Description
Claims (10)
- 重質石油原料の熱分解により生じるエアロゾルミストによるファウリングを低減する方法であって、
重質石油原料を熱分解装置において熱分解して、コーク、コーク微紛およびエアロゾルミストを含む蒸気生成物を製造する工程;および
前記エアロゾルミストを含む蒸気生成物を、前記エアロゾルミストの少なくともいくらかを凝集させるのに十分な音響エネルギー源に付して、凝集粒子を形成する工程
を含むことを特徴とするファウリングの低減方法。 - 前記重質石油原料の熱分解は、フルードコーカーまたはフレキシコーカーで生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 前記重質石油原料は、少なくとも5wt%のコンラドソン炭素含有量を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 前記フルードコーカーまたはフレキシコーカーは、温度454℃〜649℃で保持されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 前記エアロゾルミストを凝集させて、サイズ範囲20〜80μmの粒子を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 前記音響エネルギーは、周波数範囲600〜20,000Hzにあることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 音の強さは、範囲90〜60dBにあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 前記音響エネルギー源は、前記フルードコーカーまたはフレキシコーカーに、コーカー床とサイクロン入口との間で配置されることを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 凝集されたエアロゾルミストは、循環するコーク粒子上で合体し、前記コーカー床へ戻されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のファウリングの低減方法。
- 前記音響エネルギーは、定常波の形態にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のファウリングの低減方法。
