Claims (13)
- 水和物を形成する液体ゲスト物質とホスト物質である水とを界面活性剤で乳化させて分散液とし、これを冷却して水和物を生成することを特徴とする水和物の生成方法。
- 分散液を撹拌しながら冷却して水和物を生成する請求項1記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 液体ゲスト物質が、シクロペンタン等の環状炭化水素類からなる請求項1又は2記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 分散液に、防腐剤、防錆剤などの添加物を添加した請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 槽内に分散液を充填し、内部に冷却管と加熱管とを設置して、水和物を生成/分解する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 槽内に分散液を充填し、外部に冷却及び加熱熱交換器を配し、そこに分散液又は水和物を搬送して、水和物を生成/分解する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 分散液の温度を、水和物の生成温度よりも約3℃低く、撹拌周速度を0.1m/sec以上で撹拌して微細ビーズ状の水和物を生成する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
- シクロペンタンと水と界面活性剤とを撹拌・乳化させて分散液とし、これを冷却して水和物を生成することを特徴とする水和物の生成方法。
- 1分子数のシクロペンタンに対して、水和物を形成する水の分子数以上の水を加え、そのシクロペンタンと水に対して界面活性剤を約5wt%として分散液を形成し、その分散液を撹拌・冷却しながら水和物を生成する請求項8記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 分散液に、防腐剤、防錆剤などの添加物を添加した請求項8又は9に記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 槽内に分散液を充填し、内部に冷却管と加熱管とを設置して、水和物を生成/分解する請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 槽内に分散液を充填し、外部に冷却及び加熱熱交換器を配し、そこに分散液又は水和物を搬送して、水和物を生成/分解する請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
- 分散液を、その水和物の生成温度(6〜8℃)に対して約3℃低い温度に冷却し、これを撹拌周速度を0.1m/sec以上で撹拌して水和物を生成する請求項8〜12のいずれかに記載の水和物の生成方法。
