Description

The present invention relates to a humidifier capable of improving the humidification capability while reducing the size of the apparatus.

Conventionally, a humidifier equipped with a humidifying element that is configured such that a laminated body in which a plurality of plate materials are laminated at intervals is rotated so as to be able to enter and exit while being partially immersed in water in a water storage container. Is known.

In such a thing, each board | plate material laminated | stacked consists of discs, and is supported by the water storage container by the single axis | shaft used as the core rod which penetrates each center part (for example, patent documents 1-1). 4).

実公昭45−11271号公報(図2、図3)Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 45-11271 (FIGS. 2 and 3) 実公昭46−32949号公報(図3、図6)Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-32949 (FIGS. 3 and 6) 実開昭50−79246号公報(図1、図2)Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-79246 (FIGS. 1 and 2) 実開平7−12832号公報(図1、図5)Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-12832 (FIGS. 1 and 5)

However, in the case where each plate material which is a constituent element of the humidifying element is made of a disk and is supported by a single shaft serving as a core rod, a blower is disposed above or to the side of the humidifying element. Rotating the humidifying element pumps up water and applies airflow to the air to increase the humidity of the air, so a wasteful air passage space is required between the blower and the humidifying element. A wasteful air flow that does not pass through the humidifying element due to wind leakage or the like occurs, or an uneven distribution of airflow in the humidifying element occurs, and a reduction in humidification efficiency is inevitable.

Also, even if the diameter of each disk, which is a constituent element of the humidifying element, is increased in order to increase the amount of humidification, it is difficult to improve the water pumping capacity. In order to improve the water pumping capacity, the disk Inevitably, an increase in the number of parts, an increase in the size of the apparatus, and an associated increase in cost were inevitable.

The technical problem of the present invention is to improve the humidifying ability while reducing the size of the apparatus.

The humidifier according to the present invention is a humidifying element in which a laminated body obtained by laminating a plurality of plate members at intervals is installed so that it can be rotated in and out while partially immersed in water in a water storage container. The plate is made of a ring-shaped plate having attachment holes in at least two locations in the circumferential direction, and the laminate has a plurality of ring-shaped plates made of a plurality of straight holes. A blower that generates an air flow in which the wind passes in the radial direction through the gaps between the laminated ring-shaped plate members is disposed in the cavity of the laminated body and fixed in a tightly fitted state to the connecting member. It has been made.

According to the humidifier of the present invention, the plate material is made of a ring-shaped plate material having attachment holes in at least two locations in the circumferential direction, and each of the attachment holes is inserted into a plurality of connecting members made of straight shafts in a close fitting state. Since the laminate is created, positioning is easy and reliable, and there is no rattling or vibration after assembly of each ring-shaped plate material, and the gap between the blower placed in the lumen of the laminate is reduced. Can do. For this reason, unnecessary wind leakage does not occur, the space can be effectively used, and the humidification ability can be improved while the apparatus is made compact. Moreover, since the water | moisture content adhering to the connection member which consists of a straight axis | shaft is discharge | released in air by a blower, it is useful for the further increase in the humidification amount.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
The present invention will be described below with reference to illustrated embodiments.
1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a humidifier according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which a front panel of the humidifier is removed, and FIG. 3 shows the humidifier from the side. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a relationship between a ring-shaped plate material and a connecting member (including an auxiliary connecting member) constituting the humidifying element of the humidifier, and FIG. 5 shows a humidifying element formed by laminating the ring-shaped plate materials. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view shown from the side.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the humidifier of the present embodiment includes a main body 1, a front panel 2 provided on the front surface of the main body 1, and a cassette-type water supply tank 6 disposed on the back surface of the main body 1. Have. The front panel 2 is formed with a lattice-like suction port 3, and the main body 1 is provided with lattice-like air outlets 5, 5 from both sides of the upper surface to both side surfaces. The dry air sucked from 3 is given moisture while passing through the humidifying element 24 in the main body 1, and blown out from the outlets 5 and 5.

More specifically, a water storage container 9 is disposed in the lower part of the main body 1 as shown in FIG. 2, and water is supplied from the water supply tank 6 into the water storage container 9 so that water reaches a predetermined water level. Can be stored.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the humidifying element 24 is composed of a laminated body in which a plurality of ring-shaped plate members 24 a are laminated at intervals, and a part (lower part) is immersed in water in the water storage container 9. It is accommodated and supported so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane. And the blower 11 which consists of the sirocco fan etc. which generate | occur | produce the airflow which goes to the outer peripheral side from the inner peripheral side of the clearance gap between the ring-shaped board | plate materials 24a laminated | stacked as shown in FIG. Yes. That is, the humidifying element 24 enters and exits the water in the water storage container 9 at the lower position while rotating around the blower 11.

