Description

The present invention relates to a bone conduction type receiver using a bone conduction speaker that generates acoustic vibrations.

As for a receiving device using bone conduction, many proposals have been made as in Patent Documents 1 and 2, but basically a configuration in which a portion where a speaker is located in an existing headset is replaced with an acoustic vibrator. Is taking. In addition, the position where the acoustic vibrating body is applied to the face is generally the most sensitive front of the ear canal entrance.

特開平11−215581号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-215581 特開2003−18683号公報JP 2003-18683 A

In the case of a headset that listens to the conventional general air conduction sound, if the sound emission part of the speaker is positioned in light contact with the ear canal, the conditions regarding the contact condition with respect to acoustic performance are almost unquestioned. The sound quality and volume according to the purpose can be heard. On the other hand, in the case of a bone conduction speaker, the contact condition of the acoustic vibrating body part significantly affects the acoustic performance.

As described above, the portion that feels the sound most sensitively when the acoustic vibrator is brought into contact with the face and propagates the vibration is the vicinity of the entrance to the external auditory canal as described above. Furthermore, the volume that is subjectively felt increases in accordance with the pressure with which the vibration surface of the acoustic vibrating body comes into contact, and it is easy to hear low-pitched portions. However, the shape of the head of a person wearing this receiver varies depending on various factors such as gender, hairstyle, age, and race, and this type of headset easily adjusts its contact position and contact pressure when worn. It is desirable to be able to adjust.

FIG. 4 schematically shows a configuration of a conventional normal air conduction sound headset. 4 (a) shows a method in which a U-shaped arm is placed on the head and a speaker is applied to both ears or one ear. FIG. 4 (b) shows a U-shaped arm. Fig. 4 (c) shows an arm that bends and extends from the back of the head on the upper part of the auricle. A method is shown in which a speaker part is formed at the tip and the sound generation part faces the entrance to the ear canal. In either case, the U-shaped arm is given a certain elasticity in the direction of the arrow to provide holding stability.

On the other hand, when a bone conduction headset is configured with these configurations, the elastic force in the U-shaped arrow direction can be used as a pressure contact force to the head of the bone conduction speaker in the method of FIG. This structure is used for a bone conduction speaker because it is not stable because it is used for bone conduction and simultaneously holds the entire headset on the head, and unlike the auricle, it touches a portion with little friction. There are relatively few cases.

Similarly, the U-shaped elastic force can be used for the pressure contact force of the bone conduction speaker in the configuration shown in FIG. 4B, but it is easy to slip and has low stability. A method for covering instability has been proposed. In the configuration shown in FIG. 4 (c), the arm is placed on the upper part of the auricle, a bending point is provided slightly on the front side from the position, and a bone conduction speaker is provided at the distal end portion of a certain length extending from the bending point. When the U-shaped arm is placed on the left and right auricles, the acoustic vibrating body is in contact with the ear canal entrance. Therefore, the arm uses both auricles like a hook, and the bottom part of the U-shaped arm rides behind the neck, so that it can be mounted relatively stably. However, since the elastic force in the arrow direction of the U-shaped arm is generally received by the skull at the upper part of the auricle, it does not become an elastic force for pressing the acoustic vibrating body at the tip of the arm against the entrance to the ear canal.

As described above, in the case of a bone conduction speaker, it is necessary to always consider the contact position and the contact pressure because the contact condition of the acoustic vibrator has a significant effect on the acoustic performance. The configuration of the set is not enough. In addition, a mechanism for adjusting them so as to be suitable for a bone conduction speaker generally tends to be complicated, resulting in an increase in volume and weight. This is a big problem for a receiver that is required to be lightweight.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a bone conduction type receiver that can easily adjust the contact position and the contact pressure of an acoustic vibrator of a bone conduction speaker and can suppress an increase in volume and weight. Is to provide.

To achieve the above object, a bone conduction receiving device of the present invention comprises a U-shaped arm and a bone conduction speaker unit connected to the tip thereof, the bone conduction speaker unit including an adjustment arm having a bent portion and its The length of the adjustment arm and the angle formed by the U-shaped arm and the acoustic vibration body can be adjusted at the connection portion between the U-shaped arm and the adjustment arm. The U-shaped arm extends from the back of the head, the U-shaped arm or a part of the adjustment arm is located at the upper part of the left and right auricles, and the acoustic vibrator contacts the left and right tragus or the vicinity thereof It is characterized by transmitting acoustic vibrations.

Here, a hole or a groove is formed in either the end of the U-shaped arm or the end of the adjustment arm, and the hole is formed in the other of the end of the U-shaped arm or the end of the adjustment arm. Or a means for fixing the U-shaped arm and the adjusting arm to at least one of the end of the U-shaped arm or the end of the adjusting arm by providing a projecting portion that fits into the groove and is rotatable. May be installed.

As a result of the inventor's extensive investigations on the above-described problems, the present invention enables stable mounting, and at the same time, does not increase the volume or weight, and does not increase the contact pressure and contact position of the acoustic vibrating body. This is because the above-described configuration that can be easily adjusted is found.

