided for each system (system) mounted on the automobile described above. Each sub-harness includes a plurality of electric wires and connectors attached to ends of the electric wires.

The electric wire includes a conductive core wire and a covering portion made of an insulating synthetic resin that covers the core wire. The electric wire is a so-called covered electric wire. The connector includes a terminal fitting and a connector housing that houses the terminal fitting. The terminal fitting is made of a conductive sheet metal or the like, and is attached to the end of the electric wire and electrically connected to the core wire of the electric wire. The connector housing is made of an insulating synthetic resin and is formed in a box shape. In the wire harness, the connector housing is coupled to the above-described electronic device or the like, so that each electric wire is electrically connected to the above-described electronic device via the terminal fitting, and transmits desired power and signals to the above-described electronic device. .

When assembling the wire harness, the electric wire is cut into a predetermined length by a cutting device, and then a covering portion such as an end of the electric wire is removed (peeled) and a terminal fitting is attached. Thereafter, the terminal fitting is inserted into the connector housing. Thus, the sub-harness described above is once assembled. And exterior goods, such as a grommet and a protector, are attached to a predetermined location, the assembled subwire harness is mutually assembled, and a wire harness is assembled.

A well-known wiring board is used for the assembly work of the wire harness. On this wiring board, for example, a variety of shapes of wire hooks such as a U-shape are erected so as to follow the wiring path corresponding to the wiring plane shape indicating the final form of the wire harness. A plurality of electric wires are hooked on each of the electric wire hooks and wired (arranged). And in order to bundle a some electric wire, a desired wire harness is obtained by winding a tape around a branch part etc. and removing from a jig | tool.

And in order to perform the tape winding operation | work for bundling the several electric wire mentioned above efficiently, conventionally various electric wire hooks are proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).

The wiring jig disclosed in Patent Document 1 as an electric wire hook described above is a large-diameter U-shaped electric wire insertion portion and protrudes outward from the center position of the electric wire insertion portion so as to be detachable from the wiring board. A pole portion to be attached, and a specific electric wire binding tool detachably provided on the electric wire insertion portion at a central position inside the electric wire insertion portion. The specific electric wire binding tool has a specific electric wire insertion opening that is formed in an annular shape and opens to communicate with the inside and the outside on the side away from the electric wire insertion portion when attached to the electric wire insertion portion.

The wiring jig having the above-described configuration is for a specific electric wire, for example, a speaker circuit electric wire for supplying sound power of a speaker or a power circuit for supplying electric power from a power source, from a specific electric wire insertion opening of the specific electric wire binding tool. Insert a wire, such as a wire, that needs to prevent electromagnetic noise from entering or emitting electromagnetic noise from the outside in the radial direction, and insert a plurality of other wires from the radial direction in the wire insertion section After placing these specific wires and a plurality of other wires together with a specific wire binding tool, the tape is wound around the outer periphery and bound to identify the center of the cross section of the wire harness. Position the wires.

However, in the wiring jig described above, a power supply circuit wire that supplies power from a power supply and a specific wire that is easily affected by electromagnetic noise generated by the power supply circuit wire, for example, the sound power of a speaker is supplied. When the speaker circuit wires are bundled, the power supply circuit wires and the speaker circuit wires are close to each other, which may cause a voice failure in the speaker.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a wiring jig, a wiring board unit, and a method for binding electric wires that can reduce the invasion of electromagnetic noise into a specific electric wire and bind a plurality of electric wires. .

