Description

The present invention relates to wiring and piping for fixing wiring materials such as cables and piping materials such as electric pipes, water supply pipes and hot water supply pipes to support materials such as hanger rails attached to double ceiling surfaces and wall surfaces of buildings. The present invention relates to a material fixture.

Conventionally, as this type of wiring / pipe material fixing tool, one in which the wiring / pipe material is clamped by a pair of elastic clamping plates such as saddles and fixed to a support material such as a hanger rail is known. Examples of fixtures related to this include those described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-46084, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-50427, and the like.

FIG. 10 shows a conventional wiring / piping material fixture. In the figure, the fixture 71 is provided with a notch locking portion 73 at the lower end portion of a pair of elastic clamping plates 72, 72 that clamp the electric conduit 51 as a wiring / piping material, and a bolt 74 is attached to the upper end portion. A flange 75 is formed. On the other hand, the support member 41 to which the fixing tool 71 is attached is made of a steel material having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a pair of bent pieces 45, 45 are provided obliquely downward on the inner side from the opening side end portion 44. In order to fix the fixing tool 71 to the support member 41, the lower end portion of each elastic clamping plate 72 is inserted into the support member 41 from the opening 46 side, and then the elastic clamping plate 72 is rotated 90 degrees to lower the lower end portion. The conduit 51 is held from both sides while the notch locking portion 73 is locked to the pair of bent pieces 45, 45 of the support member 41. Then, the bolts 74 are inserted into the upper end flange 75 and tightened to connect the pair of flanges 75 to clamp and fix the conduit 51. Thereby, the electric conduit 51 can be wired and piped at a predetermined position along the double ceiling surface, wall surface and the like of the building.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-46084 JP 2001-50427 A

However, in order to fix the conduit 51 to the support member 41 using the conventional fixture 71 described in the above publication, etc., the pair of elastic clamping plates 72, 72 are temporarily fixed to the longitudinal direction of the support member 41. Are inserted through the openings 46 of the support member 41, and then the respective elastic clamping plates 72 are rotated by 90 degrees to change the direction so as to be orthogonal to the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 and at the lower end. The conduit 51 is held from both sides while the notch locking portion 73 is locked to the bent piece 45. Next, the bolts 74 were inserted into the flanges 75 at the upper end portions of the pair of elastic clamping plates 72, 72, and tightened using a tool to firmly clamp the conduit 51. Therefore, many operations are required, and it takes a lot of time and labor to install the fixture 71 on the support member 41 and fix the conduit 51.

Further, the fixing member 71 is such that a notch locking portion 73 formed at the lower end portion of the elastic clamping plate 72 is locked in a direction orthogonal to the bent piece 45 of the support material 41. Although the removal from the opening 46 can be prevented, it was easily displaced in the longitudinal direction with respect to the support material even after being fixed to the support material 41. That is, by tightening the bolt 74 and clamping the conduit 51, a sliding resistance is generated between the notch locking portion 73 of the elastic clamping plate 72 and the bent piece 45 of the support member 41, and a certain degree of deviation is prevented. Although it is possible, since the elastic clamping plate 72 of the fixture 71 is formed of a steel plate or the like, after being fixed to the support member 41, an external force is directly applied to the fixture 71, or an external force such as tension or bending is applied to the conduit 51. By acting, the fixture 71 was easily displaced in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the arrangement of the conduits 51 fluctuates and comes into contact with other wiring / piping materials, or an unreasonable force is applied to the conduits 51 itself, wiring devices, connection points with piping devices, etc. Cracks may occur or poor connection may occur.

Furthermore, the fixture 71 is composed of two members, ie, a pair of elastic clamping plates 72 and 72 for clamping the conduit 51, or three members if bolts 74 are added, so that the parts management is difficult and the manufacturing is difficult. The cost was also bulky.

Therefore, the present invention can be easily fixed to the support material and is not displaced with respect to the support material, so that the wiring / pipe material can be easily and stably fixed along the ceiling surface of the building. Thus, it is an object to provide a wiring / pipe material fixing tool that can be wired and piped and that is easy to manage components and inexpensive.

The wiring / pipe material fixing tool according to claim 1 is for fixing the wiring / pipe material to a support material, and a contact portion that contacts a base portion having a rotation center and an opening side end portion of the support material. And an engagement portion that is provided on one side of the base and engages with a pair of bent pieces of the support member, and extends to the other side of the base, and grips the wiring / pipe material from both sides. And a grip portion. The engaging portion includes an elastic piece that can be elastically deformed in the width direction of the support member, and an engaging claw that is provided on the elastic piece and sandwiches the bent piece of the support material with the contact portion. ing. The engaging claw is inserted from the opening of the support material and engaged with the bent piece, and one side of the base portion is expanded with the rotation center as an axis. It is formed so as to rotate in the longitudinal direction and press-contact with the bent piece.

