Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの開口部(8)を介して周囲環境に向かって開口している中空部(5)を備えたフィーダヘッド(1)と、前記開口部(8)を介して誘導されるとともにその中で摺動可能に構成された管状部材(2)とを有する金属鋳造用のフィーダであり、前記管状部材(2)はその前記中空部(5)側の領域に中空部(5)内の開口部(8)に近接した面に着合し得るストッパ(9)を備えてなるフィーダ。
- ストッパ(9)が管状部材(2)の外周に沿って延在する環状の突起部として形成されてなる請求項1記載のフィーダ。
- ストッパ(9)が中空部(5)側の管状部材(2)の端部上に配置されてなる請求項1または2記載のフィーダ。
- 管状部材(2)はこの管状部材(2)がその自重の影響によって摺動動作を成し得る程度に開口部(8)の直径と比べて充分に小さな外径を有してなる請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- 管状部材(2)がフィーダヘッド(1)の中空部(5)内に挿入されている状態においてこの管状部材(2)が開口部(8)の外縁部を超えて突出することがないような縦軸方向の長さを管状部材(2)が有してなる請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- 管状部材(2)は円形の断面を有してなる請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- 管状部材(2)はその中空部と反対側の端部(10)において断面が先細りとなっている請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- 開口部(8)の向い側の中空部の面に管状部材(2)が挿入された状態において着合するための接合部が形成されてなる請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- フィーダヘッド(1)が結合手段(7)を介してフィーダヘッド(1)に組み合わされる少なくとも2つの部材(3,4)から構成されてなる請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- 結合手段(7)は接着材である請求項9記載のフィーダ。
- フィーダヘッド(1)内にマンドレルを受容および心合せするための窪み部(6)を設けてなる請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のフィーダ。
- ストッパ(9)を備えた管状部材(2)を形成し;
前記管状部材(2)の外周に整合する開口部(8)あるいは窪み部を備えた第1のフィーダ部材(4)を形成し;
前記第1のフィーダ部材(4)の開口部(8)の周囲の面に前記管状部材(2)のストッパ(9)が着合し得るような方式で、前記管状部材(2)を前記開口部(8)あるいは窪み部内に挿入し;
前記第1のフィーダ部材(4)との組み合わせによって中空部(5)を備えたフィーダヘッド(1)を形成することができる第2のフィーダ部材(3)を形成し;
管状部材(2)が挿入された状態において開口部の反対側のフィーダヘッド(1)の面に着合し、引き出された状態においてはストッパ(9)をもって開口部(8)の周囲の面(11)に着合するような方式で、前記の第1のフィーダ部材(4)と第2のフィーダ部材(3)を結合してなる、
請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のフィーダの製造方法。