It is further provided in the linear part made.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pair of holding rods that are parallel to each other with a space therebetween and pass the plurality of electric wires therebetween, and a pair of partitioning rods that divide the pair of holding rods into three. In the method of bundling electric wires using a wiring jig provided with a jig body having a power source, the electric power from the power source among the plurality of electric wires between one holding bar and one partition bar adjacent to each other. A power supply circuit electric wire, and a specific electric wire among the plurality of electric wires between the other holding rod and the other partition rod adjacent to each other, and between the pair of partition rods. In addition, after passing through the other wires except the power supply circuit wire and the specific wire among the plurality of wires, a binding member is wound around the outer periphery of the plurality of wires to bind the plurality of wires. This is a method for binding electric wires.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a jig body having a pair of holding bars that are parallel to each other with a space therebetween and that allow a plurality of electric wires to pass between them, Since a pair of partitioning rods are provided to divide the wires, when the wiring jig arranges the plurality of electric wires on the wiring board, the plurality of electric wires are arranged between the pair of holding rods of the jig body. Can be positioned.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, a pair of holding rods that are parallel to each other with a space therebetween and pass a plurality of electric wires between each other, and a pair of partitions that divide the pair of holding rods into three. Since the wiring jig provided with the jig body having the partition bar is arranged at the branching portion where the plurality of wires of the wiring pattern branch in different directions, the wiring jigs are in different directions. A plurality of branched electric wires can be positioned at a desired position between the pair of holding bars of the jig body, and can be wired on the wiring board.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the wiring jig is further provided between the wiring jigs provided at the branch portion and at the linear portion forming the linear shape of the wiring pattern. The wiring jig can be positioned at a desired position between the pair of holding bars of the jig body even at a position where the plurality of electric wires between the branch portions of the wiring pattern are linear. .

According to the present invention described in claim 4, a power circuit wire for supplying power from a power source among a plurality of wires is passed between one holding rod and one partition rod adjacent to each other, and While passing a specific wire among a plurality of wires between the other holding rod and the other partition rod adjacent to each other, the power supply circuit wire and the specific wire among the plurality of wires between a pair of partition rods After passing the other electric wires except the wire, winding the binding member around the outer circumference of the plurality of electric wires to bind the plurality of electric wires, so when arranging the plurality of electric wires on the wiring board by the wiring jig, A plurality of wires can be bound by the binding member in a state where the power supply circuit wire and the specific wire are positioned between the pair of holding rods of the jig body without bringing them close to each other.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the wiring jig arranges the plurality of electric wires on the wiring board, the plurality of electric wires are arranged between the pair of holding bars of the jig main body. Since it can be positioned at a desired position, when laying together a power supply circuit wire and a specific wire that is susceptible to electromagnetic noise generated by the power supply circuit wire, the power supply circuit wire and the specific wire Can be positioned between the pair of holding rods of the jig body without bringing them close to each other, so that the invasion of electromagnetic wave noise into a specific electric wire can be reduced.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, a plurality of electric wires branching in different directions of the wiring jig are positioned at desired positions between the pair of holding rods of the jig main body, and are wired to the wiring board. Therefore, when laying together a power supply circuit wire and a specific wire that is easily affected by electromagnetic noise generated by the power supply circuit wire, do not place the power supply circuit wire and the specific wire close to each other. Positioning between the pair of holding rods of the jig body can be performed on the wiring board, and therefore, invasion of electromagnetic wave noise into a specific electric wire can be reduced.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the wiring jig is arranged between the pair of holding bars of the jig body even at a position where the plurality of electric wires between the branch portions of the wiring pattern are linear. Therefore, when laying together a power circuit wire and a specific wire that is susceptible to electromagnetic noise generated by the power circuit wire, the power circuit wire and the specific wire Can be reliably positioned between the pair of holding rods of the jig main body without approaching each other, so that the invasion of electromagnetic wave noise into the specific electric wire can be reliably reduced.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when a plurality of electric wires are wired on a wiring board by a wiring jig, a pair of holding jig bodies is held without bringing a power circuit electric wire and a specific electric wire close to each other. Since a plurality of electric wires can be bundled by a bundling member in a state positioned between the rods, a plurality of electric wires can be bundled without bringing the power supply circuit wires and the specific wires close to each other. It is possible to bind a plurality of electric wires by reducing electromagnetic noise from entering the electric wires.

The tying tool 12 can tie the electric wires 4 respectively. The tying tool 12 positions the plurality of electric wires 4 on the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10 by connecting the electric wires 4. The tying tool 12 is disposed at a position corresponding to the end E of the second straight line portion S2 of the wiring pattern 11 formed on the surface 10a of the wiring board 10. That is, each of the tying tools 12 is positioned at a position where the terminals 4a of the plurality of electric wires 4 can be positioned at the end E of the second straight line portion S2 of the wiring pattern 11 on the surface 10a of the wiring board 10. is set up.

The branching tie 1 is attached to the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10. The branching ligatures 1 are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to a plurality of branch portions B of the wiring pattern 11 formed on the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10. That is, the branching tie 1 can position each of the locations where the plurality of electric wires 4 branch in different directions on the branch portion B of the wiring pattern 11 on the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10. Is installed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the branching tie 1 includes a support column 15 and a body portion 16 as a jig body. The support column 15 is formed in a columnar shape and is erected from the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10. That is, the support column 15 is installed on the wiring board 10.