Here, the support member is formed in a U-shaped cross section with a bottom plate and a pair of left and right side plates, and includes a bent piece that bends inwardly at an opening side end portion of each side plate. Can include a hanger rail. The support material opens upward when laid along the double ceiling surface of the building, and opens sideways when laid along the wall surface. A pair of bent pieces of the support material are formed on both sides of the opening, and after being bent at right angles inward from each opening side end portion, the bent pieces are further bent to the bottom plate side, or each opening side It is formed in a form such as being bent obliquely downward from the end toward the inside. The bent piece may be simply bent at a right angle from each opening side end toward the inside.

The rotation center is formed in the base at a direction that coincides with the width direction of the support member, and is generally provided at the center of the base. The rotation center can be formed as a thin hinge, for example.
The abutting portion is generally provided at the base portion, but may be provided at another location, and abuts on the opening side end portion of the support member from the direction orthogonal to the opening surface.
A pair of the engaging portions are provided on the one side of the base in the width direction of the support material after fixing so as to engage with the pair of bent pieces of the support material, and usually the length of the support material after fixing. A pair is provided symmetrically about the center of rotation in the direction. That is, a total of four engaging portions are usually provided, but a pair may be provided only in the width direction of the support member after being fixed. Depending on the mounting direction of the fixture with respect to the support material, for example, when the support material is laid along the ceiling surface, one side of the base portion is below the base portion, and the support material is on the wall surface. When laid, one side of the base is on the left or right side with respect to the base. The engaging portion engages with the bent piece from the inside of the support member. The elastic piece of the engaging portion bends in the width direction of the supporting member with the base portion as an axis, and the engaging claw of the engaging portion engages with the distal end portion of the bent piece of the supporting member.
The grip portion is provided on the side opposite to the engaging portion with respect to the base portion.

When the engaging claw is engaged with the bent piece of the support material and the one side of the base part, that is, the engaging part side is expanded to the left and right with the rotation center as an axis, The shaft is rotated in the longitudinal direction of the support member so as to be in pressure contact with the bent piece. Accordingly, the engaging portion is bent in the width direction with respect to the support material and the engaging claw is engaged with the bent piece, whereas when the base portion is expanded, the engaging claw is in the longitudinal direction of the supporting material. And the bending direction of the elastic piece is 90 degrees different from the rotation direction of the engaging claw. As described above, when a pair of engaging portions provided on one side of the base portion are formed symmetrically about the rotation center as an axis, when the base portion is expanded, each of the engaging portions is mutually in the longitudinal direction of the support material. It will rotate to the opposite side and will press-contact with the bending piece of this support material. The expansion of one side of the base can be performed, for example, by tightening the gripping part as described in claim 2, and one of the elastic pieces of the engaging part as described in claim 3. This can be done by fastening a screw to the end face on the side.

Thereby, the fixing tool is simply inserted into the opening of the support member, and the elastic piece of the engaging portion is inserted while being bent in the width direction of the support member, and the engaging claw is engaged with the tip end portion of the bent piece, The bent piece is sandwiched by the abutment portion and attached to the support member, and the removal from the support member is prevented. Further, the wiring / pipe material is clamped by the gripping part and held by the fixture. Then, by expanding one side of the base portion in the longitudinal direction of the support material with the rotation center as an axis, the engagement claw rotates in the longitudinal direction of the support material, presses against the tip of the bent piece, and brakes Functions as a means. Therefore, the fixture is fixed to the support member with a single touch, and is reliably prevented from shifting in the longitudinal direction with respect to the support material.

The wiring / piping material fixture according to claim 2 is configured such that the gripping portion is tightened in a direction orthogonal to the elastic deformation direction of the elastic piece of the engaging portion to grip the wiring / piping material, and the gripping portion is tightened. The one side of the base part is expanded with the rotation center as an axis. As a result, the gripping portion is clamped in the elastic deformation direction of the elastic piece of the engaging portion, that is, in the direction orthogonal to the width direction of the support material, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the support material. One side of the support member expands in the longitudinal direction of the support member around the rotation center.

