Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a child seat for seating an infant at a position suitable for a seat belt of a vehicle.
As a kind of child seat, a child seat for seating an infant at a position suitable for a three-point seat belt of a vehicle is known. In this kind of child seat, there are a type constituted only by a seat part called a booster and a type provided with a seat part and a back part. In the latter type of child seat, a belt guide for guiding the shoulder belt of the vehicle to an appropriate position around the shoulder of the infant may be provided on the side of the back portion. The proper guide position of the shoulder belt varies depending on the infant's physique. Therefore, by providing a plurality of belt guides arranged side by side in the height direction on the same side portion of the back portion, a child seat that enables selection of an appropriate height belt guide or a belt guide that can be adjusted in height is provided. In addition, a child seat to which a lock mechanism for fixing the position of the belt guide is further added is provided.
However, when a plurality of belt guides are provided, the user has to change the shoulder belt between the belt guides in accordance with changes in the infant's physique. When the belt guide is movable, such a trouble does not occur, but the conventional lock mechanism has a large number of parts, and an increase in cost is inevitable.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a child seed capable of adjusting the height of a belt guide and reducing the number of parts.
The present invention provides a seat body (2) having a seat portion (4) and a back portion (5), and a belt guide (4) provided on a side surface of the seat body and through which a shoulder belt (100) of a vehicle seat belt is passed. 20), the seat body is provided with a guide rail (10) for guiding the belt guide in a substantially vertical direction, and the belt guide is provided with a restoring force against elastic deformation. A rail pressing portion (22) to be pressed against the guide rail is provided, and a plurality of convex portions (16) and a concave portion are provided on either one of the opposing surfaces of the guide rail and the rail pressing portion of the belt guide. (17) are alternately provided along the guide direction of the belt guide by the guide rail, and one of the plurality of recesses is provided on the other side of the facing surface. By protrusion fitted selectively (25) is provided, to solve the problems described above.
According to the child seat of the present invention, the protrusions and the protrusions can be formed in the guide direction of the belt guide by fitting the protrusions into any one of the recesses provided between the opposed surfaces of the belt guide rail pressing portion and the guide rail. The position of the belt guide is fixed by meshing. It is possible to fix the belt guide at different height positions by elastically deforming the rail pressing portion to release the fitting between the concave portion and the projection, and by moving the belt guide and fitting the projection to the other concave portion. . Therefore, it is not necessary to arrange a plurality of belt guides side by side on one side of the child seat in order to adjust the guide position of the shoulder belt. Since the concave portion, the convex portion, and the projection are provided on the belt guide and the guide rail, and the concave portion and the projection are fitted and released by elastic deformation of the rail pressing portion that is a part of the belt guide, the belt There is no need to separately provide a part for fixing the position of the guide. Thereby, the number of parts can be reduced to the minimum, and the cost can be reduced.
In one form of the child seat of the present invention, the guide rail extends from the side surface of the seat body in the direction perpendicular to the guide direction along the side surface. A pair of guide portions (12) is provided, and the belt guide is provided with a base portion (21) arranged to face the surfaces (12a) of the pair of guide portions, and the rail pressing portion is From each of the both sides of the base part, it extends so as to wrap around the back surface (12b) side of the pair of guide parts and is provided to face the back surface, and on each of the back surfaces of the pair of guide parts, The plurality of convex portions and concave portions, or the protrusions may be provided.
According to this aspect, the belt guide is attached to the guide rail so that the guide portion is sandwiched between the base portion and the pair of rail pressing portions. When the height of the belt guide is changed, the rail pressing portion is elastically deformed so that the gap between the base portion and the rail pressing portion is widened, and the protrusion gets over the convex portion. Since the rail pressing portion extends from the side portion of the base portion to the back side of the guide portion, the rail pressing portion can be sufficiently elastically deformed with the both side portions of the base portion as axes. As a result, the amount of elastic deformation of the rail pressing portion between the state in which the protrusion fits into the concave portion and the state in which the protrusion gets over the convex portion is set to be relatively large, and the resistance to height adjustment of the belt guide is increased. Inadvertent changes in the height of the belt guide can be prevented.
