Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for a vehicle capable of reducing a number of bolts, and preventing complication of a structure to prevent mistake of a bolt insertion hole or interference with the bolts.
SOLUTION: Split wheels 10, 20 can be engaged with each other to restrain an axial movement. When the split wheels 10, 20 are engaged with each other, a plurality of bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, 22e formed on disc parts 12, 22 are aligned with each other. Therefore, the wheel can be mounted to a vehicle side by a common bolt inserted in the bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, 22e, and so there is not need of a separate bolt for connecting the split wheels 10, 20. Also, unlike a conventional one, a bolt insertion hole for connecting the split wheels is not mistaken as a bolt insertion hole for mounting the vehicle. Furthermore, there is no need of a hole or notch to prevent interference with the bolt for connecting the split wheels on the vehicle side.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle wheel used by being mounted on an industrial vehicle such as a forklift.

。 In general, since tires of industrial vehicles have high bead rigidity, it is difficult to rim the wheels by elastic deformation of the tires. For this reason, as a wheel used in such a tire, a side ring having one rim portion of the wheel is detachably provided on the wheel body, and the tire is attached to the other rim portion of the wheel body with the side ring removed. It is known that a tire is mounted on a wheel body by fitting the rim to the wheel body while elastically deforming the side ring in the radial direction (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, since the wheel is mainly used in large industrial vehicles, for example, in a small-diameter tire having a tire inner diameter of 8 to 12 inches like a forklift, it is difficult to deform the metal side ring, It is not suitable for use in small industrial vehicles. In addition, there is a structure in which the wheel body and one rim part are divided, and the wheel body and the divided rim part are connected via a lock ring. In addition to the difficulty of deforming the ring, there are also disadvantages that the number of parts increases as the lock ring is used.

Therefore, conventionally, a pair of divided wheels that are divided in the axial direction of the tire from each other, and after the tires are fitted to one of the divided wheels in a state where each divided wheel is separated, the other divided wheel is used as one of the divided wheels. There is known a vehicle wheel in which each divided wheel is attached to a hub on the vehicle side with a bolt (see, for example, FIG. 4 of Patent Document 2).
JP 2006-335089 A JP 2001-58507 A

However, the vehicle wheel requires not only bolts for attaching the divided wheels to the vehicle side but also bolts for connecting the divided wheels to each other, so the number of bolts increases, and the bolts are attached and detached. There was a problem that became complicated. In addition, each split wheel is provided with a plurality of bolt insertion holes for mounting the vehicle and a plurality of bolt insertion holes for connecting the split wheel, so that these bolt insertion holes are easily mistaken. The structure of the bolt insertion holes is complicated to prevent mistakes in the bolt insertion holes, such as disposing the positions of the bolt insertion holes at uneven intervals in the circumferential direction so that they do not align with the bolt insertion holes for vehicle mounting. There was also. Further, it is necessary to provide a hole or notch in the vehicle-side hub for preventing interference with the split wheel coupling bolt, and there is a problem that the structure on the vehicle side becomes complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to reduce the number of bolts and to complicate the structure in order to prevent mistakes in bolt insertion holes and interference with bolts. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle wheel that is not allowed to occur.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vehicle wheel that includes a pair of split wheels that are split in the axial direction of the tire, and that connects the split wheels to each other and is attached to the vehicle by bolts. Each split wheel is formed so as to be able to engage with each other so that movement in the axial direction is restricted, and each split wheel is engaged with the disk portion of each split wheel so that movement in the axial direction is restricted with respect to each other. Then, a plurality of bolt insertion holes that are aligned so that the bolts can be inserted are provided at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the disk portion.

Thereby, after fitting a tire to one division wheel in the state where each division wheel was separated from each other, a tire is mounted by engaging one division wheel with the other division wheel. At that time, each divided wheel is restricted from moving in the axial direction by the engagement of each divided wheel, and the bolt insertion holes of each divided wheel are aligned with each other. Connection between the divided wheels and attachment to the vehicle side are performed by a common bolt to be inserted.

According to the present invention, since the divided wheels can be connected to each other and attached to the vehicle side by a vehicle mounting bolt, a bolt for connecting the divided wheels to each other is not required separately. The number of bolts can be reduced. Thereby, the labor required for the attachment / detachment work of the bolt can be greatly reduced, and the workability can be improved. Further, the bolt insertion hole for connecting the split wheel and the bolt insertion hole for mounting the vehicle are not mistaken as in the prior art, and further, a hole or cut for preventing interference with the bolt for connecting the split wheel on the vehicle side. Since it is not necessary to provide a notch, there is an advantage that the structure is not complicated.

1 to 6 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a vehicle wheel, FIG. 2 is an exploded side sectional view thereof, FIG. 3 is a plan view of an essential part thereof, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a front view of a second split wheel, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a main part showing an engagement process of the split wheel.

The vehicle wheel is provided with a tube-equipped tire 1 used in an industrial vehicle such as a forklift, and is attached to a vehicle-side hub 3 by a plurality of bolts 2.

That is, the vehicle wheel of the present embodiment includes a first divided wheel 10 and a second divided wheel 20 that are divided from each other in the axial direction of the tire 1, and the divided wheels 10, 20 move in the axial direction with respect to each other. It is formed to be engageable so as to be regulated.

