Description

The present invention relates to a mounting bracket for exterior materials, and particularly relates to a mounting bracket for mounting a plate-shaped exterior material (outer wall plate) on an outer wall surface of a building.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, it has been widely practiced to form an external appearance of a building by attaching a plate-shaped exterior material (outer wall plate) of the same standard called siding to an outer wall surface of a building. Siding is widely used because it is produced in large quantities at the factory, and the quality is uniform and the price is relatively low, and there are many design variations such as tile, masonry, and board.
In addition, after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, metal-based siding and ceramic-based siding have become widely used as high-durability houses that are resistant to earthquakes and fires have spread. Such siding is fixed to the outer wall surface of the building using a mounting bracket (fastening bracket).

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which the exterior material (siding) is attached to the outer wall of the building using the mounting bracket. As shown in FIG. 9, the exterior material (siding) 1 is fixed to a building frame 41 (columns, studs, etc.) using a mounting bracket (fastening bracket) 50.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a conventional mounting bracket (fastening bracket) 50.
The mounting bracket 50 is formed by punching and bending a single metal plate such as a stainless steel plate or an alloy plated steel plate. The mounting bracket 50 includes a flat plate-like substrate portion 51 serving as a fixing portion to the housing side, vertical side plate portions 52 and 52 formed by bending the left and right ends of the substrate portion 51 approximately 90 °, and the side plate portion. The front and rear exterior material back surface support portions 53 and 53 are formed by bending the tips of the 52 and 52 so as to be substantially parallel to the substrate portion 51. Furthermore, the mounting bracket 50 includes a support portion 54 formed by bending a lower region of the substrate portion 51. The support portion 54 has a function of supporting the upper and lower edges of the two upper and lower exterior materials (outer wall materials) 1.

The support portion 54 includes a horizontal portion 55 formed by bending the lower end portion of the substrate portion 51 forward by 90 °, and left and right rising portions 56, 56 formed by bending obliquely upward from the left and right ends of the horizontal portion 55; The front plate portion 57 is formed by bending obliquely downward from the front end of the central portion of the horizontal portion 55. The horizontal portion 55 has a function of supporting the lower end of the exterior material 1.

The left and right exterior material back surface support portions 53 and 53 have the same shape and are formed as follows. That is, a notch 58 is formed in an extended portion of the bent portion of the substrate portion 51 and the horizontal portion 55, the side plate portion 52 is bent from the substrate portion 51, and a portion higher than the notch 58 is outside. The exterior material back surface support portion 53 is formed by being bent toward the substrate portion 51 in parallel with the substrate portion 51, and the portion below the notch 58 is bent toward the inside so as to be parallel to the substrate portion 51, and the horizontal portion A support portion 59 is formed.

FIG. 11 is a view taken along the line XI-XI in FIG. 10 and shows a relationship between the horizontal portion 55 and one horizontal support portion 59. As shown in FIG. 11, the horizontal support portion 59 is located immediately below the back surface of the horizontal portion 55.

The upper packaging material back surface support portion 53 and the lower horizontal support portion 59 above the notch 58 are both in parallel with the substrate portion 51. When the packaging material 1 is attached, both packaging materials 1 are provided. It can fulfill the function of supporting the back side. Since the lower horizontal portion support portion 59 is bent inward, the upper end edge thereof is located immediately below the back surface of the horizontal portion 55, and when the horizontal portion 55 is about to be bent downward, a backup function is provided. Can fulfill.

In the mounting bracket 50 shown in FIG. 10, a fixing screw hole 60 is formed in the substrate portion 51. Further, reinforcing ribs 51 b are formed in the horizontal direction above the screw holes 60 so as to extend over the substrate portion 51 and the side plate portions 52, and the corner portions of the substrate portion 51 and the horizontal portion 55 are similarly reinforced. Ribs 51c are formed. Further, reinforcing ribs 52 a are formed in the side plate portion 52 in the vertical direction. The board part 51 has a part 51a that partially enters the region of the horizontal part 55 that constitutes the support part 54, and increases the effective area of the board part 51 to ensure stability when attached to the building frame. Like to do.

FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the exterior material (siding) 1 is attached using the attachment fitting (fastening fitting) 50 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 12, the mounting bracket 50 is fixed to the building frame 41 with screws 43 using the screw holes 60 formed in the board portion 51. Accordingly, the upper and lower edge portions of the two upper and lower exterior members 1A and 1B are supported by the mounting bracket 50. At that time, the upper edge portion 1a of the lower packaging material 1B is fitted into a space formed by the front surface of the horizontal portion support portion 59, the back surface of the horizontal portion 55, and the back surface of the front plate portion 57. In this state, positioning is performed, and the screw hole 60 is used for fixing in this state.

