Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture.

Conventionally, what is provided with the socket 3 as shown to Fig.6 (a) (b) and FIG. 7 is provided as a lighting fixture (for example, refer patent document 1). Hereinafter, the vertical and horizontal directions are based on FIG. 6B, and the horizontal direction in FIG.

First, the lamp 1 connected to the socket 3 will be described. The lamp 1 is provided in a hollow cylindrical bulb 10 and both ends of the bulb 10 in the left-right direction, which is the tube axis direction. The lamp 1 is perpendicular to the tube axis direction with respect to the bulb 10 and has the same protruding direction. This corresponds to a lamp 1 having a base 11 protruding downward. Each base 11 is provided with a terminal pin 11a made of a conductive material, electrically connected to a discharge electrode (not shown) in the bulb 10 and in contact with the conductive portion of the socket 3, protruding in the protruding direction. Has been.

The socket 3 has a socket main body 30 provided with a pin insertion hole (not shown) into which the terminal pin 11a is inserted on the lower surface, and a front-rear direction made of a leaf spring and perpendicular to the tube axis direction of the base 11. And a support spring 31 that is elastically sandwiched between the two. The socket body 30 is made of, for example, an insulating material such as a synthetic resin. In the socket body 30, a conductive block (not shown) that corresponds to the terminal pins 11 a in a one-to-one correspondence with the terminal pins 11 a inserted from the pin insertion holes. Is stored.

The support springs 31 are fixed to the socket body 30 by screws S3 together with the mounting brackets 32 for fixing, and projecting downward from both front and rear ends of the body part 31a, and the lower ends thereof are displaced back and forth. And a spring portion 31b that can be elastically deformed.

At the lower end of each spring part 31b, a locking convex part 31c protruding in a direction approaching the other spring part 31b from the other part of the spring part 31b is formed by bending. Locked protrusions 11b are provided on both front and rear surfaces of each cap 11 of the lamp 1, and each of the locked protrusions 11b is engaged when the terminal pin 11a is completely inserted into the pin insertion hole. The lamp 1 is prevented from falling off by being locked to the stop protrusion 31c (that is, located above the lock protrusion 31c). Each locked convex portion 11b is inclined so as to increase the protruding dimension toward the center portion in the vertical direction, and each spring 31b is displaced by the displacement of the locked convex portion 11b along the inclined surface. Are easily elastically deformed, so that the base 11 of the lamp 1 can be easily attached to and detached from the socket 2 only by a vertical force as indicated by an arrow A1 in FIG.

JP 2004-363029 A

In the conventional example, since the support spring 31 has a shape that substantially covers the socket body 30 when viewed from the front-rear direction, which is the clamping direction by the support spring 31, the terminal pin 11a is inserted into the pin insertion hole as shown in FIG. At this time, immediately after the terminal pin 11a is pulled out of the pin insertion hole, the support spring 31 easily hits the terminal pin 11a. When the support spring 31 hits the terminal pin 11a, the support spring 31 or the terminal pin 11a is easily damaged such as deformation.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said reason, The objective is to provide the lighting fixture which is hard to generate | occur | produce the damage by contact with a terminal pin and a support spring.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, caps are provided at both ends in the tube axis direction of the straight tube type valve, and terminal pins are provided in the respective caps in a direction perpendicular to the tube axis direction of the valve and in a common direction. It is a lighting fixture to which a projecting lamp is connected, and two lamp sockets, each of which is electrically and mechanically connected, and each socket is electrically connected to light the lamp. A lighting device, and a fixture main body that houses the lighting device and holds each socket, each socket being made of an insulating material and provided with a pin insertion hole into which a terminal pin is inserted, and a socket body, A conductive block that is electrically connected to the lighting device, housed in the socket body and in contact with the terminal pin inserted through the pin insertion hole, and the lamp cap are elastically connected from both sides in the tube axis direction. The support spring of each socket is inserted into the end of the pin insertion hole and closer to the other socket when viewed from the direction of clamping the lamp cap. The terminal pin does not overlap with a range that can be located in the process of displacing in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the terminal pin.

According to the present invention, the terminal pin inserted into the end of the pin insertion hole that is close to the other socket is displaced in the clamping direction by the support spring in the process of being displaced in the insertion / extraction direction of the pin insertion hole. Even if it is displaced, it will not hit the support spring, so compared to the case where the support spring overlaps the above range when viewed from the direction of clamping the lamp cap, damage caused by contact between the terminal pin and the support spring when the cap is attached to or detached from the socket Hard to occur.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the supporting springs of the sockets are not overlapped in a range in which the terminal pins are pulled out of the pin insertion holes when viewed from the direction of clamping the lamp cap. It is characterized by not becoming.