The main body 16 includes a connecting rod 17, a pair of holding rods 18a and 18b, and a pair of partitioning rods 19a and 19b. The connecting rod 17 is formed in a substantially cylindrical rod shape, and the upper end of the column 15 on the side away from the wiring board 10 is connected to the center portion in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal direction of the connecting rod 17 is arranged parallel to the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10.

The pair of holding rods 18 a and 18 b are each formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and extend linearly from both ends of the connecting rod 17. The pair of holding bars 18a and 18b are arranged in parallel with a space therebetween. The pair of holding rods 18 a and 18 b has a longitudinal direction orthogonal to (intersects) the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10.

The pair of partition bars 19a and 19b are each formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and extend linearly from the connecting bar 17 so as to partition the pair of holding bars 18a and 18b into three. The pair of partition bars 19a and 19b are arranged in parallel with a space therebetween, and are provided to be parallel to the pair of holding bars 18a and 18b.

In the branching tie 1 having the above-described configuration, the plurality of electric wires 4 are positioned between the pair of holding rods 18 a and 18 b and on the connecting rod 17, and the plurality of electric wires 4 are placed on the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10. The wiring pattern 11 is positioned at a position corresponding to the branch portion B.

In the present embodiment, the branching tie 1 is connected to a power source among the plurality of electric wires 4 between the one holding rod 18a and the one partition rod 19a adjacent to each other, and the power from the power source A power circuit circuit wire 4 (hereinafter denoted by reference numeral 4A) is passed through and a specific one of the plurality of wires 4 is interposed between the other holding rod 18b and the other partition rod 19b adjacent to each other. Let the electric wire 4 (it shows with the code | symbol 4B hereafter) pass. This specific electric wire 4B is an electric wire that does not want to pick up electromagnetic wave noise generated by the power of the power supply for applications (easily affected), for example, an electric wire that supplies audio power of a speaker.

Further, the branching tie 1 is provided between the pair of partitioning bars 19a and 19b, and the other electric wires 4 except for the power supply circuit wires 4A and the specific wires 4B among the plurality of wires (hereinafter denoted by reference numeral 4C). ), The power supply circuit wires 4A, the specific wires 4B, and the other wires 4C are positioned on the connecting rod 17 and correspond to the branch portions B of the wiring pattern 11 on the surface 10a of the wiring board 10. Position to position.

When bundling a plurality of electric wires 4 using the wiring board unit 6 having the above-described configuration, first, an operator attaches the connector 5 to the tying tool 12 according to the wiring pattern 11 of the wiring board 10. A plurality of the electric wires 4 are connected, and among the plurality of electric wires 4, the power circuit electric wire 4A is passed between the one holding rod 18a of the main body portion 16 of the branching tie 1 and the one partition rod 19a. And while passing the specific electric wire 4B between the other holding rod 18b and the other partition rod 19b, the other electric wires 4C excluding the electric power circuit wire 4A and the specific electric wire 4B are connected to the pair of partition rods 19a, It passes between 19b and is positioned on the connecting rod 17.

In this way, the plurality of electric wires 4 and the connector 3 are positioned on the wiring board 10, and the electric wires 4 are arranged in a desired shape (also referred to as wiring or wiring). At this time, of course, in the branch part B described above, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the power circuit wire 4A is connected between one holding bar 18a and one partition bar 19a adjacent to each other in the main body part 16. The specific electric wire 4B is passed between the other holding rod 18b and the other partition rod 19b that are passed through and the power supply circuit wire 4A and the specific electric wire 4B between the pair of partition rods 19a and 19b. The plurality of electric wires 4 are positioned at positions corresponding to the branch portions B of the wiring pattern 11 on the surface 10a of the wiring board 10 through the other electric wires 4C except for.

Next, while the wiring board 10 travels endlessly along the movement path 50, an exterior product such as a protector or a grommet is assembled at a desired location of the plurality of electric wires 4, and a tape is attached to the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires 4. 8 is wound to bind the plurality of electric wires 4 to form the wire harness 2.

