Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a canister mounting structure provided in a vehicle such as an automobile.
A vehicle using volatile oil such as gasoline as a fuel is provided with a fuel evaporative emission prevention device for preventing the fuel evaporative gas generated in the fuel tank from being diffused into the atmosphere. The fuel evaporative emission prevention device temporarily adsorbs and stores the fuel evaporative gas on activated carbon in the canister, and introduces and processes the fuel evaporative gas into the combustion chamber when the engine is operating.
Conventionally, canisters were generally placed in the engine room, but it became difficult to secure space due to overcrowding in the engine room. In recent years, canisters are generally placed under the floor at the rear of the vehicle. is there.
Conventionally, it is known that a canister is accommodated in a space formed below a spare tire pan bulging portion formed by projecting a floor panel at the rear of a vehicle upward to support a spare tire ( For example, see Patent Document 1).
In addition, there is known a canister disposed under the floor on the side of a spare tire pan (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, when the canister and its auxiliary equipment are enlarged, it is difficult to accommodate the canister inside the spare tire pan. In addition, since various components such as a fuel tank, a subframe, a differential carrier, a suspension, and an exhaust pipe are arranged below the floor of the vehicle, it is difficult to ensure sufficient space while avoiding interference with them. In particular, it was very difficult for small cars with short rear overhangs.
On the other hand, it is conceivable to place the canister on the vehicle interior side (above the floor panel), but if the canister is accommodated and the floor of the vehicle compartment or luggage space is raised, the vehicle compartment or luggage The space becomes narrow and the convenience of the vehicle is impaired.
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a canister mounting structure that secures a storage space for a canister on the upper surface side of a floor panel without narrowing a passenger compartment and a luggage space.
The present invention solves the above-described problems by the following means.
The invention of
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the canister mounting structure according to the first aspect, at least a part of the canister auxiliary device arranged on the opposite side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the canister, the canister, and the canister auxiliary device A canister mounting structure comprising: pipes connected to each other and arranged on the front side of the spare tire.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the canister mounting structure according to the second aspect, the canister, the canister auxiliary device, and at least one of the pipes are provided between the spare tire and the spare tire is advanced. A canister mounting structure having a slope portion for moving a tire upward.
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the spare tire is round, if it is accommodated in a substantially rectangular luggage floor portion or the like, a dead space is formed at the corner of the floor. In this regard, in the case of the present invention, the canister is provided on the upper surface side of the floor panel on the rear side from the rear seat back and on the front side from the center of the spare tire, and at least a part of the canister is respectively in the front-rear direction and the vehicle width direction. By arranging it so as to overlap with the spare tire, it is possible to place a canister with a relatively large capacity by effectively using the dead space described above, and to secure a canister storage space without narrowing the passenger compartment or luggage space can do. In addition, in such an arrangement, the canister can be arranged in a portion where the vehicle body structure is strong for protection from the rear seat occupant and the fuel tank, preventing damage to the canister at the time of the rear collision. Leakage of fuel evaporative gas can be prevented.
(2) A canister having a larger capacity can be mounted by separating the canister and the canister auxiliary device from each other and arranging them separately on the left and right sides and connecting them with piping.
(3) By providing a slope portion that is provided between at least one of the canister, the canister auxiliary device, and the pipe and the spare tire, for example, to move the spare tire upward when the spare tire is caused by a rear collision or the like, It is possible to prevent the canister or the like from being damaged by jumping up the spare tire at the time of a rear collision to prevent a direct hit to the canister or the like. Further, by flipping up the spare tire in this way, the strength required for, for example, an impact absorbing structure that absorbs an impact received from the spare tire is reduced, and the vehicle can be reduced in weight. .
The present invention provides a canister mounting structure in which a canister housing space is secured on the upper surface side of a floor panel without narrowing a passenger compartment and a luggage space. The drain valve / filter is divided into left and right, installed on the upper surface of the floor panel, connected to each other by piping, and a cover that covers these members is provided. It was solved by forming the slope part to be flipped up.
