Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to computerization using a two-dimensional barcode of a “medicine notebook” that describes the contents of a prescription drug made at a dispensing pharmacy and passes it to a patient.
Two-dimensional barcodes are typified by QR codes, but several types of codes are currently used. That is, there are PDF417, DataMatrix, MaxiCode, etc. for OA, FA, and logistics, respectively. However, QR codes that conform to JIS and ISO standards are most prevalent in Japan.
The use of two-dimensional barcodes is widespread. For example, it is printed on product wrapping paper, instruction manuals, books, advertisements, and the like. Since the mobile phone with camera function (Non-Patent Document 1) including the two-dimensional bar code reading software has been sold, the two-dimensional bar code can be easily used as an information communication means. For example, if you read a 2D barcode printed on a product advertisement poster with a camera-equipped mobile phone with 2D barcode reading software, the URL will be displayed and you will be able to access the sales source easily. Some systems display codes, such as systems that allow users to purchase products by holding the mobile phone and pressing the call button (for example, Cmode). It's being used.
If you print a two-dimensional bar code that includes information such as name and phone number on a business card that you always carry and read it with the mobile phone with camera function, you can call the owner of the business card as soon as possible. A convenient system has also been developed, such as being able to register for. [0003] As described in [0003], the two-dimensional barcode is copied by a mobile phone with a camera function including the two-dimensional barcode reading software, thereby communicating with the address of the other party recorded in the two-dimensional barcode. You can quickly get information and contact with the other party.
Magnetic cards and IC cards are also widely used because they are convenient to carry with a business card size. However, these cards are different from two-dimensional bar code cards that only require printing because they require system devices (hardware) that can be read and written together with system development (software) such as a reading system and a writing system. At present, these magnetic cards and IC cards are widely used. For example, they are used as a passport for entering and leaving a company and a fee settlement card. The two-dimensional bar code only needs to be printed in the size of a business card, and the card does not need an electromagnetic function.
When a patient gives a prescription at a dispensing pharmacy and dispenses a prescription drug, and receives instructions such as the benefits of the drug along with the prescription drug, the "medicine notebook" is received at the same time. Patients who already have a “medicine notebook” should submit it when handing over the prescription and receive additional details of the prescription drug.
The “medicine notebook” contains all or part of the name, date of birth, address, ID number, etc., which is the name, date of birth, address, and ID number of the patient, A history of medicines taken by the patient and precautions regarding each medicine are described, and a small notebook size is common.
When you go to a doctor or get a prescription and go to a dispensing pharmacy, you need to have a “medicine notebook”, but you often forget it. In general, the patient himself / herself is handed an instruction describing the type of drug, its effects and how to take the drug, etc. with the drug. The patient thinks that the instructions are sufficient as drug information, and often gives up that the “medicine notebook” has the same description.
On the other hand, when the hospital changes, that is, when going to another hospital or calling an ambulance, the doctor needs to know the medicine that has been taken continuously. However, since there are few patients who bring “medicine notebooks”, it takes time to examine them.
In recent years, in order to describe additional drug information in a “medicine notebook”, the type and usage method of the prescription drug is printed out from the personal computer using the drug information input to the computer of the pharmacy. It is also done to add to the "medicine notebook" by pasting it, but it takes time.
Therefore, if the patient's medicine history is to be confirmed when necessary, the "medicine notebook" must be kept at all times. However, as explained in [0007], it is bulky with a small notebook size, so it is not suitable for carrying around at all times.
Currently, there are several types of mobile phones with camera functions with 2D barcode reading software on the market. When the two-dimensional bar code is photographed, the address of the access destination is displayed, and it is connected automatically or by pressing the start button, and has the function of easily obtaining necessary information.
Furthermore, [Patent Document 7] proposes a system for centrally managing the medicine history of patients manufactured at the dispensing pharmacy in a data center via the Internet. Prescription image data and drug information prescribed at the dispensing pharmacy are stored in the data center. The data is sent together with the patient's personal information and entered into a file on the recording device. This information can be retrieved from anywhere via the Internet, and it is a proposal of a system that can retrieve drug history information of the patient. However, it takes time to input personal information such as the ID number of the patient and to input the access destination address. It is important for the patient to have a system that can be easily handled anywhere, for example in a new hospital. For dispensing pharmacies, it is important for management to have many patients. The two-dimensional barcode card describes the name of the dispensing pharmacy and further stores it as a barcode, and has the effect of recognizing the presence of the intimate relationship between the dispensing pharmacy and the customer, ie, the family dispensing pharmacy. However, the system of [Patent Document 7] is widely used and convenient, but it rarely leads to customer acquisition of a dispensing pharmacy.