In the wiring / pipe material fixing tool according to the third aspect, one side of the base part is expanded around the center of rotation by fastening a screw to one end face of the elastic piece of the engaging part. That is, when the screw is tightened, the screw is pressed to the side while screwing the end face on one side of the elastic piece of the engaging portion, so that one side of the base portion is expanded with the rotation center as an axis. Here, when a pair of engaging portions are provided symmetrically with respect to the rotation center, it is easy to insert and tighten a screw between the pair of elastic pieces. In addition, the means for expanding one side of the base by tightening the gripping part of claim 2 may be further added with means for expanding by tightening the screw of this claim.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the wiring / pipe material fixing tool further includes a twist prevention plate that abuts against opposite ends of the pair of bent pieces of the support member to prevent twisting. The fixing tool may be subjected to a twisting force in a direction along the opening surface of the support material when the wiring / pipe material is pulled. Here, since the engaging part of the fixing tool elastically bends in the direction perpendicular to the plane thereof, that is, the width direction of the support member, the elastic piece becomes a bent piece of the support member when a twisting force is applied to the fixing member. Allows the fixture to be twisted by bending inwardly, and the fixture may be twisted and deformed as it is. However, in the present claim, since the twist prevention plate is provided, even if a twisting force is applied, the twist prevention plate abuts against the end of the bent piece of the support material and prevents the fixture from being twisted. .

The wiring / piping material fixture according to claim 5 comprises a pair of gripping pieces with which the gripping portion engages with each other, and the gripping pieces are locked to each other to accommodate a plurality of sizes of wiring / piping materials. And a locking tooth row having a plurality of ridges.

In the wiring / piping material fixture according to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the gripping portion is provided with a pair of gripping projections that can be tightened using a gripping tool. The gripping part can be tightened by hand to grip the wiring / piping material, but it can be tightened firmly by clamping the gripping protrusions with a gripping tool, and tightened after gripping by hand. Can do.

According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the wiring / pipe material fixture further includes a connecting portion that can be connected to each other in the longitudinal direction of the support material. In addition, in a state where the fixing parts are connected to each other, the connection part can be expanded to enable insertion of wiring / piping material, or to release the gripping and to enable removal of wiring / piping material. In order to separate the fixtures from each other and form a space for allowing the grip portion to expand, it is desirable that the fixtures protrude in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined distance.

In the wiring / pipe material fixing tool according to claim 8, the rotation center side end portion of the engagement surface of the engagement portion with the bent piece of the support member is inclined in a direction away from the rotation center. It is formed on an inclined surface. That is, since the rotation center side end portion of the engagement surface of the engagement claw is formed on the inclined surface, the contact portion that contacts the opening side end portion of the support member as it goes to the rotation center side end portion The distance between the engaging claw and the engaging surface at the rotation center side end portion gradually increases. When the engaging claw rotates about the center of rotation in the direction that relaxes the pressure contact with the bent piece of the support material, the end of the opposite rotation center side of the engaging surface will eventually re-appear. In this claim, since the inclined surface is formed, the press contact of the end portion on the rotation center side is avoided, and the contact portion and the engaging claw are in contact with each other. The interval opens. For this reason, a fixture can be easily moved along a support material.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the engaging portion is engaged with the bent piece of the supporting member by simply pushing the fixture into the opening of the supporting member, and the one side of the base portion is expanded with the rotation center as an axis. Thus, since the engaging claw is pressed against the tip of the bent piece, the fixing tool can be easily fixed to the support member, and the fixing tool can be reliably prevented from shifting in the longitudinal direction with respect to the support member. As a result, wiring and piping materials can be wired and piping easily and stably at a fixed position along the ceiling surface of the building. Furthermore, since the fixture includes an engagement portion that engages with the bent piece of the support material and a grip portion that grips the wiring / piping material, the parts can be easily managed as a single body and can be manufactured at low cost.

In the invention of claim 2, if the gripping part is fastened in a direction orthogonal to the elastic deformation direction of the elastic piece of the engaging part and grips the wiring / pipe material, at the same time, one side of the base part pivots around the rotation center. Therefore, it is possible to carry out gripping of wiring and piping materials and expansion of one side of the base at the same time with one operation, simplifying the work and easily fixing the fixture to the support material. it can.

In the invention of claim 3, since one side of the base portion is expanded around the center of rotation by tightening a screw to one end face of the elastic piece of the engaging portion, it shifts in the longitudinal direction with respect to the support material. Can be surely prevented. In addition, when the means for tightening the screw of the present invention is further added to the means for widening one side of the base by tightening the gripping part of claim 2, the engaging claw is stronger and the support material is folded. Since it comes into pressure contact with the curved piece, it is possible to more reliably prevent the fixture from shifting.