Each ring-shaped plate member 24a, which is a constituent element of the humidifying element 24, is manufactured by resin injection molding, and includes a plurality of (four at 90 ° intervals) connecting members 40 and a plurality of (four at 90 ° intervals). Are inserted into the auxiliary connecting member 41 and positioned and laminated, sandwiched between the ring-shaped back side plate 23 and the ring-shaped suction side plate 16 located at both ends of the laminated body, and connected to each of the connecting members 40 and the auxiliary connecting members 41. The laminated state is held by fastening screws 46 attached to the respective ends.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, each ring-shaped plate member 24a can be closely fitted with each connecting member 40 made of the straight shaft at at least two locations in the circumferential direction (four locations at intervals of 90 °). Auxiliary mounting holes 51 are provided, and auxiliary mounting holes 52 are also formed at a plurality of locations (four locations) that are shifted by 45 ° in the circumferential direction from the mounting holes 51, respectively. Each auxiliary connecting member 41 having a rough dimension in the radial direction is inserted in a loosely fitted state and is positioned auxiliary.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, each ring-shaped plate member 24a is provided with convex portions (bosses) 43a in the hole axial direction around both the mounting hole 51 and the auxiliary mounting hole 52 so as to protrude on both sides. The protrusions 43a opposed to each other at the front and rear when the layers are stacked can be abutted and function as a spacer.

Each of the connecting members 40 and each of the auxiliary connecting members 41 has a straight cylindrical shape, which is integrally formed by extending from the back side plate 23 as shown in FIG. 4 are provided with reinforcing ribs 40a and 41a having a function of preventing a collapse extending in the axial direction at opposing positions on the respective outer peripheral surfaces, and tightly fitting or assisting with the mounting hole 51 via these reinforcing ribs 40a and 41a. The mounting hole 52 may be loosely fitted. In this case, the assembly work is facilitated as the contact area of the fitting portion is reduced.

Next, the humidifying operation of the humidifier according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. First, when the water supply tank 6 is set on a tray (not shown), the water in the water supply tank 6 is supplied into the water storage container 9, and the water supply is stopped when a predetermined water level is reached. At this time, the humidifying element 24 has a ring-shaped part (lower part) positioned below the water surface in the water storage container 9 and is immersed in water.

Then, power is transmitted to the humidifying element 24 from a driving means (not shown), and the humidifying element 24 enters and leaves the water in the water storage container 9 at the lower position while rotating around the blower 11 in the vertical plane.

On the other hand, the wind flow in the humidifier is generated by the rotation of the blower 11. That is, when the blower 11 rotates, dry air is sucked from the suction port 3. The sucked dry air flows through the gaps between the ring-shaped plate members 24a of the humidifying element 24 from the inner peripheral side toward the outer peripheral side, and while passing through the gaps, the ring-shaped plate members 24a and the connecting members 40 are passed. And moisture is given by the water | moisture content adhering to each auxiliary | assistant connection member 41 (the convex part 43a which covers these here), and it blows off from the blower outlets 5 and 5 after that.

As described above, in the humidifier of the present embodiment, as the plate material constituting the humidifying element 24, the ring-shaped plate material 24a having the mounting holes 51 in at least two places (here, four places) in the circumferential direction is used. Since the hole 51 is inserted into a plurality of connecting members 40 formed by straight shafts integrally formed with the back side plate 23 in a close fitting state, the laminated body is created, so that the positioning of each ring-shaped plate member 24a is easy and reliable. Thus, it is possible to prevent radial displacement of each ring-shaped plate member 24a to be laminated, and no backlash or vibration occurs after assembly of each ring-shaped plate member 24a.

Furthermore, since the radial displacement of each ring-shaped plate member 24a to be laminated can be prevented, the clearance between the inner circumference of the laminated body and the outer circumference of the blower 11 arranged in the lumen portion 50 can be reduced. . For this reason, a useless air passage space is eliminated between the blower 11 and the humidifying element 24, and the air blown from the blower 11 can be directly blown to the humidifying element 24 without passing through an extra air passage. The humidification ability can be improved while reducing the inner diameter of each ring-shaped plate member 24a, and hence the outer diameter of each ring-shaped plate member 24a and the outer shape of the apparatus.

Moreover, since the water | moisture content adhering to the connection member 40 which consists of a straight axis | shaft, and the auxiliary | assistant connection member 41 is also discharge | released in air by a fan, it is useful for the further increase in the humidification amount.

In addition, auxiliary mounting holes 52 are formed at a plurality of locations different from each mounting hole 51 in the circumferential direction in the ring-shaped plate material 24a, and each ring-shaped plate material 24a is connected to a plurality of auxiliary connecting members 41 whose dimensions are rough in the radial direction. Since each auxiliary mounting hole 52 is inserted into a loosely fitted state and is fixed in an auxiliary manner, the ring-shaped plate members 24a are stacked after being stacked without degrading the assemblability for stacking the ring-shaped plate members 24a. Since it can connect supplementarily in several places, even when each ring-shaped board | plate material 24a has curvature, it can correct | amend a curvature reliably and can assemble.

In addition, each ring-shaped plate member 24a is provided with convex portions 43a in the hole axial direction around each mounting hole 51 and each auxiliary mounting hole 52 on both surfaces thereof, and the respective ring-shaped plate members 24a are opposed to each other in the front and rear directions. Since the convex portions 43a are configured so as to be able to face each other, it is possible to assemble the ring-shaped plate materials 24a to be laminated with a uniform interval. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the air path pressure loss, eliminate the need for the spacer member, reduce the number of parts, and improve the assemblability.