When the plurality of electric wires 4 located between the branching tie 1 arranged at the branching portion B of the wiring pattern 11 and the straight portion S1 of the wiring pattern 11 are bound by the tape 8. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the electric wire 4 </ b> A and the specific electric wire 4 </ b> B are bundled with another electric wire 4 </ b> C, and taped around the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires 4. By winding 8, the power circuit wire 4 </ b> A and the specific wire 4 </ b> B are bound together without being close to each other.

According to the present embodiment, when the branching tie 1 routes the plurality of electric wires 4 to the wiring board 10, the plurality of electric wires 4 are placed between the pair of holding bars 18 a and 18 b of the main body 16. Since it can be positioned at a desired position, when wiring the power circuit wire 4A and the specific wire 4B susceptible to the electromagnetic noise generated by the power circuit wire 4A together, the power circuit wire 4A The specific electric wire 4B can be positioned between the pair of holding rods 18a and 18b of the main body portion 16 without being brought close to the specific electric wire 4B. Therefore, invasion of electromagnetic wave noise into the specific electric wire 4B can be reduced.

In addition, the plurality of electric wires 4 from which the branching tie 1 branches in different directions are positioned at a desired position between the pair of holding bars 18 a and 18 b of the main body portion 16 and wired on the wiring board 10. Therefore, when laying together the power circuit wire 4A and the specific wire 4B that is easily affected by electromagnetic noise generated by the power circuit wire 4A, the power circuit wire 4A and the specific wire 4B are connected to each other. It can be positioned between the pair of holding rods 18a and 18b of the main body portion 16 without being brought close to each other, and can be routed to the wiring board 10, so that invasion of electromagnetic wave noise into the specific electric wire 4B can be reduced. .

Further, when the plurality of electric wires 4 are laid out on the wiring board 10 by the branching tie 1, the pair of holding rods 18 a of the main body portion 16 without bringing the power circuit electric wire 4 </ b> A and the specific electric wire 4 </ b> B close to each other. , 18b, the plurality of electric wires 4 can be bundled by the tape 8, so that the plurality of electric wires 4 can be bundled without bringing the power circuit wire 4A and the specific electric wire 4B close to each other. Therefore, it is possible to bind the plurality of electric wires 4 while reducing the invasion of electromagnetic wave noise into the specific electric wires 4B.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the branching tie 1 is arranged at a position corresponding to the branch portions B of the plurality of electric wires 4 according to the wiring pattern 11 formed on the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10. It was. However, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 8, the branching tie 1 is further added to the straight portion S <b> 1 that forms a straight line of the wiring pattern 11 between the branching tie 1 provided in the branching portion B. It may be provided. In FIG. 8, the same parts as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

In the case shown in FIG. 8, the branching tie 1 (hereinafter denoted by reference numeral 1A) arranged at a position corresponding to the branching portion B of the wiring pattern 11 formed on the surface 10a of the wiring board 10. ) And a position corresponding to the straight line portion S1 forming a straight line of the wiring pattern 11 is further provided with a branching tie 1 (hereinafter denoted by reference numeral 1B).

Further, the branching tie 1B is arranged in the straight portion S1 with a predetermined interval T (about 20 cm in the present embodiment) from the branching tie 1A arranged in the branch part B. That is, the branching tie 1 </ b> B is installed at a position where the plurality of electric wires 4 can be positioned on the straight line portion S <b> 1 of the wiring pattern 11 on the surface 10 a of the wiring board 10.

In the case shown in FIG. 8, the branching tie 1 </ b> B is also in a position where the plurality of electric wires 4 between the branch portions B of the wiring pattern 11 are linear (the straight portion S <b> 1 of the wiring pattern 11). Since the plurality of electric wires 4 can be positioned at a desired position between the pair of holding rods 18a and 18b of the main body portion 16, the power circuit electric wire 4A that generates electromagnetic noise and a specific susceptible to electromagnetic noise When wiring the electric wire 4B together, the electric power circuit wire 4A and the specific electric wire 4B can be reliably positioned between the pair of holding bars 18a, 18b of the main body portion 16 without being brought close to each other. Invasion of electromagnetic noise into the specific electric wire 4B can be reliably reduced.

In the embodiment described above, the tape 8 is used as the binding member. However, in the present invention, various articles may be used as the binding member as long as the electric wires 4 are bound.

Further, the above-described embodiments are merely representative forms of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. That is, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
