Abstract
Description
The present invention is, for example, a boundary between a sidewalk or a median strip on a road and a roadway, a boundary between a parking lot and an approaching roadway in various facilities (hospital, park, station front rotary, high speed service area, etc.), or a flower bed in various facilities. The present invention relates to a boundary block arranged for partitioning etc.
In view of such a current situation, the applicant of the present application can be arranged and harmonized with nature without being dissolved and weakened by the snow melting agent, and can reduce the cost required for production and repair, A wooden boundary block (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-6104) that is easy to install has been proposed.
This wooden boundary block is not easily corroded even if it is exposed to snow and rain, because it has been subjected to antiseptic treatment on a plurality of wooden boards constituting the block body. It became clear that there was an easy site. The present invention contemplates a wooden boundary block that can withstand long-term use by structurally eliminating such corrosive sites, that is, the object of the present invention is to dissolve by a snow melting agent. Boundary block that can be used for a long period of time without damage due to corrosion, etc. It is to provide.
In order to solve the above problems, a wooden block body is formed by stacking a plurality of wooden plates in the vertical direction, and an anchor bolt insertion hole penetrating from near the upper part to the lower surface is provided inside the wooden block body. A boundary block in which the wooden block body is disposed on the foundation by inserting an anchor bolt, which is erected and fixed in advance to the foundation, into the anchor bolt insertion hole and fixing an upper portion of the anchor bolt with a nut. The spacer is partially disposed between the lower surface of the wooden block body and the upper surface of the foundation, and the lower surface of the wooden block body and the upper surface of the foundation are separated from each other. It is a boundary block.
It is preferable that the upper surface of the foundation is provided with a draining groove groove from the standing part of the anchor bolt to the end. The boundary block is a boundary block in which earth and sand are disposed on one side surface of the wooden block body, and a resin sheet is preferably attached to one side surface of the wooden block body. It is preferable that the upper surface of the wooden block body is formed as an inclined surface.
According to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, it is arranged and harmonized with nature without being dissolved and weakened by the snow melting agent, and the cost required for production and repair can be reduced and the mounting work is also easy. Further, damage due to corrosion or the like is further suppressed, and it can be used for a long time.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, by separating the

It is a perspective exploded view of the shown boundary block.
The
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the
Specifically, the wooden board 2 of this embodiment includes a first
The first
The second
Although the boundary block of this embodiment is made of a total of five wooden boards, it may be any number as long as it is plural, and the dimensions of each wooden board can be changed as appropriate. All the wooden plates may have the same dimensions.
As described above, since the boundary block of the present invention is formed of a plurality of wooden boards, it is possible to use inexpensive small-diameter wood and laminated timber, and it can be partially replaced even if part of it is damaged. Therefore, the cost required for production and repair can be reduced. In particular, as in this embodiment, if a board having a small width is used as the wooden board disposed in the middle part and wide boards are disposed above and below the wooden board, a cheaper small-diameter tree can be utilized in the middle part.
As wooden boards, coniferous trees such as pine, oak, birch, and cedar can be suitably used, but especially after the war, a large amount of trees are planted as components of utility poles. By doing so, it is possible to effectively use wood resources.
Inside the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
A
As shown in FIG. 1 or 2, a
Specifically, a brass cage is used for the
Note that the spacer (interval holding member) is not limited to the brass cage, and any spacer can be used as long as the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a
Specifically, the draining
Next, a method for disposing (attaching) the
At the time of arrangement, first, as a foundation formation, a crushed stone layer (not shown) is formed, and then concrete is placed thereon to form a
After the concrete is hardened and the
The
Then, after placing the
Further, another embodiment of the boundary block of the present invention shown in FIG. 5 will be described. The difference between the
Specifically, the flower bed constituting boundary block or the mound-up sidewalk constituting boundary block is usually easily corroded because one side of the
As described above, the boundary block of the present invention realizes a wooden boundary block that can be used for a longer period of time by adopting many structures in which the wooden block body does not corrode more.
