Description

The present invention performs pre-preparation work of the test tube (tube) in the blood collection process in the pre-process of the blood sampling test, and the manufacturer confirms the position of the label attached to the outer peripheral surface of the test tube The present invention relates to a technique in which a new label is attached so that the accommodation state of a blood sample can be confirmed.

In blood testing departments at hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions, blood collection workers (nurses, etc.) collect blood from patients, store the collected specimens in test tubes, and transfer them to the laboratory. . In blood tests, many types of test tubes are prepared according to the blood test items, and usually, a plurality of types of tests are performed on one patient at the same time. Therefore, a plurality of types of test tubes are prepared automatically by a test tube preparation device for one patient. In a blood collection room, it is natural to handle a large number of patients, and a label printed with a barcode such as an order number is attached to each test tube prepared by the test tube preparation device. On the other hand, a blood collection reception slip on which a barcode such as a reception number is printed is issued to the patient. During blood collection work, the contents of these labels and reception slips are read by an optical device such as a barcode reader so that the patient and test tube cannot be mistakenly taken.

In blood collection work, the amount of blood sample necessary for the examination is determined according to the examination item, and it is important to collect blood in an appropriate quantity corresponding to the type of examination. This is because when the amount of collected blood is small, another blood collection operation is necessary, and an excessive burden is imposed on the patient and the blood collection operator. On the other hand, if the amount of blood sample collected is large, it means that an excessive amount of blood sample was collected beyond the amount required for the test item, and this caused an unnecessary burden on the patient. is there.

As a means for appropriately performing the amount of the collected blood sample at the time of blood collection work, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a label 2 attached to the test tube 1 by the blood collection operator is used. Usually, it is carried out while visually monitoring the liquid level of the blood sample from a gap (blood collection volume viewing window) 3 formed between the edges.

In the test, a parent sample collected from the same patient may be dispensed in a necessary amount according to the test item, and the test may be performed. As a technique for automatically measuring the amount of a blood sample at the time of dispensing, there is a technique disclosed in Patent Document 1. The technique described in Patent Document 1 is intended to measure the amount of a blood sample contained in a test tube to which a label is attached using an optical means, and the gap between the edges of the label 1 is measured. The amount of the collected blood sample is optically detected through the blood collection amount viewing window 3. Specifically, the label 1 is obtained by rotating the test tube 1 in the circumferential direction while standing upright and receiving reflected light from the outer peripheral surface of the test tube of light projected from the two projection light sensors. The presence or absence of the label 2 is detected and this is continuously performed to detect the edges of the label 2. That is, the position of the blood collection volume viewing window 3 of the test tube 1 is detected. After that, the liquid level of the blood sample is measured by irradiating light from the viewing window 3 toward the sample collected in the test tube 1 and measuring the change in the amount of received light with the light receiving sensor on the opposite side. To detect.
JP-A-7-151589

By the way, as shown in FIG. 5 (A) and FIG. 5 (B), the test tube for blood collection includes a product which is shipped with the label 2 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the test tube 1 at the manufacturing stage, and the label. There are products that are shipped without being attached. Hereinafter, the label attached by the test tube manufacturer is referred to as a product label. In the product with the product label 2 attached, a blood collection volume observation window 3 for confirming a necessary blood collection amount corresponding to the inspection item of the patient is formed between the edges of the product label 2. Yes. Further, after blood collection, a blood collection operator writes necessary information on the label 2 so that the specimen is identified in the subsequent process.

On the other hand, for products that do not have a product label attached, the blood collection automatic preparation device obtains the patient information and examination information received from the higher-level medical computer, etc., and collects the blood collection tubes necessary for the examination of the patient. Select the type, attach a label printed with patient information and examination information written in barcode etc., prepare all the blood collection tubes necessary for the patient's examination and put it in one tray or rack etc. It is housed and transported to a blood collection workplace. Hereinafter, the label automatically attached by the automatic blood collection tube preparation device is referred to as an identification label. At the site of blood collection work and the subsequent inspection process, the barcode information on the identification label of the test tube is read to obtain patient information and inspection information, so that there is no patient misunderstanding.

As described above, the test tube 1 to which the product label 2 is attached in the test tube manufacturer is used for manual writing by the blood collection operator, but may be used for an automatic blood collection preparation device. . In this case, as shown in FIG. 6 (A) and FIG. 6 (B), the identification label 4 on which the patient information, the examination information, etc. are represented by a barcode is added later, and is attached twice. Thus, the blood collection amount observation window 5 may not be formed. For this reason, it is difficult for the blood collection operator to check whether the blood collection amount corresponds to the blood collection test item of the test tube selected for the patient during the blood collection operation, and the blood collection amount may be small or large. there were. As mentioned above, when the amount of blood collected is small, it has to be re-examined and blood must be collected again, which has the disadvantage of overloading the patient and blood collection workers and causing troublesome blood collection work. . Moreover, when there is too much blood collection amount, the excessive burden was given to the patient.