In the above aspect, the plurality of convex portions and the concave portions are provided on each of the back surfaces of the pair of guide portions, and the convex portions and the concave portions are inclined with respect to the guide direction (see FIG. 3 (in the direction of arrow C). According to this embodiment, the convex portion and the protrusion mesh with each other not only in the guide direction of the belt guide but also in the left and right direction with respect to the guide direction, thereby suppressing rattling in the left and right direction of the belt guide.
Furthermore, in the form in which the convex portion and the concave portion are inclined, the sheet main body is a resin injection molded product, and the inclination direction of the convex portion and the concave portion is a parting line (PL of the mold for molding the sheet main body. ) And the direction orthogonal to (the direction of arrow C in FIG. 3). Thereby, when taking out the sheet | seat main body from the metal mold | die for injection molding, a convex part and a recessed part come to correspond with the die cutting direction. For this reason, it is easy to perform the die-cutting operation, and the number of mold parts such as a slide type core required for forming the guide rail can be reduced.
In the above-described form in which the leg portion is provided on the guide rail, the leg portion is provided with a dent portion (13) that opens to the surface side of the guide portion, and an infant is placed in the dent portion inside the dent portion. Ribs (14) may be provided so that no gaps for the fingers to enter are generated. By providing the depressions in the legs, it is possible to make the thickness of the guide rail uniform, reduce molding distortion, or reduce the amount of resin required for molding the guide rail. Moreover, sufficient rigidity can be given to a leg part by providing a rib inside the hollow part. Furthermore, by providing the rib so that the finger does not enter the recessed portion, it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the finger is pinched between the recessed portion and the belt guide.
The child seat having the leg provided on the guide rail may further include a sewing product cover (30) covering the seat body. In this case, the cover is provided with a punch hole (30a) for exposing the guide rail to the outside of the cover, and a tape material (32) is covered around the punch hole, and the border by the tape material is provided. The part may be inserted to the gap (33) between the guide part and the side surface of the seat body beyond the rail pressing part of the belt guide. By inserting the edge of the tape material into the gap deeper than the rail retainer, even if the cover is pulled in the direction in which the hole extends, the edge of the tape material will not be easily pulled out by being caught by the rail retainer. become. Also, when the belt guide is moved along the guide rail, the edge portion of the tape material is held behind the rail pressing portion. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the cover from turning around the leg portion of the guide rail and improve the appearance.
In one form of the child seat of the present invention, the belt guide is provided with a belt restraining portion (23) for generating a belt through hole (24) for letting the shoulder belt pass therethrough. A slit (27) for inserting and removing the shoulder belt with respect to the through hole is provided so as to divide the belt restraint portion into a pair of hook portions (28, 29), and the slit is curved in an arc shape. Good. When the slit is curved in this manner, even if the shoulder belt is biased to one side of the belt hole and the edge of the shoulder belt moves to the vicinity of the slit, the edge and the slit are aligned straight. There is nothing, and one of the pair of hook portions is always caught by the shoulder belt. Thereby, compared with the case where a slit is formed linearly, the escape from the slit of a shoulder belt can be suppressed more reliably.
In addition, in the above description, in order to make an understanding of this invention easy, the reference sign of the accompanying drawing was attached in parenthesis, but this invention is not limited to the form of illustration by it.
As described above, according to the child seat of the present invention, the convex portion, the concave portion, and the protrusion for fixing the position of the belt guide are provided on the guide rail and the belt guide, respectively, and the rail pressing portion is elastically deformed. Since the height of the belt guide can be adjusted by changing the recess in which the protrusion fits, there is no need to arrange multiple belt guides side by side on the child seat, and the part for fixing the position of the belt guide It is not necessary to provide a separate. Thereby, the number of parts required for adjusting the guide position of the shoulder belt of the vehicle can be reduced to the minimum, and the cost of the child seat can be reduced.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a main part of a child seat according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view thereof. The child seat 1 of the present embodiment includes a first usage method for restraining an infant using a dedicated restraining belt mounted on the
The
3 is an enlarged view showing the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
In order to ensure the rigidity of the
As apparent from FIG. 4, the height of the
As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of
The direction in which each
And as shown in FIG. 3, the direction where each
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the
One
FIG. 9 shows a state in which the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 11, a
As shown in FIGS. 3, 7, and 12, the
As described above, according to the child seat 1 of the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment,
