Description

Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a pen shaft for an attachment pen provided with a pipe that can automatically fill drawing tips such as drafting ink and ink ink in a continuous manner.
Conventionally, the pen axis used for drawing manga, illustrations, and designs is simply a method of inserting a pen such as a G pen or turnip pen into a wooden or plastic pen body. In order to do so, the ink tip had to be attached to the ink bottle with the pen tip.
In addition, the amount of ink that can be replenished to the pen tip at a time is very small, and ink is interrupted immediately by drawing a few lines on the paper, and ink must be replenished frequently while drawing continues. The work was forced to be interrupted, and the user was forced to waste a lot of time and effort.
In general, fountain pens already exist as writing instruments with a function that can automatically fill the nib with ink, but the existing fountain pen mechanism uses a normal low-stick ink for writing. Although it exhibits its effectiveness only for a limited time, drawing ink and ink used for drawing are highly viscous in nature and very sticky when dried. Since these drawing inks adhere to the parts, drawing is impossible.
At the same time, with the existing fountain pen mechanism, the function is established only when the pen tip is fixed to the pen shaft in advance. The pen tip with various shapes such as the G pen and the turnip pen is worn out. The functionality of the replacement pen, which can be replaced, could not be paralleled.
The present invention has been invented to eliminate the drawbacks, and will be described with reference to the drawings. The pen shaft main body (1) is hollowed, and an injector such as a syringe is used from the pen shaft tail (2). Ink drawing ink, ink, and other inks to be used are not limited in advance so that the user can freely fill their favorite ink, and those inks flow smoothly to the pen shaft head as fluid. A removable pipe (3) with an internal diameter to pass through is attached, the pipe is curved, and the tip (4) can be closely attached to the back side of any shape attached pen so that ink does not leak The flexible material is used.
By doing this, when the pen is attached to the pen shaft body, the tip of the pipe is in close contact with the back side of the crack at the tip of the pen, so that ink does not leak unnecessarily, and when the pen is applied to paper and used. As long as the writing pressure is as high as possible, a crack in the pen tip opens, and the ink inside the pipe is sent out to that space. Each time a line is drawn, the ink is smoothly introduced and filled into the pen tip one after another, and the line can be drawn and drawn without interruption.
At the same time, when the ink pressure decreases as the internal pressure of the pen shaft body (1), which is sealed so that ink does not leak under normal conditions, decreases as the ink is used, the air adjustment hole (5) is opened and closed. It is solved by replenishing air from. In addition, a water pressure adjusting threshold (6) can be provided in order to adjust the water pressure so that the ink does not leak more than necessary due to excessive water pressure during use. The same effect can be obtained by inserting a sponge-like body as an adjustment threshold.
By using the present invention, the actual drawing time can be dramatically shortened. As an example, the time required for pen insertion drawing, which is the process of producing manga manuscripts, can be drawn in about 30 minutes and reduced to about one-fourth of the time it takes about 2 hours per sheet. As a result, it is confirmed by a field test certificate using a prototype that it can be improved by about 400%. Therefore, the present invention is a great help for all manga artists, animators, illustrators, and designers who are strictly chased by the time of drawing production due to the characteristics of the industry.
In addition, it is also possible to make the contact | adhesion degree to a pen point back side higher by incorporating a magnet in the pipe front-end | tip part.