As described in [0006], a prescription issued by a doctor or the like is taken to a dispensing pharmacy, but this prescription is obliged to be stored in the dispensing pharmacy. Therefore, not everyone can enter the drug history. In the system according to the present invention, the drug history data can be read by ID authentication on the Internet. Conversely, the addition and update of the drug history, which is data writing, starts by authenticating the qualifications of doctors and pharmacists. Prescription storage is important for prescription drug preparation, and it is necessary to attach a flag for the presence of the prescription in the update record, and it has a writing system that does not allow any addition or update work other than those responsible for medicines Needless to say.
The “medicine notebook” given at the dispensing pharmacy includes information such as the name, address, telephone number and email address of the dispensing pharmacy and basic information such as the name, date of birth, address and ID number of the patient's personal information ( Here, in addition to (A) information), a description about medicine and a medicine history of prescription medicine (here called (B) information) are described. The “medicine notebook” is a small notebook that is bulky and inconvenient to carry at all times
The “medicine notebook” contains the history of medications taken by the patient who is the owner or in the past. The information on the new medicine is added to the “medicine notebook” by pasting the copy and the like, but it takes time and trouble to add and update it.
When changing doctors or in an emergency, patients may be asked what type of medicine they are taking. In other words, the medications that have been administered to the past medical charts are listed in the family hospital, but when visiting a new hospital, the patient often asks the patient about information on the medications they have taken. However, most patients are unable to accurately convey drug information. At times like this, the “medicine notebook” is useful. That is, information on medicines that have been administered at the same time as hospital information and individual patient information is recorded in the “medicine notebook”, and there is no need to ask the patient. The problem is that it is inconvenient to carry and always forgotten.
[0007] As described in [0007], the large “medicine notebook” makes it difficult to carry it all the time, and since there are few opportunities for regular use, it is often stored in somewhere in the house and forgotten. Therefore, you often forget to bring your “medicine notebook” when you visit a doctor.
Other factors forgetting the “medicine notebook” are the types of prescription drugs, indications of efficacy and how to drink are used in the instructions attached to the drug and verbal explanations, and the “medicine notebook” seems to be duplicate information Because they tend to forget their existence.
It is difficult to extract drug history from the patient's memory, for example, information on the drug being taken. And if there is no “medicine notebook” with this information, doctors prescribe new drugs, discontinue and discard past drugs, and waste medicine.
Such problems will disappear if the “medicine notebook” is handled easily. In other words, if it can always be carried, it will approach the solution. The present invention was invented based on such a need.
[0016] The information described in [0016], that is, the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. of the dispensing pharmacy and the personal information of the visiting patient are converted into a two-dimensional bar code and printed on the two-dimensional code. Making a sticker printed with a two-dimensional barcode card or a two-dimensional barcode or the like, and sticking it on a wallet or a credit card, for example, prevents both of them from becoming bulky and can always be carried, thereby solving the problem.
The “medicine notebook” contains the history of medications taken by the owner's patient or taken in the past, but the entry is handwritten or a copy of the medication table or manual entered on the computer and copied. [0010] As described in [0010], it is troublesome to add new medicine information to the “medicine notebook” by pasting it to the patient and give it to the patient. According to the present invention, when the dispensing drug is delivered to the patient at the dispensing pharmacy, the type and description of the drug are input as information to the computer of the dispensing pharmacy, that is, the host PC, and a copy is attached to the drug by a printer. The task is completed by entering the information on the type and description of the drug into the patient's file in the database of the computer's storage. That is, there is no recording work in the “medicine notebook”, and the work can be simplified. The method by which the patient himself / herself obtains his / her medication history when needed is described in detail in [0025] below.
In the present invention, the two-dimensional barcode is read from the two-dimensional barcode card or a sticker on which the two-dimensional barcode is printed with a mobile phone with a camera function including two-dimensional barcode reading software, and the two-dimensional barcode is read. The patient's medicine history from the database of the storage device by directly accessing the host PC which is the computer of the dispensing pharmacy using the mail address converted from the mobile phone and authenticating the personal information converted at the same time The patient can pull out the file, reply to the mobile phone, and view the medication history information on the mobile phone. That is, the medicine history can be taken out anytime and anywhere by a mobile phone with a camera function including a two-dimensional barcode reading software that can be connected to mail via the Internet. It goes without saying that if necessary, other contents of the computer, that is, the host PC, such as information on a new drug, can be selected and viewed.