In the invention of claim 4, since the twist prevention plate is provided, even if a twisting force is applied by pulling the wiring / pipe material, the twist prevention plate contacts the end of the bent piece of the support material. Contact to prevent the fixture from being twisted. Thereby, a deformation | transformation of a fixing tool can be prevented and it can prevent that the direction of wiring and piping material fluctuates.

In the invention of claim 5, since the pair of gripping pieces of the gripping portion includes a locking tooth row having a plurality of hook protrusions locked to each other, the locking position of the locking tooth row is adjusted, The diameter in the grip can be changed, and gripping can be performed corresponding to a plurality of sizes of wiring and piping materials.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the gripping portion is provided with the gripping projection, the wiring / pipe material can be securely gripped by firmly tightening or retightening using a gripping tool. In addition, by firmly tightening the grip portion, the engaging claw on one side of the base portion is more firmly pressed against the bent piece of the support material, so that the fixture can be more reliably displaced in the longitudinal direction of the support material. Can be prevented.

Since the invention of claim 7 is provided with a connecting portion that can be connected to each other in the longitudinal direction of the support material, the fixtures can reinforce each other and more reliably prevent shifting in the longitudinal direction of the support material, Wiring and piping materials can be stably held in a certain alignment state.

In the invention according to claim 8, since the rotation center side end portion of the engagement surface of the engagement claw is formed on an inclined surface inclined in a direction away from the rotation center, the fixing tool is fixed to the support material. Later, the gripping part can be loosened and widened to widen the gap between the contact part and the engaging claw, and the fixture can be easily moved along the support material to readjust or change the fixing position. Can be done.

Hereinafter, the wiring and piping material fixture of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5, the fixture 1 is for fixing a wiring / pipe material to a support material 41 such as a hanger rail attached to a double ceiling surface, wall surface or the like of a building, and is formed integrally with a synthetic resin. Has been. In the present embodiment, the support member 41 is a hanger rail that is horizontally attached to the ceiling back surface of the indoor ceiling in a double ceiling and opens upward. As shown in FIG. 3, the support member 41 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section with a bottom plate 42 and a pair of left and right side plates 43, 43 as shown in FIG. 3, and an opening side end portion 44 of each side plate 43. Is provided with a bent piece 45 that bends inwardly. A pair of the bent pieces 45 are formed on both sides of the opening 46, and are bent inward in the horizontal direction from each opening side end 44 and further bent toward the bottom plate 42 side. Further, in the present embodiment, the wiring / pipe material is exemplified by a conduit 51 in which a cable is inserted and protected.

The fixture 1 is provided on the base 2 having the hinge 5 as the rotation center, the abutting portion 6 that abuts on the opening side end 44 of the support member 41, and one side of the base 2. The engaging portion 11 is engaged with the pair of bent pieces 45, and the holding portion 21 is extended to the other side of the base portion 2 and holds the conduit 51 from both sides. Here, in this embodiment, the one side of the base portion 2 means the lower side of the base portion 2 in each drawing, and the other side of the base portion 2 means the upper side of the base portion 2.

The base portion 2 is formed at a portion slightly below the center and supporting the lower portion of the conduit 51, and is formed in a substantially circular plate shape that is symmetric with respect to the center. The recessed groove part 3 to accommodate is provided in the horizontal direction, and the arc part 4 with which the lower part of the conduit 51 contacts is provided in right and left. Further, the hinge 5 as a rotation center formed in a thin wall is provided along the longitudinal direction of the concave groove portion 3 at the center of the lower surface of the bottom portion 3a of the concave groove portion 3, and the base portion 2 has the hinge 5 as an axis. The left and right are rotated in opposite directions to expand and contract. The hinge 5 is provided along a direction that matches the width of the support member 41 in a state where the fixture 1 is fixed to the support member 41. Further, a part of the lower surface of the bottom portion 3a of the concave groove portion 3 protrudes in the front-rear direction, and the protruding portion abuts on the opening side end portion 44 of the support member 41 from the direction orthogonal to the opening surface. Is configured.

A pair of the engaging portions 11 is provided symmetrically on the front side and the rear side on the lower side, which is one side of the base portion 2. That is, a total of four are provided. Each engaging portion 11 is elastically deformable elastic piece 12 that bends in the width direction of support material 41 when fixed to support material 41, and an engagement provided at an end of the outer surface of elastic piece 12. It is comprised with the nail | claw 13. The elastic piece 12 is formed in a flat plate shape and protrudes vertically downward from the lower portion of the base 2. The engaging claw 13 has a predetermined width of the engaging surface 14 in contact with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the support material 41 so that the bent portion 45 of the support material 41 is sandwiched from above and below by the contact portion 6. It has become. Further, the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13 has a rotation center side end 15, that is, a hinge 5 whose opposite end near the hinge 5 where the pair of left and right engaging claws 13, 13 are opposed is the rotation center. 2 is formed on the inclined surface 16 that is inclined downward in FIG. 2A. Therefore, the distance between the contact portion 6 and the engagement surface 14 gradually increases as the engagement claw 13 moves toward the rotation center side end portion 15. As shown in FIG. 2B, the outer surface of the engaging claw 13 is formed on an inclined surface 13a that is tapered toward the lower end, so that the support member 41 can be easily inserted from the opening 46. It is tightening.

