Abstract
Description
板を梁上に載置するための板の支持端部は、実質的に直角をなす2つの折曲部により下方へ折り曲げられ、
梁に直交する板の各端部は、雌部または雄部を形成するように折り曲げられ、それぞれ隣接する板の折曲端部に形成された雄部または雌部に嵌込可能となっていることを特徴とするトレイに関する。
Claims (19)
- チャンバー内に配置される内部トレイにおいて、
共通する水平面内に配置され、端部においてチャンバー壁に固定されている複数の平行な梁(1)と、
前記梁の間で前記梁に支持されるとともに、前記梁間の空間を完全に覆う、列状に隣接する矩形の板(2)とを備え、
前記板を前記梁(1)上に載置するための前記板(2)の支持端部(3)は、実質的に直角をなす2つの折曲部により下方へ折り曲げられ、
前記梁(1)と直交する前記板(2)の各端部(4)は、雌部(4a)または雄部(4b)を形成するように折り曲げられ、それぞれ隣接する板の折曲端部に形成された雄部(4b)または雌部(4a)に嵌込可能となっていることを特徴とするトレイ。 - 各前記板(2)は、複数の孔部を有し、好ましくは各前記孔部は、底部に1つ以上の穴部またはスリット部を有する垂直な円筒壁(ライザー)によって囲まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトレイ。
- 前記梁(1)は、前記トレイを形成する前記矩形板の前記支持端部(3)を支持するため、垂直部分(5)と2つの水平部分(6)とからなる逆T字形状部分を有する断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトレイ。
- 前記梁(1)の前記垂直部分(5)は、前記板(2)により形成される水平面から少なくとも部分的に突出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のトレイ。
- 前記梁(1)は、前記板(2)により形成される水平面から突出する前記垂直部分(5)と、前記板(2)を前記梁の前記水平部分(6)上に固定するための固定手段(8)を挿入する開口部(7)とを有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトレイ。
- 前記固定手段(8)は、ピンまたはキーであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトレイ。
- 前記開孔板(2)の前記端部(4)に、前記端部(4)の1つの下方折曲部、好ましくは1つの下方直角折曲部により雄部(4b)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 前記開孔板(2)の前記端部(4)に、下方折曲部とこれに続く上方折曲部とにより雌部(4a)が形成され、その頂点がV字状またはU字状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のトレイ。
- 前記端部の前記折曲部は、前記開孔板(2)の角部において互いに溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のトレイ。
- 前記板(2)は、鋼鉄、好ましくはステンレス、とりわけSS321という商品名の鋼鉄のような、硬い材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 前記板は、1mm乃至10mmの厚さ、好ましくは3mm乃至5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 一つの板の前記雌部(4a)とこれに隣接する板の前記雄部(4b)との間の接触面、および/または、前記梁(1)と、前記板の前記端部(3)の折曲部との間の接触面に、シール材(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 前記シール材は、セラミック繊維または炭素繊維から製造されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のトレイ。
- 板(2)の列は、それぞれ雄部(4b)形状の折曲端部と、雌部(4a)形状の折曲端部とを有する同一の板から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 板(2)の列は、2つの雄部(4b)形状の折曲端部を有する板と、2つの雌部(4a)形状の折曲端部を有する板とが交互に配置されることにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 板(2)の列は、2つの雄部(4b)形状の折曲端部を有する1つの板と、この板のいずれかの側に配置され、雄部(4b)形状の折曲端部と雌部(4a)形状の折曲端部とを有するいくつかの他の板とから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のトレイ。
- 請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載のトレイを備えたチャンバー。
- 請求項2乃至16のいずれかに記載のトレイを備えたチャンバーであって、反応器、好ましくは気液並流の下降流で作用する固定触媒床を有する化学反応器であることを特徴とするチャンバー。
- 請求項2乃至16のいずれかに記載のトレイを備えたチャンバーであって、蒸留塔であることを特徴とするチャンバー。