In addition, when the patient goes to another hospital that is not a family hospital, that is, a hospital or other pharmacy that does not have information on drug administration so far, if there is the “medicine notebook”, the past administration status of the drug can be known and updated. I explained that it can be used as a reference for the drugs to be administered. However, it is often forgotten as described in [0019] and [0020]. There are three methods for displaying the medicine history of the patient on the computer elsewhere. The first is a method by connecting a connection cable which is an adapter from the mobile phone. The second is a method by (A) accessing the original dispensing pharmacy via the Internet by acquiring information with a two-dimensional barcode reader. The third method is a method in which a mail address of the other computer is typed in from the mobile phone, a transmission destination is set, and the medicine history that has already been received is displayed on the other computer. That is, one is that the medicine history is connected to the computer with the mobile phone connection software installed in the other hospital or the other dispensing pharmacy from the mobile phone with the camera function with the two-dimensional barcode reading software via the connection cable. Is displayed. The second route is the original dispensing pharmacy computer that uses a computer equipped with a two-dimensional barcode reader and manages the patient's medication history file via the Internet using the information of the two-dimensional barcode card. The drug history can be confirmed by accessing a certain host PC and drawing out and displaying the drug history. Third, even if the mail address of another hospital or dispensing pharmacy is input from the mobile phone that has received the drug history and transmitted, the drug history can be displayed in the same manner. In either case, the problem is solved by possessing the two-dimensional barcode card. Of course, it is possible to use a mobile phone with a camera function including a two-dimensional barcode reading software possessed by the other hospital or other dispensing pharmacy.
However, the drug history always needs to keep adding information on newly administered drugs. Although it is possible in the dispensing pharmacy that manages the drug history file of the patient, as in [0026], it is difficult to update the drug history in the case of administration of drugs at other hospitals or other dispensing pharmacies. However, after adding a list of drugs newly administered at other hospitals or other dispensing pharmacies to the drug history information as in [Claim 4] of the present invention, the computers of other hospitals or other dispensing pharmacies (in FIG. 3). A host that is a computer in the original dispensing pharmacy that manages the drug history file by replying to the address of the host PC that is the computer of the dispensing pharmacy obtained from the mobile phone or the two-dimensional barcode reader from another PC) The update can be completed by adding to the patient's medication history file in a database that can be sent to a PC and stored in the storage device. That is, unified management of the patient's medicine history becomes possible. Therefore, the latest drug history information can always be stored in the patient's personal file on the computer in the original dispensing pharmacy. However, if anyone can update it, it loses the credibility of the personal file that is the data. It is an important check function in the system that needs to be recognized and stored.
The “medicine notebook” relates to the history of medicines, but it is needless to say that the “handbook” of the dialysis patient can be used by changing the contents of the two-dimensional barcode card system of the present invention for dialysis. However, what is different from the “Medication Notebook” is that the information in the notebook is filled with treatment information. In this case, the host PC is a hospital or clinic computer.
FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing exchange of information and medicine between a current dispensing pharmacy and a patient visiting the pharmacy. FIG. 3 is an operation flow chart for explaining the procedure of the system for reading a medicine history of a patient having a “medicine two-dimensional barcode card”. In order to satisfy the function of the conventional “medicine notebook”, the patient himself can view his / her own drug history everywhere and when he / she goes to the dispensing pharmacy, the drug history is displayed on the display of the pharmacy computer. It can be done. It is necessary to satisfy the same function in other hospitals and dispensing pharmacies. In this figure, it starts from the

In FIG. 3 of [0031], it has been explained that the continuity of the drug history is not lost even when going to another hospital or when a prescription is given to another dispensing pharmacy. Details of the system including the above will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 4, in addition to the method of acquiring the drug history with the mobile phone using the two-
Although not attributed to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, as described in [0027], no one can update the patient's medication history, but handle a person who is qualified to create a prescription, ie a prescription. Limited to those who can. Therefore, when sending the updated medicine history, it is necessary to display the qualification of the sender. If it is a doctor, the qualification information of the transmission source such as the hospital name and address is attached, and the qualification information of the transmission source is recorded together at the time of update recording to the recording device of the