As described above, in the present invention, by using a simple mechanism that can adjust and fix the length and angle of the adjustment arm at the connection portion between the U-shaped arm and the adjustment arm, the sound of the bone conduction speaker can be obtained. It is possible to obtain a bone conduction type receiving device that can easily adjust the contact position and the contact pressure of the vibrating body and can suppress an increase in volume and weight.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1, 2, and 3 are views showing an embodiment of a bone conduction type receiver according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of the bone conduction type receiver according to the present embodiment, and FIG. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the bone conduction type receiving device according to the present embodiment, and Fig. 3 is an external view when the bone conduction type receiving device according to the present embodiment is mounted.

In FIG. 1, the bone conduction type receiving device according to the present embodiment includes a U-shaped arm 1 and a bone conduction speaker unit connected to the tip thereof, and the bone conduction speaker unit includes an adjustment arm 2 having a bent portion 4 and The connecting portion 5 between the U-shaped arm 1 and the adjusting arm 2 includes the length of the adjusting arm 2 and the angle formed by the U-shaped arm 1 and the acoustic vibrating member 6. Is configured to be adjustable. In FIG. 3, the U-shaped arm 1 extends from the back of the head, a part of the U-shaped arm 1 or the adjustment arm 2 is located at the upper part of the left and right auricles, and the acoustic vibrating body 6 is the left or right tragus or the vicinity thereof. It is attached so as to transmit acoustic vibrations by touching.

On the axis of the U-shaped arm 1 including the bone conduction speaker portion, a constant twist angle with respect to the axial direction between the bent portion 4 of the adjustment arm 2 and the tip portion where the acoustic vibrator 6 is located. When the connecting portion 5 is configured to have φ and at the same time the adjustment arm 2 and the U-shaped arm 1 have elasticity against axial torsion, the acoustic vibrating body 6 as shown by the arrow in FIG. Is attached by being twisted by −φ in the opposite direction, and the reaction force can be effectively used as a force for pressing the acoustic vibrator 6 against the face. Here, φ is an angle formed between the surface perpendicular to the surface including the U-shaped arm 1 and the acoustic vibrator 6.

Therefore, by adjusting the torsion angle φ, it is possible to adjust the force that presses against the face, and it is possible to adjust the position at the same time by adjusting the axial length. An example of the specific method is a structure in which the end of the U-shaped arm 1 or a part of the end of the adjustment arm 2 is made hollow and the other end can be inserted, and the insertion portion is tightened. It is a method of configuring by attaching screws. The condition is maintained when the conditions are adjusted in the initial stage and fixed with a tightening screw.

Further, the substantial length of the adjustment arm 2 is changed by changing the insertion depth, and the contact position of the acoustic vibrating body 6 can be adjusted. When the twist angle of the shaft is changed, the pressure contact condition of the acoustic vibrating body 6 can be adjusted by the reaction force of the twist at the time of mounting. Since this configuration is simple, the number of components is small, and the volume and weight are not increased. Therefore, the configuration can be used very effectively, and the problems associated with wearing the headset of the bone conduction speaker can be solved.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the bone conduction type receiving device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

In FIG. 2, the U-shaped arm 1 is made of a vinyl chloride resin, its end becomes a hollow portion 1-2, and the front end portion has a notch 1-3 with a certain depth, and at the same time, a male screw around it 1-4 is cut. The adjustment arm 2 of the bone conduction speaker portion including the bent portion 4 has an outer skin portion made of urethane rubber, but a piezoelectric bimorph 2-1, a leaf spring 2-2, and a mandrel shaft 2 constituting an acoustic vibrator 6 inside. -3 is incorporated, and a part of the mandrel shaft 2-3 is a protruding portion 2-4 that protrudes outside the end portion of the adjusting arm 2 with a certain length.

The diameter of the mandrel shaft is made slightly narrower than the hole diameter of the hollow portion 1-2 of the U-shaped arm 1, and is inserted into the hollow portion of the U-shaped arm 1 via the fastening screw 3. The tightening screw 3 is internally threaded, and when the inner diameter is tapered and tightened, the inner diameter becomes narrower and the portion of the notch 1-3 is compressed to firmly tighten the protruding portion 2-4 of the mandrel shaft 2-3. Can do. The adjusting arm 2 is firmly fixed to the U-shaped arm 1 by tightening the tightening screw 3 at a desired position. When the adjustment arm 2 made of urethane rubber is mounted on the head, the adjustment arm 2 is twisted and mounted around the mandrel shaft 2-3 at a certain angle. The torsional reaction force uses the elasticity of urethane rubber, and the acoustic vibrating body 6 comes into contact with the entrance portion of the ear canal with an appropriate pressure contact force.

The leaf spring 2-2 is used for the purpose of adjusting this elastic force, and its shape, material, etc. are appropriately selected. As a structure for producing the torsional elasticity, a string-like spring can be used, or the elasticity of a resin material may be used. In this embodiment, the acoustic vibrating body 6 of the bone conduction speaker is realized by a configuration in which a piezoelectric bimorph is covered with urethane rubber. However, this is not limited to this method, and other piezoelectric methods and electromagnetic methods may be used. good.

As described above, according to the present invention, there can be obtained a bone conduction headset capable of easily adjusting the pressure contact force and the mounting position which are indispensable for a bone conduction speaker without a small number of components and without increasing volume and weight.

Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, a protrusion is provided at the end of the U-shaped arm, and a hole for fitting the protrusion is provided at the end of the adjustment arm. Alternatively, a groove shape may be used instead of the hole. Further, the fastening screw for fixing may be other clamping means.
