本発明の内容
本実用新案の目的は、以下のように実現される。即ち、インク・バッグを有するプリンタのインク・カートリッジであって、該インク・カートリッジは、底部殻体、表面蓋体、インク・バッグを有する。各色インクをそれぞれに入れるインク・バッグは、底部殻体に組立て装着する。前記インク・バッグには、負圧機構を設け、これをもってインク出口のインク流量を制御する。インク・バッグ支持体の両側に軟膜を接着し、軟膜の間にインクを注入する。軟膜間の体積は変化することができる。つまり、印刷の過程において、軟膜間のインク量が減少するにつれ、軟膜間の体積も次第に小さくなる。また、インクは一方向弁機構を通してインク出口腔部に流れ込む。前記インク出口腔部の下のインク出口には、密封リング、一方向バルブコア及びスプリングが設けられる。インク・バッグにはいかなる吸気系統をも設けられていない。これは、空気のインク・バッグへの進入を最大限に防止し、インクを空気と隔離させ、気の泡がインク出口に入り込むのを防ぐためである。以上の特長により、ハイスピードでプリントするとき、プリントの安定性を高め、その質を向上させることができる。
