Claims (25)
- 装置において、
整形外科用インプラントと、
支持部材と、
前記インプラントと前記支持部材を接続するコネクタであって、前記支持部材を受け入れるための長手方向軸を備えた第1穴と、長手方向軸を備えた第2穴とを有しており、前記2つの穴は互いに連通し、前記2つの軸は互いに対してオフセットしている、コネクタと、
前記インプラントの外側と前記第2穴の内側とに沿って滑動可能なスリーブ部材であって、長手方向軸を有しており、一端にねじ部分を、そして反対側の他端に前記スリーブの軸と実質的に平行な少なくとも1つのスロットを有している、スリーブ部材と、
前記スリーブ部材に接続されている、凸形をしている外表面と、
前記スリーブ部材に組み付けられ、前記コネクタに押し付けて締め付けられて、前記スリーブ部材の一部を前記支持部材に接触させ、前記支持部材を前記コネクタの一部に押し付けるようになっている係止部材であって、前記スリーブ部材は前記インプラントに押し付けて圧縮される、係止部材と、を備えている装置。 - 前記外表面は前記スリーブ部材と一体である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 貫通する穴を有し、前記スリーブ部材に滑動可能に接続されている膨隆部材を更に備えており、前記外表面は前記膨隆部材上に設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記膨隆部材は、前記開口部と連通する少なくとも1つの窪みを含んでおり、前記スリーブ部材は、前記窪み内に少なくとも部分的には嵌るようになっている少なくとも1つの突起を含んでいる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記窪みは溝である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記膨隆部材と前記スリーブ部材は、互いに対して、前記少なくとも1つの突起の内の1つが前記膨隆部材に接触する位置の間を滑動可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタは、前記第2穴に隣接する側面を有しており、前記側面を二等分する面は、前記第1穴の前記軸の上方にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタは、第1表面と、前記第2穴が通って伸張する第2表面とを有しており、前記第1表面は前記外表面に隣接しており、前記第2表面は前記係止部材に隣接しており、前記第1穴の前記軸は、前記第2表面よりも前記第1表面に近接している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記係止部材はナットを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ナットは、肉薄領域で隔てられた第1部分と第2部分を含んでおり、前記肉薄領域は、所定のトルクを掛けると、前記第1部分と前記第2部分を分離させることができるようになっている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記係止部材は、それぞれに凸型である第1及び第2の側を有するワッシャを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブ部材は、それぞれ異なる湾曲を有する第1凸型区間と第2凸型区間とを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。

整形外科用インプラントと支持部材を接続するためのコネクタであって、前記支持部材受け入れるための長手方向軸を備えた第1穴と、長手方向軸を備えた第2穴とを有しており、前記2つの穴は互いに連通し、前記2つの軸は互いに対してオフセットしており、前記コネクタは、前記第2穴に隣接する側面を有しており、前記側面を二等分する面は、前記第1穴の前記軸の上方にある、コネクタを備えている装置。 - 整形外科用インプラントの一部を収納できる寸法形状に作られた穴が貫通しているスリーブ機構を更に備えており、前記スリーブ機構は、前記装置が係止されたときに、前記支持部材に接触する凸型面を有している、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブ機構は、スリーブ部分と、前記スリーブ部分が貫通して伸張する開口部を有する別体の膨隆部分とを備えており、前記膨隆部材は前記凸型表面を含んでいる、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記膨隆部分は、前記開口部と連通している少なくとも1つの窪みを有しており、前記スリーブ部分は、前記窪み内に少なくとも部分的には入るようになっている少なくとも1つの突起を有している、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記第2穴は、前記装置が係止されたときに前記スリーブ機構に接触する凹型表面を有している、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記第2穴は、前記装置が係止されたときに前記スリーブ機構に接触する凸型表面を有している、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 装置において、
整形外科用インプラントと支持部材を接続するためのコネクタであって、前記支持部材を受け入れるための長手方向軸を備えた第1穴と、長手方向軸を備えた第2穴とを有しており、前記2つの穴は互いに連通し、前記2つの軸は互いに対してオフセットしている、コネクタと、
整形外科用インプラントの一部を収納できる寸法形状に作られた穴が貫通しているスリーブ機構であって、前記装置が係止されたときに、前記支持部材と接触する凸型表面を有しており、更に、スリーブ部分と、前記スリーブ部分が貫通して伸張する開口部を備えた別体の膨隆部分とを有している、スリーブ機構と、を備えている装置。 - 前記膨隆部分は、前記開口部と連通している少なくとも1つの窪みを有しており、前記スリーブ部分は、前記窪み内に少なくとも部分的には入るようになっている少なくとも1つの突起を有している、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブ機構に組み付けられている係止機構を更に備えており、前記係止機構を作動させると、前記スリーブ機構が前記支持部材を前記コネクタに対して押圧し、前記スリーブ機構を前記インプラントに押し付けて圧縮する、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記係止機構はナットを含んでいる、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記係止機構は、前記ナットと前記コネクタの間にワッシャを含んでいる、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記ナットは破断ナットである、請求項23に記載の装置。