Although the technique shown in Patent Document 1 can detect the edge position of the label, it does not prevent double label sticking. As a result of double label sticking, the blood collection volume viewing window 3 is The lost test tube has the disadvantage that the amount of the collected blood sample cannot be measured automatically.

The present invention is an improvement and removal in view of the above-mentioned problems, and even if a product label is already attached by a test tube manufacturer, it can be used for a test tube preparation device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a label overlaying device capable of double-attaching an identification label so as to form a blood collection volume viewing window with a preparation device.

Thus, the means of claim 1 adopted by the present invention to solve the above problem is to attach a label printed with inspection information, patient information, etc. on the outer peripheral surface of the test tube, and at the time of blood collection and inspection In a test tube preparation device that reads label information and uses it for confirmation of inspection information and identity verification, a driving roller that abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the test tube and applies a rotational driving force to the test tube, and a test tube A support member for supporting the outer peripheral surface of the product, a product label position detection sensor for detecting the edge of the label on the outer peripheral surface of the test tube supported by the drive roller and the support member, and the drive roller and the support member. An identification label position detection sensor that is disposed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the test tube and detects the tip position of the identification label supplied from the label issuing device, the product label position detection sensor, and the identification label position It consists of a control unit that controls the drive roller drive control and the identification label supply timing of the label issuing device based on the signal from the detection sensor. A new identification label is pasted on the already pasted product label and tested. An apparatus for laminating a label, wherein a non-sticking portion where no label is stuck is formed between the label edges of a pipe outer peripheral surface.

In the invention of claim 1, a test tube in which a product label is attached to the outer peripheral surface by a test tube manufacturer is an object. A support member such as a roller that rotatably supports the test tube with the product label attached thereto is provided at the label attaching position of the automatic blood collection tube preparation device, and the test tube is supported by the support member. A driving roller is disposed so as to be movable forward and backward with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the motor. Further, a product label position detection sensor for detecting the edge position of the product label is disposed in the vicinity of the support member and the driving roller. When the driving roller comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the test tube and rotates the test tube, the product label position detection sensor is turned on to start detection of the edge position of the product label. When the edge position is detected, the control unit receives the signal from the sensor, stops the driving roller, and controls the edge position of the product label to be a predetermined position in the circumferential direction of the test tube.

On the other hand, the label issuing device obtains patient information, examination information, etc. that have been accepted for blood collection online from a host computer, converts necessary items into bar codes, etc., prints them on labels, and issues them. The identification label thus issued is supplied to the test tube which is detecting the edge position of the product label. When supplied to a position near the test tube, the identification label position detection sensor detects the tip position.
When the front end position of the identification label is detected, the control unit drives the drive roller to adjust the timing so that the edge of the product label matches the front end position of the identification label, and the identification label is superimposed on the product label. And paste.

Therefore, if the size of the product label and the identification label is the same, it is possible to attach the identification label exactly on the product label, and the label is placed between the edges of these labels. A non-adhered part (a viewing window for a blood sample) that is not attached can be formed.
Therefore, the blood collection operator can carry out the blood collection operation while visually monitoring the amount of blood collected from the blood collection sample viewing window, and can collect an optimum amount of blood.

The configuration of the present invention will be described below based on the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 are schematic views showing a procedure for applying an identification label according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the identification label 4 is overlaid on the product label 2 according to the present invention. FIG. 4A is a perspective view showing the entire test tube, and FIG. FIG. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the label overlapping apparatus of this embodiment automatically attaches an identification label 4 on which test information and patient information obtained from a host computer are printed on the outer peripheral surface of a test tube. In addition, the information of the identification label is read at the time of blood collection and inspection, and is used by being incorporated in a test tube preparation device that is used for confirmation of inspection information and identity verification.

Thus, the label overlapping apparatus according to the present embodiment has two support members (in the drawing, a support roller is shown) that rotatably supports the test tube 1 in a horizontally laid state. In the following description, the support member is described as a support roller.) 5a and 5b and the outer peripheral surface of the test tube 1 supported by these support rollers 5a and 5b are rotated and driven to the test tube 1. And a driving roller 6 for applying a force. The support members 5a and 5b may be members that can support the test tube 1 in a rotatable manner without being a roller. For example, the support members 5a and 5b may be members having substantially the same curved surface as the test tube 1. Good. A space area U between the support rollers 5a and 5b and the drive roller 6 constitutes a work space for attaching the identification label 4.

Further, at least one of the support rollers 5a and 5b and the drive roller 6 can be moved back and forth with respect to the test tube 1 in the space region U. In this embodiment, the support roller 5a can advance and retreat. In the space region U adjacent to the test tube 1 supported by the rollers 5a and 5b and the driving roller 6, the test tube manufacturer detects the edge of the product label 2 that has been attached to the test tube at the time of manufacture. Therefore, the product label position detection sensor 7 for detection and the identification label position detection sensor 9 for detecting the tip position of the identification label 4 issued from the label issuing device 8 are arranged so as not to interfere with each other. These position detection sensors 7 and 9 may be composed of a reflection type or transmission type light projecting / receiving sensor, or may be one using other ultrasonic sensors.

