Abstract

Claims (10)
- パルス発生器と、
パルス発生器に接続される感知用またはぺーシング用多重化電極を含むリードと、
パルス発生器に結合することのできる少なくとも1個の近接端子と遠位端子、またはそれらの何れかと、
各々の電極端子が感知/ペーシング用リードの多重化電極にそれぞれ接続することのできる複数の電極端子と、
各スイッチが対応する電極端子が近接端子または遠位端子に接続された閉位置と対応する電極端子が近接端子と遠位端子から切り離された開位置を有する複数のスイッチと、
変調信号が論理パルスの符号化列を有する発生器からの変調信号を近接端子と遠位端子またはそれらの何れかの箇所で受信する手段と、変調信号によって定義される閉または開位置の構成に対応するスイッチを活性化するために変調信号を解読する手段と、マイクロパルスが論理パルスの符号化列に先行しかつ各論理パルスの振幅と間隔よりも小さい振幅と間隔を示す受信された変調信号内のマイクロパルスを検出する手段と、マイクロパルスに応答して少なくとも論理パルスの符号化列を受信している期間に等しい期間に亘って開位置の状態にある全てのスイッチを活性化するための手段とを備えた命令手段
を含む能動埋め込み型医用装置用多重化電極の可制御切り替え回路。 - マイクロパルスを検出する手段がさらに10マイクロ秒よりも短い応答時間を示す高速コンパレータを含む請求項1に記載の回路。
- 可制御切り替え回路が複数の個別サブ・サーキットを含み、各サブ・サーキットはそのスイッチまたは複数のスイッチと同様に電極端子に関連した感知用またはペーシング用電極リードの一つにそれぞれ接続することのできる電極端子を含み、かつ各々のサブ・サーキットが自分自身の命令手段を含む請求項1に記載の回路。
- 少なくとも1つの導体を含む引き伸ばされたボディと、
1個の導体または複数の導体に接続され、かつパルス発生器の少なくとも一つの対応する近接端子と遠位端子またはそれらの何れかに接続することのできるボディの第一の突端に水平な接続器と、
ボディの第二の突端がボディの第一の突端の反対側に位置するボディの第二の突端に水平な複数の多重化ペーシング/感知電極と、
1個または複数の導体に電極の各々を選択的に接続したり、切り離したりすることのできる可制御切り替え回路を含む能動埋め込み型医用装置用ペーシング/感知多重化電極を有するリード。 - 可制御切り替え回路がリードの中に在り、かつ第二の突端と水平であり、かつ感知/ペーシング電極の近傍にある請求項4に記載のリード。
- 可制御切り替え回路が複数の個別のサブ・サーキットを含んでおり、そのサブ・サーキットの各々がリードの感知/ペーシング電極の一つに、電極端子に関係するスイッチまたは複数のスイッチと同様に接続可能であり、かつ各サブ・サーキットはそれ自身の命令手段を含んでおり、かつサブ・サーキットは各々リード本体に組み込まれており、対応する電極に物理的に近接して配置されており、かつ一個の導体または複数の導体に接続されている請求項4に記載のリード。
- 少なくとも一個の近接電極と一個の遠位電極、またはそれらの何れかの電極と、
変調信号がリード電極を近接端子と遠位端子、またはそれらの何れかに結合するために特別な構成を定義する論理パルスの符号化列を含み、かつ変調信号でマイクロパルスを配信する手段と、そのマイクロパルスが論理パルスの符号化列に先行しかつ各論理パルスの振幅と期間よりも低い振幅と期間を示す、近接端子と遠位端子、またはそれらの何れかに変調信号を配信する手段を含む命令手段を含む能動埋め込み型医用装置用発生器。 - 命令手段がさらに、マイクロパルスを配信する前に近接端子と遠位端子またはそれらの何れかを高インピーダンスに設定する手段を含む請求項7に記載の発生器。
- 命令手段がさらに、マイクロパルスを配信する前に近接端子または遠位端子の一つを高インピーダンスの状態に設定する手段と、他の端子を接地する手段とを含む請求項8に記載の発生器。
- 発振器の少なくとも一つの近接端子と遠位端子、またはそれらの何れかにリード電極を接続するために特別な構成を定義する論理パルスの符号化列を含む変調信号を含む能動埋め込み型医用装置のための切り替え命令信号を作る発生器であって、その変調信号はマイクロパルスを含み、そのマイクロパルスは論理パルスの符号化列に先行し、かつ各論理パルスの振幅と期間よりも小さい振幅と期間を示すものである発生器。
