Claims (22)
- 脊椎固定プレートと、
前記脊椎固定プレートに端と端とをつなぐように連結される固定要素と、
前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素の一方に関連した雄型連結部材であって、雄ねじを切った面およびその少なくとも1つの側面に沿ってねじ切りのない接触面を含む雄型連結部材と、
前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素の他方に関連した雌型連結部材であって、前記脊椎固定プレートが前記固定要素に対して軸方向にずれることを阻止するように、前記雄型連結部材を受け、前記雄型連結部材の前記雄ねじを切った面にねじ込み式に係合する第1の穴を含み、さらに、前記第1の穴を横断して該連結本体を通って延び、前記第1の穴と連絡する第2の穴を含む雌型連結本体と、
前記脊椎固定プレートと前記固定要素の間の相対的な回転を阻止するように、前記第2の穴に配設され、前記接触面に係合する係合部材と、
を含む、脊椎構成システム。 - 前記脊椎固定プレートが前記雄型連結部材を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記脊椎固定プレートが横断穴を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定要素が第2の脊椎固定プレートである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定要素が脊椎固定ブロックである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記接触面が実質的に平坦である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素が、共通の長手方向軸周りで軸方向に位置合わせされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素が、共通の長手方向軸周りで横方向にオフセットされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の端部から延びる第1の雄型連結部材を有する脊椎固定プレートと、
第1の端部から延びる第2の雄型連結部材を有する固定要素と、
前記固定要素に対する前記脊椎固定プレートの軸方向の回転を阻止するように、前記脊椎固定プレートを前記固定要素に端と端とをつなぐように連結する雌型連結本体であって、前記第1の雄型連結部材を受けるための第1の穴を含み、さらに、前記第1の穴を横断して前記雌型連結本体を通って延び前記第1の穴と連絡する第2の穴を含む、雌型連結本体と、
前記脊椎固定プレートと前記固定要素の間の相対的な回転を阻止するように、前記第2の穴に配設され、前記第1の接触面に係合する係合部材と、
を含む、脊椎構成システム。 - 前記脊椎固定プレートが雄型連結部材を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定要素が第2の脊椎固定プレートである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定要素が横断穴を有する脊椎固定ブロックである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定要素が細長いロッドである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記雌型連結本体が前記第2の雄型連結部材を受ける第3の穴を含み、さらに、前記第3の穴を横断して前記雌型連結本体を通って延び、前記第3の穴と連絡する第4の穴を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の穴が前記第1の穴と平行である、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の穴と前記第1の穴が位置合わせされている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の穴と前記第1の穴がオフセットされている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素が、共通の長手方向軸周りで軸方向に位置合わせされている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素が、共通の長手方向軸周りで横方向にオフセットされている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定要素が細長いロッドであり、
前記雌型連結本体の前記第2の穴は雌ねじが切られ、前記係合部材は前記第2の穴でねじ込み式に係合するように雄ねじが切られており、
前記雌型連結本体が、前記第2の雄型連結部材を受け、前記第2の雄ねじを切った面にねじ込み式に係合するための第3の穴を含み、さらに、前記第3の穴を横断して前記雌型連結本体を通って延び、前記第3の穴と連絡する第4の穴を含み、
前記細長いロッドと前記脊椎固定プレートの間の相対的な回転を阻止するように、第2の係合部材が前記第4の穴に配設され、前記第2の接触面に係合し、
前記第3の穴が前記第1の穴と平行である、請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の雄型連結部材が、第1の雄ねじを切った面およびその少なくとも1つの側面に沿って第1のねじ切りのない接触面を含み、前記第2の雄型連結部材が、第2の雄ねじを切った面およびその少なくとも1つの側面に沿って第2のねじ切りのない接触面を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 脊椎固定プレートと、
前記脊椎固定プレートに端と端とをつなぐように連結される固定要素と、
前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素の一方に関連する雄型連結部材と、
前記脊椎固定プレートおよび前記固定要素の他方に関連する雌型連結部材であって、前記脊椎固定プレートが前記固定要素に対して軸方向にずれることを阻止するように前記雄型連結部材を受ける第1の穴を含み、さらに、前記連結本体を通って前記第1の穴を横断して延び、前記第1の穴と連絡する第2の穴を含む雌型連結本体と、
前記脊椎固定プレートと前記固定要素の間の相対的な回転を阻止するように、前記第2の穴に配設され、前記接触面に係合する係合部材と、
を含む、脊椎構成システム。