Further, the label overlapping apparatus according to the present embodiment controls the drive roller 6 and the label supply timing of the label issuing device 8 based on signals from the product label position detection sensor 7 and the identification label position detection sensor 9. It has the control part 10 for performing. The drive control of the driving roller 6 and the label supply timing of the label issuing device 8 are controlled by the fact that the edge of the product label 2 attached to the test tube 1 and the tip of the identification label 4 supplied from the label issuing device 8 are What is necessary is just to synchronize the rotational speed of the product label 2 by the drive roller 8, and the supply speed of the identification label 4 so that it may correspond. For these synchronizations, the rotation speed of the product label 2, the supply speed of the identification label 4, and the installation positions of the sensors 7 and 9 are set in advance, and the product label 4 side is detected by the edge detection signal of the sensor 7. It may be stopped at a predetermined position, and the identification label 4 side may be rotationally driven by the tip detection signal from the sensor 9 so that the identification label 4 is overlaid on the product label 2.
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, reference numeral 11 denotes a drive motor capable of rotational position control such as a stepping motor or a pulse motor for driving the drive roller 6 to rotate.

Next, the operation mode of the label overlapping apparatus constructed as described above will be described with reference to the process diagrams of FIGS. First, when the blood collection patient completes the blood collection reception, the blood collection patient reception number is transmitted to the test tube preparation device. In the test tube preparation device, the host computer is accessed based on the patient reception number, and the ID and examination information of the patient are obtained. Then, the types of blood collection tubes necessary for the examination of the patient are selectively taken out from the plurality of types of blood collection tube storages and supplied to the label attaching position of the label issuing device. The test tube in this case is one in which the product label 2 is attached by the manufacturer. At the labeling position, the support roller 5a accepts the supplied test tube 1 on which the product label has been attached by moving backward in the downward direction of FIG. 1, and then returning to the original position shown in FIG. The test tube 1 is rotatably supported by two support rollers 5a and 5b.

Thereafter, the drive roller 6 is rotated by driving the drive motor 11. At this time, the product label position detection sensor 7 detects the edge of the product label 2 that has been adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the test tube. When a product label edge detection signal is input from the product label position detection sensor 7, the control unit 8 controls the rotational position of the drive roller 6 via the drive motor 11 as shown in FIG. The rotational position of the test tube 1 is controlled so that the end edge of the test tube 1 stands by at a predetermined position.

On the other hand, in the label issuing device 8, the test tube preparation device prints the patient information and the examination information obtained by accessing the host computer on the identification label 4, and supplies the printed label to the pasting position. At the pasting position, the identification label position detection sensor 9 detects the tip position of the identification label 4 supplied from the label issuing device 8 and outputs a signal to the control unit 8. As shown in FIG. 2, the control unit 8 drives the drive motor 11 by the tip position detection signal of the identification label 4 to apply a rotational force to the test tube 1 by the drive roller 6, and the outer peripheral surface of the test tube 1. The edge of the product label 2 attached to the label and the tip of the identification label 4 supplied from the label issuing device 8 are matched, and the rotational peripheral speed and supply speed of both labels are matched.

As a result, the product label 2 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the test tube 1 and the identification label 4 supplied from the label issuing device 8 are rotated counterclockwise in FIG. The label 4 is pressed against the product label 2 on the outer peripheral surface of the test tube, and is adhered to the product label 2 using an adhesive article applied to the back side of the identification label 4. After bonding, as shown in the front view of FIG. 3 and the perspective view of FIG. 4, the identification label 4 is laminated and pasted on the product label 2 in a state where the pasting position is exactly matched without any slippage, A blood collection volume viewing window (label non-adhered portion) 3 in which no label is adhered can be formed between the edges of the label. After the identification label 4 is attached, the support roller 5a moves backward in FIG. 3, and the test tube 1 is discharged to the tray or rack.

Thereafter, the test tube with the identification label 4 attached in this way may be prepared for each patient in a tray or a rack and transferred to a blood collection site. At the blood collection site, the barcode of the identification label 4 affixed to the test tube in the tray that has been supplied is read by a barcode scanner, and the patient who is waiting in the waiting room is displayed and displayed from the host computer. Blood information is collected by collecting information on the patient and examination information, collating the called patient with the blood collection tube in the prepared tray, and confirming the blood collection test information. When collecting blood, the blood collection operator can visually check the amount of the blood sample collected in the test tube 1 through the blood collection volume viewing window 3 of the test tube 1, and ensure that an appropriate amount of blood is collected. Is possible.
The sample after blood collection is transferred to an inspection process by a tray or a rack, and a predetermined inspection is performed.