According to this invention, no matter where the terminal pin is inserted into the pin insertion hole, the terminal pin is supported when it is displaced in the clamping direction by the support spring in the process of displacement in the insertion / extraction direction of the pin insertion hole. Since it does not hit the spring, damage caused by contact between the terminal pin and the support spring is less likely to occur when the base is attached to and detached from the socket than when the support spring overlaps the above range when viewed from the direction in which the lamp base is sandwiched.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the support spring of each socket is inserted into the end of the pin insertion hole and close to the other socket as viewed from the direction of sandwiching the lamp cap. Since the pin does not overlap the range that can be located in the process of displacing in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the terminal pin, the terminal pin that is inserted into the end of the pin insertion hole and close to the other socket is The direction in which the lamp cap is clamped even if it is displaced in the clamping direction by the support spring in the process of displacement in the protruding direction of the terminal pin and in the opposite direction (insertion / removal direction to the pin insertion hole) Compared with the case where the support spring overlaps the above range as viewed from the top, damage due to contact between the terminal pin and the support spring is less likely to occur when the base is attached to or detached from the socket.

In the invention of claim 2, since the support springs of the sockets do not overlap with the range in which the terminal pins are pulled out of the pin insertion holes when viewed from the direction of sandwiching the lamp caps, the terminal pins are not pinned. No matter where it is inserted into the insertion hole, the terminal pin does not hit the support spring when it is displaced in the clamping direction by the support spring in the process of displacement in the insertion / extraction direction of the pin insertion hole. Compared with the case where the support spring overlaps the above range as viewed from the direction of sandwiching the pin, damage due to contact between the terminal pin and the support spring is less likely to occur when the base is attached to or detached from the socket.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 2, the present embodiment is a luminaire to which the lamp 1 described in the conventional example is attached. The luminaire main body 2 having a shape that is long in the tube axis direction of the lamp 1 to be attached, and the longitudinal direction of the luminaire main body 2. Sockets 3 held at both ends in the direction. The appliance body 2 houses a lighting device (not shown) such as a known electronic ballast for lighting the lamp 1. Hereinafter, the vertical direction is based on FIG. 2, the longitudinal direction of the fixture body 2 (the tube axis direction of the lamp 1) is referred to as the left-right direction, and the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the left-right direction is referred to as the front-rear direction. That is, the direction in which each cap 11 and the terminal pin 11a protrude with respect to the bulb 10 of the lamp 1 is referred to as an upward direction.

The appliance body 2 has a rectangular parallelepiped body 21 in which the storage recess 21a in which the lighting device 20 is stored is opened on the lower surface, and a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the upper surface is opened, and is attached to the lower side of the body 21 so as to form the storage recess 21a. And a cover 22 for covering.

Exposed holes 22a for exposing the socket 3 are vertically provided at both left and right end portions of the lower surface of the cover 22, and the bulb 11 of the lamp 11 in which each base 11 is connected to the socket 3 is connected to the cover 22. Located on the lower side. The reflectance of the lower surface of the cover 22 is enhanced by, for example, white coating, and the cover 22 functions as a reflector that distributes the light of the lamp 1.

Screw insertion holes (not shown) are vertically inserted in both the left and right ends of the body 21 and on the bottom surface of the storage recess 21a inside the socket 3, and the ceiling is inserted through the screw insertion holes. The body 21 is fixed to the construction surface CE by screws S1 that are screwed onto the construction surface CE such as a surface.

In addition, a wire insertion hole (not shown) for inserting the electric wire PL drawn from the construction surface CE for supplying power to the lighting device at the center in the left-right direction on the bottom surface of the housing recess 21a of the body 21. Are penetrated up and down.

As shown in FIG. 3, two terminal pins 11a are arranged on the upper surface of each base 11 of the lamp 1 so as to protrude in the front and rear directions, and each socket 3 has one terminal. Two pin insertion holes 30a into which the pins 11a are inserted have a hollow rectangular parallelepiped socket body 3 opened on the lower surface. The socket body 3 is made of an insulating material such as synthetic resin. In addition, each terminal pin 11a has a cylindrical shape, whereas each pin insertion hole 30a has a rectangular shape that is long to the left and right, and even when each terminal pin 11a is inserted into the pin insertion hole 30a, the lamp is inserted. 1 is slightly displaceable to the right and left with respect to the socket 3. Furthermore, the socket body 3 is housed with two conductive blocks (not shown) each made of a conductive material such as metal and in one-to-one contact with the terminal pins 11a inserted from the pin insertion holes 30a. Yes.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), each socket 3 is made of, for example, a metal leaf spring, and the front / rear direction is a direction perpendicular to the tube axis direction of the base 11 of the lamp 1 (FIG. 4). The support spring 31 is elastically clamped from the left and right direction in (a). More specifically, the support spring 31 is elastic so that the main body 31a overlaps the upper surface of the socket main body 3 and projects downward from both front and rear ends of the main body 31a so as to face the front and rear and displace the lower end forward and backward. It has a pair of spring portions 31b that are deformable and sandwich the base 11 of the lamp 1 between the lower end portions. At the lower end of each spring part 31b, a locking convex part 31c protruding in a direction approaching the other spring part 31b from the other part of the spring part 31b is formed by bending. Locked protrusions 11b are provided on both front and rear surfaces of each base 11 of the lamp 1, and each locked protrusion 11b is in a state where each terminal pin 11a is completely inserted into the pin insertion hole 30a. Are locked by the locking projections 31c (that is, located above the locking projections 31c), so that the lamp 1 is prevented from falling off. Each locked convex portion 11b is inclined so as to increase the protruding dimension toward the center portion in the vertical direction, and each spring 31b is displaced by the displacement of the locked convex portion 11b along the inclined surface. Therefore, the cap 11 of the lamp 1 can be easily attached to and detached from the socket 2 only by the force in the vertical direction.

