Description

The present invention relates to civil engineering work, and more particularly, to a handrail for preventing fall of a liner plate used in deep foundation work. Here, by attaching and connecting handrails directly to the top of the liner plate with bolts, any pile diameter can be adapted, and a duct hole for ventilation ventilation is provided.

Conventionally, handrails for openings used for deep foundation work or the like have been used as handrails by using handrail columns, single pipe pipes, etc. on the outer periphery of the liner plate. The construction diameters varied, ranging from 1.2m to 10.0m, and handrails were made on site each time.

This has the following drawbacks.
(B) Conventionally, it has been necessary to create handrails with a single pipe pipe, etc., on site according to liner plates of various construction diameters, and to change the number and length according to the construction diameter.
(B) As a baseboard for preventing falling rocks into the liner plate, a scaffolding plate and the like had to be installed on the outer periphery.
(C) The ventilation ventilation duct required for the foundation work was bent by the handrail, was damaged, and the ventilation capacity was reduced.
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above drawbacks.

In order to solve this problem, the equilateral mountain steel A (2) having bolt holes is attached to the lower ends of the equally arranged iron pipes (1), and the iron plate A (3) for preventing falling rocks is attached to the side surface. An equilateral angle steel B (4) is attached to the upper end, and an iron plate B (5) with bolt holes is attached to both ends. An iron pipe is cut into a circular shape according to the size of the air duct, and a circular iron plate (6) is attached to the cut surface.
This invention is a deep foundation liner handrail which consists of the above structure.

It can be applied to liner plates of any size by simply increasing or decreasing the number of handrails. In addition, according to Article 552 of the Safety and Health Regulations, the height of the handrail exceeds the specified level, so there is no need to adjust the height on the site and to install a baseboard to prevent falling rocks. Moreover, since the opening for the air blow gut is provided, the duct can be lowered into the mine without being bent by the handrail.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described.
Five steel pipes (1) having a height of 1.0 m are evenly arranged, and equilateral mountain steel A (2) having two bolt holes opened at the lower end is attached.
At this time, since the bolt interval is determined by the product in any diameter liner plate, two bolt holes are opened in accordance with the predetermined interval.
An iron plate A (3) for preventing falling rocks having a height of 25 cm is attached to the lower end of the side surface of the iron pipe (1).
Equilateral angle steel B (4) is attached to the upper end, and iron plate B (5) with bolt holes is attached to both ends.
At this time, since the bolt interval is determined by the product in the liner plate of any diameter as described above, the bolt holes are opened in accordance with the predetermined interval.
An iron pipe is cut into a circular shape according to the size of the air duct, and a circular iron plate (6) is attached to the cut surface.
The bottom end of the deep foundation liner handrail is fixed with the bolt (8) in accordance with the bolt hole at the top end of the existing liner plate (7).
This is attached to the existing liner plate (7) all around.
Using the iron plates B (5) attached to both sides of the top edge of the deep liner liner handrail, adjacent deep foundation liner handrails are fixed with bolts (8) and connected.
By passing the air duct through the air duct hole of the deep liner liner handrail, ventilation can be performed without bending the duct.

Since the deep liner liner handrail according to the present invention can be industrially mass-produced, it has industrial applicability.