Similarly, after fixing the required number of mounting brackets 50 in the horizontal direction at predetermined intervals, the rising portions 56 and 56 of the mounting bracket 50 enter the cut portions 1c of the lower edge portion 1b of the upper exterior material 1A. Arrange the required number of sheets horizontally. The upper exterior material 1A thus arranged is now used as the lower exterior material 1, and the mounting bracket 50 is attached to the upper edge 1a in the same manner as described above, and then fixed with screws. Thereafter, the same process is repeated as many times as necessary to complete the construction of the exterior material 1.

As shown in FIG. 12, a space S corresponding to the height is formed between the rear surface of the attached exterior member 1 and the building housing 41 by the side plate portions 52 formed on the left and right side edges of the mounting bracket 50. Therefore, ventilation on the back surface of the exterior material becomes good, and inconveniences such as condensation do not occur. Even if the horizontal portion 55 of the support portion 54 tends to be displaced downward due to the weight of the attached upper exterior material 1A, the upper end of the horizontal portion support portion 59 located on the back surface of the horizontal portion 55 is in contact with the back surface of the horizontal portion 55. The contact is prevented from deforming.

FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing another conventional example of the mounting bracket 50. In the mounting bracket 50 shown in FIG. 13, the exterior material back surface support portion 53 extends to the lower end. Unlike the mounting bracket 50 shown in FIG. 10, a plate-like horizontal portion support portion 59 for supporting the horizontal portion 55 is provided. Although not formed, instead, protrusions 61 and 61 projecting inward are formed on the side plate portions 52 and 52.

14 is a view taken along the line XIV-XIV in FIG. 13 and shows the relationship between the horizontal portion 55 and one protrusion 61. As shown in FIG. 14, the protrusion 61 is located immediately below the back surface of the end portion of the horizontal portion 55, and the horizontal portion 55 is supported by the protrusions 61 and 61 formed on the side plate portions 52 and 52. . The other structure of the mounting bracket 50 shown in FIG. 13 is the same as that of the mounting bracket 50 shown in FIG.

10 and 13 is a plate-like horizontal portion support portion 59, 59 (mounting bracket shown in FIG. 10) or protrusions 61, 61 (supporting the horizontal portion 55 below the horizontal portion 55. The horizontal portion support portion 59 and the protrusion 61 are extremely effective when the horizontal portion 55 receives a force (force directed downward from above) applied by the upper exterior material 1A. is there. However, as a result of repeated research on the conventional mounting bracket, the inventors of the present invention, when an earthquake occurs, may cause a strong pitching that swings up and down. In this case, the lower exterior material 1B It has been determined that there is a risk that a strong force pushing from below is applied to the horizontal portion 55 and the horizontal portion 55 is bent upward.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even when a strong force pushing up from below is applied to the horizontal portion supporting the exterior material due to an earthquake or the like, the exterior material does not bend upward. The horizontal portion 15 has a function of supporting the lower end of the exterior material 1.

The left and right exterior material back surface support portions 13 and 13 have the same shape and are formed as follows. That is, the side plate portion 12 is bent from the substrate portion 11, and the front end side of the side plate portion 12 is further bent outward so as to be parallel to the substrate portion 11, thereby forming the exterior material back surface support portion 13.

A cut 22 is formed in the bent portion between the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13 so as to straddle the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13. The end portion 15 a of the horizontal portion 15 is inserted into the notch 22.
A protruding portion 13 a that is bent in a direction away from the substrate portion 11 and slightly protrudes forward is formed at the lower end of the exterior material back surface support portion 13. The protruding portion 13a comes into pressure contact with the exterior material 1 when the exterior material 1 is attached. As described above, the protruding portion 13 a is pressed against the back surface of the exterior material 1, thereby preventing the lateral displacement of the exterior material 1.

FIG. 3 is a view taken along the line III-III in FIG. 1 and shows the relationship between the horizontal portion 15, the side plate portion 12, and the notch 22 formed in the exterior material back surface support portion 13. As shown in FIG. 3, the notch 22 is formed so as to straddle the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13. Then, the end 15 a of the horizontal portion 15 is fitted into the cut 22. The height h of the notch 22 and the plate thickness t of the horizontal portion 15 are set to be substantially the same size so that there is no backlash between the notch 22 and the horizontal portion 15. Accordingly, both end portions 15a and 15a of the horizontal portion 15 are configured to be fitted into the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13 having extremely high rigidity. Therefore, the horizontal portion 15 that supports the exterior material 1 has an earthquake or the like. Therefore, even when a strong force pushing up from below is applied, the horizontal portion 15 does not bend upward.

