Description
Claims (15)
- ハウジングアセンブリと、
回転軸の周りで回転するように取り付けられたシャフトと、
上記シャフトを回転可能に支持する流体フォイル軸受けと、
上記シャフトに取り付けられ、上記回転軸に沿った第1タービン出口と連通する第1のタービンと、
上記シャフトに取り付けられ、上記回転軸に沿った第2タービン出口と連通する第2のタービンであって、上記第2タービン出口が上記第1のタービンの軸方向反対側にある第2のタービンと、
上記第1のタービンと上記第2のタービンの間で上記シャフトに取り付けられた圧縮器であって、上記第1タービン出口と上記第2タービン出口の間に位置する圧縮器入口および圧縮器出口と連通する圧縮器と、
を備えるエアサイクルマシン。 - 上記ハウジングアセンブリが、圧縮器ハウジング部分に取り付けられた第1タービンハウジング部分および第2タービンハウジング部分を含む請求項1に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記第1タービン出口が、上記第1タービンハウジング部分に取り付けられ、上記第2タービン出口が、上記第2タービンハウジング部分に取り付けられる請求項2に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記圧縮器に対して所望のクリアランスを提供するように、上記第1タービンハウジング部分と上記圧縮器ハウジング部分の間に環状の圧縮器シムをさらに備える請求項3に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記第1のタービンに対して所望のクリアランスを提供するように、上記第1タービンハウジング部分と第1タービン出口の間に環状の第1タービン出口シムをさらに備える請求項3に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記第2のタービンに対して所望のクリアランスを提供するように、上記第2タービンハウジング部分と第2タービン出口の間に環状の第2タービン出口シムをさらに備える請求項3に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 第1タービン入口と連通する下限バルブポートをさらに備える請求項1に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 圧縮器入口と連通する補助グラウンドユニットバイパスポートをさらに備える請求項1に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記シャフトが、第1タービンハウジング部分と圧縮器ハウジング部分の間で延びる径方向のフランジを含む請求項1に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記径方向のフランジに隣接して流体フォイルスラスト軸受けをさらに備える請求項9に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 少なくとも一部が上記ハウジングアセンブリの周りに巻かれた、第1タービン入口、第2タービン入口、圧縮器入口をさらに備える請求項1に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 上記圧縮器と連通する圧縮器入口および圧縮器出口をさらに含み、上記圧縮器入口および上記圧縮器出口が共通の方向に導かれている請求項1に記載のエアサイクルマシン。
- 第1のタービンと、第2のタービンと、上記第1のタービンと上記第2のタービンの間に取り付けられた圧縮器と、を有するエアサイクルマシンと、
上記エアサイクルマシンと連通し、上記エアサイクルマシンから離れて位置するラム空気ファンシステムと、
を備えるECSシステム。 - 上記第1のタービンが、回転軸に沿った第1タービン出口と連通し、上記第2のタービンが、上記回転軸に沿った第2タービン出口と連通し、上記第2タービン出口が上記第1のタービンの軸方向反対側にある請求項13に記載のECSシステム。
- 上記圧縮器が、上記第1タービン出口と上記第2タービン出口の間に位置する圧縮器入口および圧縮器出口と連通する請求項14に記載のECSシステム。
