Description
Claims (20)
- 無線ネットワークでスペクトル割り当ての公平性を提供する方法であって:
無免許の通信スペクトルを提供し;
複数の無線システムを同一場所に配置し、該複数の無線システムのうち少なくとも2つは、異なるスペクトル帯域及びチャネル容量を有し;
各システムの帯域要件を決定し、特定の間隔で各システムに帯域又は通信期間を割り当てることを有する方法。 - 各システムに媒体アクセス制御(MAC)サブレイヤのパラメータを割り当てることを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記提供する前に、前記パラメータを調整することを更に有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記帯域の割り当ては、各システムを伝送レートに制限することを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記通信時間の割り当ては、システム毎に実質的に同一の通信時間を提供することを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記MACレイヤのパラメータを受信し、調整したMACレイヤのパラメータを提供する制御チャネルを提供することを更に有する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワークは分散型である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ネットワークは集中型である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記システムのうち1つからの装置を中央コントローラとして選択することを更に有する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記中央コントローラは、装置が情報を送信及び/又は受信することができる特定のタイムスロットを、各システムの少なくとも1つの装置に提供する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 制御チャネルを提供することを更に有する請求項7に記載の方法。
- 無許可の無線スペクトルと;
複数の無線システムと;
を有する無縁ネットワークであって:
前記システムのうち少なくとも2つは、異なるスペクトル帯域要件及びチャネル容量を有し、
各局の帯域要件に基づいて、帯域又は通信期間が特定の間隔で各システムに割り当てられる無線ネットワーク。 - 各システムに媒体アクセス制御(MAC)サブレイヤのパラメータを割り当てることを更に有する請求項12に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 各システムの伝送レートは、特定の時間間隔に制限される請求項13に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 各システムは、特定の時間間隔で実質的に同一の通信時間を許可される請求項12に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 前記MACレイヤのパラメータを受信し、調整したMACレイヤのパラメータを提供する制御チャネルを更に有する請求項14に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 前記ネットワークは分散型である請求項1に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 前記ネットワークは集中型である請求項1に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 前記複数のシステム内の複数の装置の中から選択された集中型コントローラを更に有する請求項18に記載の無線ネットワーク。
- 複数の制御情報交換間隔のそれぞれの開始時に、複数のビーコンが前記システムに送信される請求項1に記載の無線ネットワーク。