The engaging portion 11 configured as described above is inserted from the opening 46 of the support material 41, and the gripping portion 21 described later is tightened in a state where the engaging claw 13 is engaged with the bent piece 45 of the support material 41. Then, when the left and right arc portions 4 of the base portion 2 are rotated in the direction of expanding left and right about the hinge 5, the engagement surfaces 14 at the opposite ends 17 of the pair of left and right engagement claws 13 and 13 are supported. The lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the material 41 is press-contacted. Here, a plurality of small protrusions 18 in FIG. 1 are formed on the engagement surface 14 of the engagement claw 13 in the width direction at intervals, and the engagement surface 14 is a bent portion of the support member 41. It strongly presses against the lower end 47 of the piece 45.

The grip portion 21 is provided on the upper side, which is the other side of the base portion 2, and extends upward from the upper end portion of the arc portion 4 of the base portion 2. The grip portion 21 is formed with a pair of convex portions 22 that are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the conduit 51 on both the left and right sides. The electric pipe 51 is gripped from both sides by engaging the pair of gripping pieces. Further, each gripping piece is composed of two upper and lower projecting pieces. One gripping piece 23 is an upper projecting piece 25 that is engaged with the other gripping piece 24 and a lower part that is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the conduit 51. And a projecting piece 26. The other gripping piece 24 includes an upper projecting piece 27 and a lower projecting piece 28 that is engaged with the one gripping piece 23. Each protruding piece is formed in the shape of a strip plate that is curved corresponding to the conduit 51. The gripping piece 23 and the gripping piece 24 are contracted and expanded with respect to each other about the hinge 5 in a state where these four protruding pieces alternately intersect, and grip and release the conduit 51.

And in order to hold | grip corresponding to the conduit tube 51 of multiple sizes, on the lower surface of the upper protrusion piece 25 of one holding piece 23, a plurality of small rod protrusions 25b long in the width direction of the upper protrusion piece 25 form an arc. A locking tooth row 25a arranged along the line is provided. Further, on the upper surface of the lower protruding piece 28 of the other gripping piece 24, a plurality of small rod protrusions 28 b that are also long in the width direction of the lower protruding piece 28 and are locked to the locking tooth row 25 a of the one holding piece 23. Is provided with a locking tooth row 28a arranged along the arc.

Here, the saddle ridge of each locking tooth row is formed in a sharp mountain shape, the surface on the side where the pair of protruding pieces are close to each other is formed as an inclined surface, and the surface on the opposite side is formed as a vertical surface. Therefore, when the projecting pieces are tightened close to each other, they can be rotated. When the projecting pieces are separated from each other and spread, they cannot be rotated unless the projecting pieces are separated in the vertical direction. The hook protrusions formed on the locking tooth row 25a and the locking tooth row 28a are formed to have the same length and have a length smaller than the width of the upper protruding piece 25 and the lower protruding piece 28. It is formed and is provided integrally at the center in the width direction of each protruding piece. Therefore, the part in which the latching tooth row | line | column is not formed is equally formed in the both ends in the width direction of each protrusion piece. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the portion where the locking tooth row is not formed forms an insertion groove 29 into which the tip of a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver used for releasing the tightening is inserted. Yes.

Further, a gripping projection 25c is provided at one end of the upper projecting piece 25 on one side so as to project and grip the tip of a gripping tool such as pliers or pliers substantially perpendicularly to the upper projecting piece 25 on the other side. A gripping protrusion 27a is similarly provided at one end of the piece 27 so that the tip of the gripping tool contacts.

