携帯端末装置２００の電子カメラ２０３は、ホログラム・ステッカー４００の二次元コードを撮影して画像データを作成して、メモリ２０９に保持する。二次元コード復号手段２１０は、メモリ２０９に保持された二次元コードの画像データを復号して、ライセンス発行サーバ装置３００にアクセスするためのＵＲＬとプロダクト・キーを含む文字列を生成する（図５（ステップ１））。
ＷＥＢブラウザ２２０は、プロダクト・キーを含むＵＲＬに基づいて、ライセンス発行サーバ装置３００にアクセスする（図５（ステップ２））。
ライセンス発行サーバ装置３００の認証手段３１０は、携帯端末装置２００が送信するプロダクト・キーを含むＵＲＬを受信して、データベースの認証情報３９１を参照して、受信したＵＲＬに含まれるプロダクト・キーと一致するプロダクト・キーが存在すれば、これを認証する（図５（ステップ３））。
登録画面返信手段３２０は、認証手段３１０が認証した場合には、携帯端末装置２００にユーザ登録画面を返信する（図５（ステップ４））。
携帯端末装置２００のＷＥＢブラウザ２２０は、ライセンス発行サーバ装置３００から返信されたユーザ登録画面６０１を受信して、表示部２０２に表示する（図５（ステップ５））。
登録データ受付手段２３０は、入力部２０５から入力された電子メールアドレスを含む登録データを受け付ける。このとき、ＷＥＢブラウザ２２０は、ユーザ登録画面６０１に登録データを表示する（図５（ステップ６））。
ユーザ登録画面６０１の登録ボタン６０３が選択されたら、登録データ受付手段２３０は、ユーザ登録データをライセンス発行サーバ装置３００に送信する（図５（ステップ７））。
ライセンス発行サーバ装置３００のライセンス情報発行手段３３０は、携帯端末装置２００から、電子メールアドレスを含むユーザ登録データを受信する（図５（ステップ８））。
ライセンス情報発行手段３３０は、ライセンス・キーを含む電子メールを作成して、ユーザ登録データに記載されている電子メールアドレスに送信する（図５（ステップ９））。携帯端末装置２００のメール受信手段２４０は、ライセンス発行サーバ装置３００からライセンス・キーが記載された電子メールを受信する（図５（ステップ１０））。 FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining the flow of the license issuing process.

When the authentication unit 310 authenticates, the registration screen reply unit 320 returns a user registration screen to the mobile terminal device 200 (FIG. 5 (step 4)).
The WEB browser 220 of the portable terminal device 200 receives the user registration screen 601 returned from the license issuing server device 300 and displays it on the display unit 202 (step 5 in FIG. 5).
The registration data receiving unit 230 receives registration data including an e-mail address input from the input unit 205. At this time, the WEB browser 220 displays registration data on the user registration screen 601 (FIG. 5 (step 6)).
When the registration button 603 on the user registration screen 601 is selected, the registration data receiving unit 230 transmits the user registration data to the license issuing server device 300 (FIG. 5 (step 7)).
The license information issuing means 330 of the license issuing server device 300 receives user registration data including an electronic mail address from the mobile terminal device 200 (FIG. 5 (step 8)).
The license information issuing means 330 creates an e-mail containing the license key and sends it to the e-mail address described in the user registration data (FIG. 5 (step 9)). The mail receiving means 240 of the portable terminal device 200 receives an e-mail in which the license key is described from the license issuing server device 300 (FIG. 5 (step 10)).

なお、ホログラムは、ホログラム・ステッカーの代わりに、転写ホログラムを用いて、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭなどに、転写してもよい。

前記携帯端末装置は、
ホログラムの二次元コードを撮影して画像データを作成する電子カメラと、
二次元コードの画像データを復号して、ＵＲＬ（Uniform Resource Locator）と商品識別情報を含む文字列を生成する二次元コード復号手段と、
前記文字列の商品識別情報を含むＵＲＬからライセンス発行サーバ装置にアクセスして、ユーザ登録画面を受信して表示するＷＥＢブラウザと、
ユーザ登録画面に入力された電子メールアドレスを含むユーザ登録データを受け付けて、ライセンス発行サーバ装置に送信する登録データ受付手段と、
ラインセンス・キーを含む電子メールを受信するメール受信手段と、
を備える端末装置であって、
前記ライセンス発行サーバ装置は、
前記携帯端末装置が送信する商品識別情報を含むＵＲＬを受信して、ユーザ登録画面を返信する登録画面返信手段と、