The first divided wheel 10 includes a rim portion 11 fitted to one bead portion in the width direction of the tire 1 and a disc portion 12 fixed to the hub 3 on the vehicle side, and is disposed on the outer side in the width direction of the vehicle. The The rim portion 11 is formed in an annular shape on the periphery of the disk portion 12, and a rim flange 11 a is provided at an axial end portion thereof. The disk portion 12 has a circular opening 12a at the center, and a plurality of bolt insertion holes 12b are provided around the opening 12a at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The disk portion 12 is provided with a plurality of engagement holes 12c that engage with the second divided wheel 20 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and each engagement hole 12c communicates with the opening portion 12a in the radial direction. At the same time, each of the openings 12a is formed in a fan shape. In this case, the respective engagement holes 12c are provided in the same number as the respective bolt insertion holes 12b, and are respectively disposed on the sides of the bolt insertion holes 12b.

The second split wheel 20 includes a rim portion 21 fitted to the other bead portion in the width direction of the tire 1 and a disc portion 22 fixed to the hub 3 on the vehicle side, and is disposed on the inner side in the vehicle width direction. The The rim portion 21 is formed in an annular shape on the periphery of the disk portion 22, and a rim flange 21 a is provided at an axial end portion thereof. The disk portion 22 has a circular opening 22a at the center, and a plurality of bolt insertion holes 22b are provided around the opening 22a at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. In this case, the bolt insertion holes 22b are provided in the same number as the bolt insertion holes 12b of the first divided wheel 10 and are arranged so as to have the same radial position and circumferential interval as the first divided wheel 10. Yes. A plurality of engagement pieces 22c that engage with the first divided wheel 10 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on one axial surface of the disk portion 22 (on the first divided wheel 10 side). Each engagement hole 22c is provided in the same number as each bolt insertion hole 22b. Each engagement piece 22c is formed in a sector shape around the opening 22a, and one end in the circumferential direction thereof is joined to the disk portion 22. The other circumferential end of each engagement piece 22c is formed so as to have an axial gap 22d between the engagement piece 22c and the gap 22d, which is equivalent to the thickness of the disk part 12 of the first split wheel 10. Dimension is formed. Further, bolt insertion holes 22e are respectively provided on the other circumferential side of each engagement piece 22c, and each bolt insertion hole 22e is arranged at the same position in the circumferential direction and radial direction as each bolt insertion hole 22b of the disk portion 12. ing.

In the vehicle wheel configured as described above, the tire 1 is fitted to the second divided wheel 20 in a state where the divided wheels 10 and 20 are separated from each other, and then the first divided to the second divided wheel 20. The tire 1 is mounted by engaging the wheel 10 and filling the tube of the tire 1 with air. At that time, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the engaging pieces 22c of the second divided wheel 20 are inserted into the engaging holes 12c of the first divided wheel 10, and then, as shown in FIG. By rotating the disk portions 11 and 12 of the divided wheels 10 and 20 relatively in a predetermined direction, the edge of the engagement hole 12c is inserted into the gap 22d of the engagement piece 22c, and the engagement piece 22c is inserted into the engagement hole. The edge of 12c is locked in the axial direction, and the divided wheels 10 and 20 are engaged with each other so as to be restricted from moving in the axial direction. Further, when the engaging piece 22c abuts the edge of the engaging hole 12c in the circumferential direction due to the relative rotation of the disk portions 12 and 22, the bolt insertion holes 12b of the first divided wheel 10 and the second are inserted at that position. The circumferential positions of the bolt insertion holes 22b and 22e of the split wheel 20 coincide with each other. The bolt 2 is inserted into the bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, and 22e, and is screwed into the hub 3 on the vehicle side, whereby the common bolt 2 connects the divided wheels 10 and 20 to each other and connects to the hub 3. Installation is performed.

Thus, according to the vehicle wheel of the present embodiment, the divided wheels 10 and 20 are formed so as to be engageable so that movement in the axial direction is restricted with respect to each other, and the disk portions of the divided wheels 10 and 20 are formed. When the divided wheels 10 and 20 are engaged with each other so that movement in the axial direction is restricted, a plurality of bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, and 22e provided in the respective disk portions 12 and 22 are positioned in the positions 12 and 22, respectively. Since they are aligned, they can be attached to the vehicle-side hub 3 by the bolts 2 inserted through the bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, and 22e, and bolts for connecting the divided wheels 10 and 20 to each other are required. In other words, the divided wheels 10 and 20 can be connected to each other and attached to the hub 3 by the vehicle mounting bolt 2. Thereby, since the number of bolts can be reduced, the labor required for attaching / detaching the bolts can be greatly reduced, and workability can be improved. Further, the bolt insertion hole for connecting the split wheel and the bolt insertion hole for mounting the vehicle are not mistaken as in the prior art, and further, a hole or cut for preventing interference with the bolt for connecting the split wheel on the vehicle side. There is no need to provide a notch, and there is an advantage that the structure is not complicated.

In this case, engagement holes 12c that can be engaged with engagement pieces 22c provided at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the second division wheel 20 are provided at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the first division wheel 10, and the engagement pieces 22c are provided. Is inserted into the engagement hole 12c and the disk portions 12 and 22 are relatively rotated, whereby the engagement piece 22c is axially locked to the edge of the engagement hole 12c and the divided wheels 10 and 20 are engaged. Since the movements in the axial direction are restricted from each other, the disk portions 12 and 22 can be easily engaged, which is extremely advantageous in improving workability.

Further, the bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, and 22e of the respective disk portions 12 and 22 are positioned at positions where the engagement pieces 22c abut on the edges of the engagement holes 12c in the circumferential direction due to relative rotation of the respective disk portions 12 and 22. Thus, the bolt insertion holes 12b, 22b, and 22e can be easily aligned, and the workability can be further improved.

In the above embodiment, the tube-equipped tire 1 is mounted. However, as in the other embodiment shown in FIG. If 30 is provided, the airtightness of each rim | limb part 11 and 21 can be ensured, and it will also be possible to mount | wear with a tubeless tire.
