Abstract

Claims (9)
- 蒸気タービンの動翼であって、
根元部(2)と、
該根元部と連続した翼形部(10)であって、最適化された流速分布と最小の遠心および曲げ応力を提供しつつ、空気力学的性能を最適化するように成形される該翼形部(10)と、
該翼形部と連続した翼端部(4)と、
該翼端部の一部として形成されたカバー(5)であって、翼端損失を最小限にするラジアルシールを画定する該カバー(5)とからなる、
前記蒸気タービンの動翼。 - 0.143m2の出口環帯面積を有する、請求項1に記載の動翼。
- 運転速度範囲が5625〜11250毎分回転数である、請求項1又は2に記載の動翼。
- 30.9kg/sの最大質量流量を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の動翼。
- 2番目から最終段の動翼として作動するように設計される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の動翼。
- 該カバー(5)は、該カバーが隣接する動翼の隣接するカバーに素早く係合するように寸法決めされる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の動翼。
- 該カバー(5)が該翼端部(4)と一体的である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の動翼。
- 該ラジアルシールが少なくとも1つの翼端シール(12)を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の動翼。
- 蒸気タービンの動翼であって、
根元部(2)と、
該根元部と連続した翼形部(10)であって、最適化された流速分布と最小の遠心および曲げ応力を提供しつつ、空気力学的性能を最適化するように成形される該翼形部(10)と、
該翼形部と連続し、翼端幅を有する翼端部(4)と、
該翼端部の一部として形成され、翼端損失を最小限にするラジアルシールを画定するカバー(5)であって、該カバーが隣接する動翼の隣接するカバーに素早く係合するように、該翼端幅よりも広くなっている該カバー(5)とからなる該蒸気タービンの動翼において、
出口環帯面積が0.143m2であり、運転速度範囲が5625〜11250毎分回転数であり、最大質量流量が30.9kg/sである、