Each socket 3 has a mounting bracket 32 for mounting to the instrument body 2. The mounting bracket 32 is formed by, for example, punching and bending a metal plate, and a main body 32a that is stacked on the upper side of the main body 31a of the support spring 31 with the thickness direction directed in the vertical direction. It has leg portions 32b and 32c each having an inverted L-shaped cross section that protrudes upward from the left and right ends of 32a and has an upper end bent in a direction away from the main body portion 32a in the left-right direction. It is inserted through a screw insertion hole (not shown) vertically penetrated in the main body 32 a of the mounting bracket 32 and a screw insertion hole (not shown) vertically penetrated in the main body 31 a of the support spring 31. The socket body 30, the support spring 31, and the mounting bracket 32 are integrated by a screw S3 that is screwed into the socket body 30. Further, a screw insertion hole 32d is vertically provided at the upper end of one leg 32b on the side of the legs 32b and 32c that is away from the other socket 3 (left side in FIG. 4B). The socket 3 is screwed to the base 21 of the instrument body 2 by a screw (not shown) inserted through the screw insertion hole 32d. Further, an L-shaped attachment portion 32e that protrudes downward from the tip of the other leg portion 32c in a direction in which the tip portion approaches the other socket 3 in the left-right direction is projected downward. The attachment portion 32e protrudes downward from the socket body 30, and a screw hole 32f for screwing the cover 22 is vertically penetrated at the lower end portion of the attachment portion 32e. That is, screw insertion holes 22b are vertically provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface of the cover 22 and inside the exposure holes 22a. The screw insertion holes 22b are inserted through the screw insertion holes 22b. The cover 22 is mechanically coupled to each socket 3 by a screw S2 that is screwed into the screw hole 32f. That is, the body 21 and the cover 22 are connected to each other via the mounting bracket 32 of the socket 3.

Further, both front and rear ends of a U-shaped support wire 33 are pivotally attached to the support spring 31 of each socket 3 as viewed from the left-right direction. Each support wire 33 is rotatable with respect to the instrument body 2 so as to displace the lower end portion between the lower side of the lamp 1 and the outer side in the left-right direction with respect to the lamp 1. That is, after each base 11 of the lamp 1 is connected to the socket 3, if each support wire 33 is rotated so that its lower end reaches the lower side of the lamp 1, the lamp 1 is dropped by the support wire 33. Can be reliably prevented.

Here, in each socket 3, the end (right end in FIG. 1) of the spring portion 31b on the side close to the other socket 3 is the side away from the other socket 3 in the left-right direction of the pin insertion hole 30a. It is located on the side farther from the other socket 3 in the left-right direction than the other end (left end in FIG. 1). That is, when viewed from the front-rear direction, which is the holding direction by the support spring 31, the support spring 31 does not overlap the range that is below the pin insertion hole 30a (the direction in which the terminal pin 11a is pulled out). Thereby, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, even when the terminal pin 11 a is inserted into the left end portion of the pin insertion hole 30 a in the left socket 3, the terminal pin 11 a is more than the right end of the spring portion 31 b of the support spring 31. Located on the right side.

According to the above configuration, when the support spring 31 does not overlap with the lower side of the pin insertion hole 30a when viewed from the front-rear direction, which is the clamping direction of the support spring 31, the terminal pin 11a is located anywhere in the pin insertion hole 30a. Even in the case of insertion, the terminal pin 11a hits the support spring 31 when it is displaced in the front-rear direction (the clamping direction by the support spring 31) in the process of being displaced in the up-down direction (insertion / removal direction to the pin insertion hole 30a). Therefore, compared to the case where the support spring 31 overlaps the above range when viewed from the front-rear direction (the direction in which the cap 11 of the lamp 1 is sandwiched), the terminal pin 11a and the support spring 31 are not attached to the socket 3 when the cap 11 is attached or detached. Less likely to be damaged by contact.

In the spring portion 31b of the support spring 31, in order to suppress the spring force without reducing the left and right width dimensions and thickness dimensions, a through hole 31d may be provided in the front-rear direction as shown in FIG. If this configuration is adopted, the spring portion 31b is less likely to be deformed compared to the case where the lower end portion of the spring portion 31b is divided by the slit 31e to suppress the spring force as in the conventional example.