In the bottom portion 3a of the concave groove portion 3 of the base portion 2, there are two portions corresponding to the gaps where the elastic pieces 12, 12 of the pair of engaging portions 11, 11 are opposed to each other, as shown in FIGS. As shown, a screw hole 3b into which the screw 62 is inserted while being screwed is provided. Further, the pair of end faces 12a, 12a facing each other in the elastic pieces 12, 12 of the pair of engaging portions 11, 11 are formed as arcuate concave surfaces, and the radius of curvature thereof is slightly smaller than the radius of the male screw of the screw 62. A small screw 62 can be inserted into the gap between the pair of elastic pieces 12 and 12 through the screw hole 3b. Accordingly, the screw 62 is inserted into the gap between the pair of elastic pieces 12 and 12 from the screw hole 3b and tightened, thereby pressing the end face 12a on one side of the elastic piece 12 to the side while being screwed. 12 and 12 can be expanded left and right about the hinge 5 as an axis.

At both ends of the fixture 1, an anti-twist plate 31 formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape is integrally protruded vertically downward from the lower portion of the base 2. The torsion prevention plate 31 is for abutting against the opposing ends of the pair of bent pieces 45, 45 of the support member 41 to prevent the fixture 1 itself from being twisted and deformed. Are formed to have the same width as the distance between the pair of bent pieces 45, 45. Note that both corners at the lower end of the twist preventing plate 31 are tapered to facilitate insertion from the opening 46 of the support member 41.

Further, a lower portion of one of the anti-twist plates 31 is provided with a connecting portion 32 that protrudes in the horizontal direction toward the outside and has an upward fitting claw 32a at the tip. At a position corresponding to the connecting portion 32 of the one twist preventing plate 31, a downward fitting claw 33 a that protrudes outward in the horizontal direction and fits with the fitting claw 32 a of the connecting portion 32 is provided at the tip portion. The connection part 33 which has is provided. These connecting portions are for connecting to the other fixture 1 and juxtaposed to the support member 41 for fixing. Each connecting part expands the holding part 21 in a state where the fixing parts 1 are connected to each other, and inserts the conduit 51 or releases the holding part 51 so that the conduit 51 can be taken out. It protrudes in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined distance so as to form an expansion allowance space therebetween.

Next, a method of attaching the fixture 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above to the support member 41 and fixing the conduit 51 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
First, the pair of left and right grip pieces of the grip portion 21 of the fixture 1 are expanded by hand, and the conduit 51 is accommodated therein. Next, in a state where the conduit 51 is accommodated, the engaging portion 11 is inserted from the opening 46 of the support member 41 into the inside while pressing the fixture 1 downward. At this time, since the outer surface of the engaging claw 13 of the engaging portion 11 of the fixture 1 is formed on the inclined surface 13a, it can be easily inserted into the support member 41. Further, the elastic piece 12 of the engaging portion 11 of the fixture 1 is pressed by the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 and elastically bends inward so that it can be inserted into the inside. When inserted into the support member 41, as shown in FIG. 4, the engagement claw 13 of the engagement portion 11 of the fixture 1 engages with the bent piece 45 of the support member 41, and the engagement claw 13 engages. The surface 14 contacts the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45. At this time, the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13 contacts with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 in a substantially parallel state.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the gripping portion 21 is tightened, and the locking tooth row 25 a of the upper protruding piece 25 of one holding piece 23 and the locking tooth row 28 a of the lower protruding piece 28 of the other holding piece 24 , The gripping piece 23 and the gripping piece 24 are rotated in a direction approaching each other with the hinge 5 as an axis, and both are engaged. At the same time, the engaging portion 11 on one side of the base 2 rotates in a direction away from each other about the hinge 5, and the opposite-side end 17 that is the outer end of the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13. Is in pressure contact with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the support member 41. As a result, as the gripping portion 21 is tightened more strongly, the end 17 on the opposite side of the engagement surface 14 of the engagement claw 13 is firmly pressed against the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 and fixed. The tool 1 is strongly prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction with respect to the support material 41. At the same time, the conduit 51 is firmly held by the pair of gripping pieces and is stably fixed to a predetermined position of the support member 41.

The gripping piece 23 and the gripping piece 24 can be manually tightened, but as shown in FIG. 6, the gripping protrusion 25c and the gripping protrusion 27a are gripped using a gripping tool 61 such as pliers or pliers. In this case, it can be tightened more firmly. In addition, after first tightening by manual operation, it can be tightened by gripping both gripping protrusions with the gripping tool 61.

Next, a method of changing the fixing position with respect to the support member 41 by shifting the fixture 1 after fixing the conduit 51 to the support member 41 via the fixture 1 will be described.
First, once the conduit 51 is gripped by the gripping portion 21, the upper protruding piece 25 and the lower protruding piece 28 are engaged with each other and cannot be rotated as they are, as shown in FIG. Insert the tip of a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver into the insertion groove 29 between the upper protruding piece 25 and the lower protruding piece 28, and turn the tool while prying both protruding pieces to lock the locking teeth of both protruding pieces. It releases and expands right and left, separating both protrusion pieces up and down.