FIG. 4 is a view taken along the line IV-IV in FIG. 1 and shows the rear plate portion bent downward from the horizontal portion 15. As shown in FIG. 4, a part of the horizontal portion 15 is bent downward to form a rear plate portion 24 so as to face the front plate portion 17.

Moreover, the exterior material back surface support portion 13 is in a state parallel to the substrate portion 11, and can perform a function of supporting the back surface side of the exterior material 1 when the exterior material 1 is attached.

In the mounting bracket 10 shown in FIG. 1, a fixing screw hole 20 is formed in the substrate portion 11. Further, a reinforcing rib 11b is formed in the horizontal direction above the screw hole 20 so as to extend over the substrate portion 11 and the side plate portion 12, and the corner portions of the substrate portion 11 and the horizontal portion 15 are similarly reinforced. Ribs 11c are formed. Further, a reinforcing rib 12a is also formed in the side plate portion 12 in the lateral direction. The board part 11 has a part 11a partially entering the region of the horizontal part 15 that constitutes the support part 14, and increases the effective area of the board part 11 to ensure stability when attached to the building frame. Like to do.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the exterior material (siding) 1 is attached using the attachment fitting (fastening fitting) 10 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the mounting bracket 10 is fixed to the building frame 41 with screws 43 using the screw holes 20 formed in the substrate portion 11. Accordingly, the upper and lower edges of the two upper and lower exterior members 1A and 1B are supported by the mounting bracket 10. At that time, the upper edge portion 1a of the lower packaging material 1B is fitted into a space formed by the back surface of the horizontal portion 15, the back surface of the front plate portion 17, and the front surface of the rear plate portion 24. In this state, the screw hole 20 is used for fixing.

After fixing the required number of mounting brackets 10 in the horizontal direction at predetermined intervals, the rising portions 16 and 16 of the mounting bracket 10 enter the cut portions 1c of the lower edge portion 1b of the upper exterior material 1A. Arrange the required number of sheets horizontally. The upper exterior material 1A thus arranged is now used as the lower exterior material 1, and the mounting bracket 10 is attached to the upper edge 1a in the same manner as described above, and then fixed with screws. Thereafter, the same process is repeated as many times as necessary to complete the construction of the exterior material 1.

As shown in FIG. 5, a space S corresponding to the height is formed between the back surface of the attached exterior member 1 and the building housing 41 by the side plate portions 12 formed on the left and right side edges of the mounting bracket 10. Therefore, ventilation on the back surface of the exterior material becomes good, and inconveniences such as condensation do not occur. Even if the horizontal portion 15 of the support portion 14 tends to be displaced downward due to the weight of the attached upper exterior material 1A, both end portions 15a, 15a of the horizontal portion 15 are supported on the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support with extremely high rigidity. Since it is fitted in the portion 13, the deformation is prevented. Even when a strong force is applied to the horizontal portion 15 from below due to an earthquake or the like, both end portions 15a and 15a of the horizontal portion 15 are fitted into the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13 having extremely high rigidity. Therefore, the horizontal portion 15 does not bend upward.

6 to 8 are views showing a second embodiment of the exterior material mounting bracket according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a mounting member 10 for an exterior material according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to FIG. FIG. 7 is a development view of the mounting bracket shown in FIG. 6, and the folding line is indicated by a one-dot chain line as in FIG. 2. In the mounting bracket 10 shown in FIG. 6, the exterior material back surface support portions 13, 13 are formed to be bent inward so as to be substantially parallel to the substrate portion 11. Further, the notch 22 formed in the bent portion between the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13 extends to the tip of the side plate portion 12. That is, the notch 22 extends from the middle of the side plate portion 12 to the end portion of the exterior material back surface support portion 13 and opens at the end portion of the exterior material back surface support portion 13. The end 15a of the horizontal portion 15 is fitted in the notch 22 in the same manner as the mounting bracket shown in FIG.

FIG. 8 is a view corresponding to FIG. 3 in the VIII-VIII line view of FIG. 6, and shows the relationship between the horizontal portion 15, the notch 22 formed in the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, the notch 22 is formed so as to straddle the side plate portion 12 and the exterior material back surface support portion 13, and the notch 22 extends to the end portion of the exterior material back surface support portion 13. Other configurations of the mounting bracket 10 shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 are the same as those of the mounting bracket 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.
