Claims (14)
- 少なくとも一端にセラミックフランジを具えた1束のセラミック中空繊維膜を有しており、フランジがコンクリートからなることを特徴とする膜モジュール。
- フランジが耐火コンクリートからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜モジュール。
- フランジが気密コーテイングにより被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の膜モジュール。
- 気密コーテイングがセラミックまたは艶出しコーテイングであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の膜モジュール。
- 少なくとも一端にフランジを具えた1束のセラミック中空繊維膜からなる膜モジュールを形成する方法であって、繊維膜が少なくとも一端においてシールされ、ついで成型形中においてコンクリートフランジが繊維膜のシール端にコーテイングフランジが形成され、爾後コンクリートが硬化するまで待機し、最終的に繊維膜の端部が開口されることを特徴とする方法。
- フランジを作るべく、第1の流体コンクリートが成型形に注入され、爾後1束の繊維膜が一端において流体コンクリート中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 繊維膜が成型形中に置かれ、相互に距離を保たれることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 繊維膜がコンクリートと一端において接触する前に、液体、好ましくはある期間水中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 1束の繊維膜が成型形中に配置される前に、束が管中に配置され、爾後管がその壁が底部に対して垂直な密嵌合成型形中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- コンクリートフランジが水面下に置かれ、爾後硬化・乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 硬化後、フランジの端部と繊維膜とが切断されて繊維膜を一端において開口させ、正しい長さに切断し、爾後膜モジュールが少なくとも1000℃まで過熱されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- コンクリートが硬化されている間、成型形とコンクリート中の繊維膜とが振動されることを特徴とする請求項5〜11のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 膜モジュールの形成後気密コーテイングが少なくともフランジに施されることを特徴とする請求項5〜12のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 膜モジュールの形成後、繊維膜がコーテイングされることを特徴とする請求項3〜13のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