Accordingly, when the pair of engaging portions 11 and 11 are fixed, as shown in FIG. 5, the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 is supported at the opposite end 17 of the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13. From the state in which the lower end 47 is firmly in pressure contact, the hinge 5 is rotated in a direction close to each other about the shaft, and as shown in FIG. The lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 is in a substantially parallel state.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), when the gripping pieces of the gripping part 21 are gripped and the distance between them is further expanded to the left and right, the opposing ends of the pair of engaging parts 11 and 11 are mutually opposite. It will be in the state of almost contacting. Here, in this state, the engagement claw 13 has a rotation center side end portion 15 opposite to the counter-opposing side end portion 17 as shown by the two-dot chain engagement surface 14 in FIG. However, since the pressing member 1 is again pressed against the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the support member 41, it is difficult or impossible to move the fixing tool 1, and the fixing tool 1 cannot be displaced.

However, the engaging portion 11 of the present embodiment is formed on the inclined surface 16 inclined downward so that the rotation center side end portion 15 of the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13 is separated from the hinge 5. For this reason, the space | interval of the hinge 5 and the rotation center side edge part 15 of the engaging surface 14 is large. Thereby, the space | interval of the contact part 6 and the engaging surface 14 of the engaging part 11 expands from the dimension a of FIG. 7 (a) to the dimension b of the same (b). Here, a <b. As a result, the pressure contact of the rotation center side end 15 of the engaging claw 13 with respect to the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 is completely released, and the fixture 1 can easily move in the longitudinal direction along the support member 41. It becomes. Therefore, the fixing tool 1 is shifted to a predetermined position, or the fixing tool 1 is once removed and changed to another position.

In addition, the press contact of the rotation center side end portion 15 of the engaging claw 13 with respect to the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 grips both the gripping pieces of the gripping portion 21 and further widens the interval as described above. However, it can also be performed by pushing down the connecting portion 32 and the connecting portion 33 that protrude in the horizontal direction from the two anti-twist plates 31. That is, when the left and right connecting portions 32 and 33 are pushed down, the pair of engaging portions 11 and 11 are rotated about the hinge 5 via the torsion prevention plate 31 and the base portion 2, and the opposing end portions are mutually connected. However, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), the contact surface is substantially in contact with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the support member 41, and the pressure contact of the engagement surface 14 of the engagement claw 13 is released. As a result, the fixture 1 can be easily moved in the longitudinal direction along the support member 41. In this case, when the pressure contact is released, the entire fixing device 1 can be pushed forward along the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 and moved in the longitudinal direction while pushing down the connecting portion 32 and the connecting portion 33. The fixture 1 can be easily shifted.

Next, after fixing the conduit 51 to the support member 41 via the fixture 1, the conduit 51 can be removed by the same operation as the method for changing the fixing position of the fixture 1 described above. That is, the tip of a tool such as a flathead screwdriver is inserted into one of the insertion grooves 29 formed on both sides between the upper protruding piece 25 and the lower protruding piece 28 shown in FIG. The projecting piece 25 and the lower projecting piece 28 are expanded and separated in the vertical direction while prying them at the tip of the tool. Next, in this state, the gripping piece 23 and the gripping piece 24 are expanded in a direction away from each other, and the conduit 51 is removed. As the grip portion 21 is expanded, the pair of left and right engaging portions 11 and 11 rotate in a direction approaching each other about the hinge 5, so that the engaging surface 14 is a bent piece 45 of the support member 41. The pressure contact with the lower end 47 is released.

Next, a plurality of fixtures 1 can be connected to each other and fixed to the support member 41.
FIG. 8 shows a structure in which two fixtures 1 are juxtaposed and fixed to a support material 41. In FIG. 8, the two fixtures 1 include a fitting claw 32 a of the connecting portion 32 provided at the lower portion of the twist prevention plate 31 of one fixture 1 and a lower portion of the twist prevention plate 31 of the other fixture 1. They can be connected to each other simply by fitting the fitting claws 33a of the connecting portion 33 provided on the connecting portion 33. As a procedure, after fixing one of the fixing tools 1 to the support member 41, the other fixing tool 1 may be fixed and connected. You may fix to the support material 41 simultaneously. Thereby, the fixture 1 mutually reinforces, can prevent more reliably shifting to the longitudinal direction of the support material 41, and can hold | maintain the conduit 51 stably in a fixed alignment state.

