Description

  The present invention relates to a display label attached to a textile product such as clothing and bedding and a base fabric thereof.

  The corner portion 26 having roundness (ie, having an arc shape) is not attached to the fiber product, and thus frequently hits the user's skin. However, the corner portion 26 is rounded and the one surface 14 of the base fabric 12 is used.   The corner portion 28 of the second folded portion 24 can be rounded in the same manner as the corner portion 26. However, by providing a crease, the boundary between the textile product and the one surface 14 of the base fabric 12 is substantially continuous.   As shown in the figure, the welded portion 22 protrudes from the other surface 18 of the base fabric 12 to the one surface 14 by welding. Laser welding or ultrasonic welding can be used for welding. Further, an adhesive or the like can be used instead of welding.

  The base fabric 12 uses, for example, a polyester taffeta as a base material. One surface of the base material is coated with, for example, urethane resin in order to make it a smooth surface suitable for the printing.

  An example of a method for producing a display label according to the present invention will be described below.

  A satin fabric composed of warp yarn and weft yarn of extra fine hair (for example, 50D) is cut into a tape shape and cut into a predetermined length to form a base fabric 12 (for example, length 85 mm, width 36 mm). A display is printed on one surface 14 of the base fabric 12, and then a first width 20 is formed by folding back a predetermined width (for example, 3 mm width) from each end portion extending in the longitudinal direction to the other surface 18.