Furthermore, by providing the convex portions 43a on both surfaces of each ring-shaped plate member 24a as described above, the shapes of both surfaces of each ring-shaped plate member 24a are the same, and the front and back sides are eliminated, and assembly is performed without worrying about the front and back during stacking assembly. Can be assembled.

Here, an example is given in which dry air is sucked in from the suction port 3 on the front surface of the main body, and the air given moisture by the humidifying element 24 in the main body is blown out from the outlets 5 and 5 on both sides of the main body. However, these relations are reversed by reversing the blower 11 and reversing the flow of the wind, that is, the suction port 3 is set as the outlet and the outlets 5 and 5 are set as the inlets. It is also possible to blow out the wind given moisture from the front of the main body.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 6 is a main part longitudinal sectional view showing a connecting portion between the ring-shaped plate member and the connecting member of the humidifier according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the same part as that of the above-described first embodiment is shown. Are given the same reference numerals.

In the humidifier of the present embodiment, each ring-shaped plate member 24b, which is a constituent element of the humidifying element 24, is manufactured by resin injection molding as in the first embodiment described above. The projections (bosses) 43b in the hole axial direction provided around the mounting holes 52 are projected only on one side, and the connecting member 40 and the auxiliary shaft composed of a straight shaft into which the mounting holes 51 and the auxiliary mounting holes 52 are further inserted. The base member of the connecting member 41 is different from that of the first embodiment in that gap-forming step portions 40b and 41b are provided when the ring-shaped plate members 24b are stacked. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, since the convex portion 43b that defines a gap serving as an air path between the ring-shaped plate members 24b when stacked is protruded only on one side, the gap whose protrusion length serves as an air path is provided. Is set to be twice the projecting length of the double-sided projecting convex portion 43a described in the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, since the convex portion 43b protrudes only on one side, the shapes of both sides of each ring-shaped plate member 24a are different, and the front and back sides are generated. For this reason, attention should be paid to the direction at the time of stacking, but the same operations and effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained except for this point.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of a main part showing a gap forming convex portion provided on a ring-shaped plate member of a humidifier according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, in which the same parts as those of Embodiment 1 described above are shown. Are denoted by the same reference numerals.

In the humidifier according to the present embodiment, each ring-shaped plate member 24c, which is a constituent element of the humidifying element 24, is manufactured by sheet metal punching, and each ring-shaped plate member 24c has a convex portion for defining a mutual interval during lamination. 43c is protruded on one side near the mounting hole (not shown) and the auxiliary mounting hole by press molding from the one end surface side of the ring-shaped plate member 24c, and the back surface side of the convex portion 43c is formed in the concave portion 43d as described above. It differs from that of the first embodiment. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

Also in the present embodiment, since the convex portion 43c that defines a gap serving as an air passage between the ring-shaped plate members 24c when stacked is protruded only on one surface, the protrusion length of the convex portion 43c is the air passage. It becomes the same size as the size of the gap.

Also in the present embodiment, the convex portions 43c are projected only on one side, so that the shapes of both surfaces of each ring-shaped plate member 24c are different, and the front and back sides are generated. For this reason, attention should be paid to the direction at the time of stacking, but the same operations and effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained except for this point.

Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 8 is a schematic front view of a ring-shaped plate member of a humidifier according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view of a main part of the laminate of the ring-shaped plate member. The same parts as those in FIG.

In the humidifier of this embodiment, each ring-shaped plate member 24a, which is a constituent element of the humidifying element 24, is provided with spiral ribs 45 avoiding portions of attachment holes and auxiliary attachment holes (both not shown). Each of the above-described embodiments is characterized in that the spacer-like rib 45 has a spacer function and the water in the water storage container 9 (see FIG. 2) can be pumped by the spiral rib 45 when the humidifying element 24 rotates. The form is different.

More specifically, the spiral ribs 45 are formed on both surfaces of each ring-shaped plate member 24a, and the direction of the spiral is the same when viewed through the front and back surfaces of the ring-shaped plate member 24a. The direction of the vortex is set so that the vortex on the front surface side is a left-hand winding as shown in FIG. And when the humidification element 24 is set in the water storage container 9 and rotated, if the direction of the spiral is a left-hand turn as shown in FIG. 8, it is rotated clockwise. Thereby, the water in the water storage container 9 can be pumped up and each ring-shaped board | plate material 24a can be efficiently wetted now. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, spiral ribs 45 are formed on both surfaces of each ring-shaped plate member 24a, and the spiral direction differs between the front and back surfaces, so that front and back surfaces are generated. For this reason, attention must be paid to the direction during lamination. Except for this point, there is an advantage that the humidifying ability can be improved in addition to the functions and effects of the first embodiment.

In this example, the spiral rib 45 is formed so as to be able to abut on both surfaces of each ring-shaped plate member 24a. However, the protrusion length may be increased to provide the spiral rib only on one surface. Needless to say, it is good.
