Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet material adhering apparatus and a sheet material adhering method for adhering sheet materials to each other, and an image forming apparatus including such a sheet material adhering apparatus.
This is an extremely effective technical means for easily obtaining gloss and texture close to photographic image quality using an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. Conventionally, a sticking means for obtaining this image recording sheet. For example, an adhesive such as spray glue is sprayed on the image surface side of the transparent sheet, and the transparent sheet and the white paper are glued (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).
As described above, when the sheet materials are adhered to each other, a problem is that air bubbles enter between the sheet materials. In particular, in the case of the image recording sheet as described above, if even a very small bubble enters even a small amount, naturally, that portion is irregularly reflected. In some cases, the sheet surface appears to be dusty, and there is a concern that the image may be messed up.
The above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is based on the premise that no bubbles enter between the sheet material. However, as a practical problem, regardless of whether the work is manual or mechanical, when sticking sheets together, irregularities on the surface of the adhesive layer and sheet blurring, regardless of the size of the bubbles There is a problem that air bubbles easily enter between the sheet material due to the bonding angle and the like.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to provide a sheet material sticking apparatus and an image forming apparatus that can solve the above problems.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a sheet material sticking apparatus and an image forming apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of the image forming apparatus, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a photoconductor unit, and FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of a sheet material sticking apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet material sticking apparatus according to the present embodiment shown in FIG. 3 exemplifies a sheet attached to an electrophotographic image forming apparatus (corresponding to full color). First, an outline of the image forming apparatus will be described before the sheet material sticking apparatus according to the present embodiment is described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1, the image forming apparatus according to this embodiment includes four image forming units 1Y for forming images of each color of yellow (Y), cyan (C), magenta (M), and black (K). 1C, 1M, 1K. Note that the color order of Y, C, M, and K is not limited to that in FIG.
Each of the image forming units 1Y, 1C, 1M, and 1K uniformly charges the surface of the
Below the image forming units 1Y, 1C, 1M, and 1K, a light source, a polygon mirror, an f-θ lens, a reflecting mirror, and the like are provided, and on the surface of each of the
On the right side of the primary transfer unit 6, a first sheet material (non-transparent medium) such as a transparent sheet on which the toner image formed by the image forming units 1 Y, 1 C, 1 M, and 1 K and transferred to the
The developing
As shown in FIG. 2, the developing
In the image forming apparatus according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, each of the photosensitive units 2Y, 2C, 2M, and 2K includes a developing
A case where a toner image is formed on the first sheet material 100 (transparent sheet) in order to form an image with a photographic quality by this image forming apparatus will be described. In the present embodiment, as will be described later, in this case, the toner image formed on the
First, a predetermined voltage is applied to the charging
When it is desired to obtain a photographic image recording sheet, the
The
Then, the toner image that has passed through the position facing the
The image forming apparatus according to the present embodiment can print a desired image on a normal recording sheet made of paper or the like in addition to the
Next, an embodiment of a sheet material sticking apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the sheet
The
The
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the
As described above, when the
Here, the inventors have already determined that air bubbles are likely to be formed between the
As is apparent from FIG. 6, when the bonding angle is small, the joining
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, when the bonding angle θ is as large as 30 degrees or more, the joining
In the present embodiment, in order to control such a bonding angle θ at least in the vicinity of the joining portion, as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional views of the main portions of FIGS. It is. That is, the position of the

In this way, the
The state when the non-transparent medium is actually bonded will be described with reference to the enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part in the vicinity of the bonding site shown in FIGS. However, in FIG. 8 to FIG. 10 for comparison with the embodiment, a state at the time of sticking in the conventional configuration without the
Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the
At this time, if the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the
In addition, the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the position of the non-transparent white medium (second sheet member) after the release paper is peeled is regulated, so that the medium is unintended between the two sheet materials. Gloss and texture, such as maintaining the uniformity of the white area where there is no toner image, because it prevents air bubbles from entering when the two sheet materials (medium) are bonded to each other and prevents air bubbles from entering. It is possible to easily and reliably create a target sheet material having a high image.
If the guide member of the direction regulating means can be retracted to the retracted position, the two media come into contact with each other while being crimped by the pressure roller, so that it is possible to achieve good media adhesion without bubbles. The guide member is composed of an elastic body, and the base end side is fixed and the sheet material is pressed at the free end portion of the distal end. Good media adhesion without bubbles can be realized.
In addition, when the
