該補助バンド縫着部より上部に一端を縫着し左右下方向へ伸びて腸骨から前方へ回して引き締める2本の仙骨押圧補助バンド
であり、
前記大転子押圧補助バンドの両端と、前記各仙骨押圧補助バンドの他端には基本ベルトとの係止手段を有してなることを特徴とする車椅子用骨盤安定装着具。