Next, the operation of the fixture 1 of this embodiment will be described.
First, the engaging portion 11 of the fixture 1 includes an elastic piece 12 that can be elastically deformed in the width direction of the support material 41, and an engagement claw 13 that holds the bent piece 45 of the support material 41 with the contact portion 6. Therefore, the fixing tool 1 simply inserts the engaging portion 11 into the opening 46 of the support member 41 and pushes it in while the elastic piece 12 of the engaging portion 11 is bent in the width direction of the support member 41. The engaging claw 13 is inserted and engaged with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45, and is attached to the support member 41 with the bent portion 45 sandwiched by the abutment portion 6 and is prevented from being detached from the support member 41. The

Next, in a state where the engaging claw 13 is engaged with the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 as described above, when the grip portion 21 is tightened to grip the conduit 51, the pair of engaging portions 11, 11 are The engaging claw 13 rotates in the longitudinal direction of the support member 41, that is, rotates in a direction different from the deflection direction of the elastic piece 12 by 90 degrees. Pressure contact. As a result, the conduit 51 is stably gripped by the fixture 1 by the grip portion 21, and at the same time, the fixture 1 is brought into contact with the support member 41 by the press contact with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the engagement claw 13. On the other hand, it is reliably prevented from shifting in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the conduit 51 can be wired and piped easily and stably at a certain position along the ceiling surface of the building.

Furthermore, since the fixture 1 includes the engaging portion 11 that engages with the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 and the grip portion 21 that grips the conduit 51, the parts can be easily managed as a single unit and inexpensively. Can be manufactured.

Since the twist preventing plate 31 is provided, even if a twisting force is applied by pulling the conduit 51, the twist preventing plate 31 contacts the end of the bent piece 45 of the support member 41. The fixing device 1 is prevented from being twisted and deformed.

By the way, in the said embodiment, although the engaging part 11 is rotated centering on the hinge 5 by tightening the holding part 21, it expands to right and left, but other means, for example, FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the screw 62 can be expanded by tightening.

As described above, the end surface 12 a on one side of the elastic piece 12 of the engaging portion 11 is formed as an arcuate concave surface, and its radius of curvature is slightly smaller than the radius of the male screw of the screw 62. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9A, the screw 62 is attached to the screw hole 3 b of the recessed groove portion 3 of the base portion 2. In this state, the engagement surface 14 of the engagement claw 13 is merely in contact with the lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 of the support member 41. Next, as shown in (b), when the screw 62 is further tightened, the screw 62 is pressed to the side while screwing the end face 12a on one side of the elastic piece 12 of the engaging portion 11, and a pair of elastic pieces is obtained. Push 12 to the left and right. At this time, the entire head portion of the screw 62 is accommodated in the recessed groove portion 3 of the base portion 2, and a part of the head portion of the screw 62 is prevented from projecting upward from the opening of the recessed groove portion 3 to interfere with the conduit 51. The As a result, the pair of engaging portions 11 and 11 are rotated in the expanding direction around the hinge 5 without the gripping portion 21 being tightened, and the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13 is folded on the support material 41. The lower end 47 of the bent piece 45 can be pressed.

However, in order to expand the pair of engaging portions 11, 11 to the left and right, the expanding means by tightening the gripping portion 21 is basically used, and the expanding means of the engaging portion 11 by the screw 62 is tightening of the gripping portion 21. It may be used as a tightening means after the expansion due to.

By the way, in the said embodiment, although the contact part 6 which clamps the conduit 51 with the engaging claw 13 is provided in the lower surface of the bottom part 3a of the groove part 3 of the base 2, you may provide in another location.
Moreover, although the hinge 5 is provided in the lower surface center of the bottom part 3a of the ditch | groove 3 of the base 2, you may provide in another location similarly. The hinge 5 is formed by thinning a part of the bottom 3a, but is not limited thereto.

Furthermore, the engaging surface 14 of the engaging claw 13 of the engaging portion 11 has the rotation center side end portion 15 formed on the inclined surface 16, but the entire engaging surface 14 is formed on the inclined surface 16. Also good. In this case, the engagement surface 14 of the engagement claw 13 can be pressed against the bent piece 45 of the support member 41 even if the amount of rotation of the engagement claw 13 about the hinge 5 is small.

Moreover, although the engaging part 11 is provided with a total of four each on the front side and the rear side of the fixture 1, it is not limited to this, and the left and right sides are respectively provided on the front side and the rear side of the fixture 1. You may provide only in any one side. That is, a total of two engaging portions 11 may be formed at opposite positions or diagonal positions. Alternatively, three or more may be formed on the front surface side and the rear surface side of the fixture 1, respectively.
