現実の株式売買ルールに則った上記ルールに従ってゲームが行われるのであるが、その準備段階を説明する。
デイーラは、各プレーヤに１００万円札を、例えば２０枚ずつ配る。又、５色の売買カードの中から自分の好みの色の売買カードがプレーヤによって指定されると、ディーラは指定色の売買カードを５枚ずつ配る。又、ディーラは、ボード上にＡ株、Ｂ株、Ｃ株の株券を３枚ずつ中心値段（５０００円）の価格帯に置く。勿論、ディーラが選定した価格帯に置いても良い。例えば、Ａ株３枚を５０００円、Ｂ株３枚を６０００円、Ｃ株３枚を４０００円の株価の所に置いても良い。或いは、Ａ株３枚およびＢ株３枚を５０００円、Ｃ株３枚を４０００円の株価の所に置いても良い。

上記の準備が完了すると、ゲームが開始される。
各プレーヤは、一枚ずつ、ミッションカードを引く。そして、その内容を記憶する。尚、その内容は自分だけが知っており、他のプレーヤには秘密である。

さて、次に、第１回目の取引が開始される。この回では、プレーヤは株券を持っていないので、買い注文のみである。この後、ディーラは売買処理を行う。買い注文がなければ、次回の取引の予約注文を受ける。予約するプレーヤは、自分の買カードをボード上の希望する価格帯に置く。予約注文が確定したプレーヤは「ｂｕｒｓａ」と言って終了を宣言する。ディーラは全てのプレーヤの「ｂｕｒｓａ」を確認して当回の取引を終了する。 Next, the first transaction is started. この後、プレーヤの一人が株価変動カードを引く。そして、この株価変動カードの内容に従って株価がボード上で変動（株券が移動）する。
尚、プレーヤは取引終了を意味する「ｂｕｒｓａ」の声が有るまで何回でも売買カードを移動させることが出来る。

売買が成立したら、買いのプレーヤは現金をディーラに払い、株券を受け取る。売りのプレーヤは株券を場に出し、ディーラから現金を受け取る。買われた株券の枚数をディーラはボード上に差し出して追加し、最低でも、３枚は置かれているようにする。尚、第２回目の取引からは、株券を持っているプレーヤは売り注文も出来る。 When the sale is completed, the buying player pays cash to the dealer and receives a stock certificate. 上記のようにして数回の取引が進行して行く。そして、例えば５回の取引が終わると、各プレーヤは一枚ずつ資産変動カードを引く。そして、そのカードに記載の内容に則った決済が行われる。尚、遺産相続で株券Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃを１０００株ずつ貰えると言った時に、当該株券が無い場合には、その時点の株価に相当する現金を受け取ることが出来る。又、ディーラや他のプレーヤから現金を借りることは出来ない。現金が無い場合には、手持ちの株券を売って現金を調達する。そして、対応できない場合には、破産と言うことで、ゲームから退場になる。すなわち、株の売買やお金の支払いは、特別の指示が無い限り、直ちに行われなければならない。 As described above, several transactions proceed. ここで、ゲームの勝者について説明する。
先ず、プレーヤは、ミッションカードの内容を満たしているか否かをチェックする。満たされていないプレーヤは、幾ら資産（財産）合計が多くても、満たしたプレーヤより劣る。満たしたプレーヤ同士の間では資産（財産）合計が多いプレーヤが勝者となる。財産合計は、株式については時価評価で計算する。すなわち、持っている株の最終株価を調べ、これに株数を掛けて算出する。この株の時価評価額と現金との総和が資産（財産）額である。従って、これが多い者が勝者となる。尚、ミッションカードの内容を満たしている者がいなければ、全員、失格としても良く、或いは持っている資産（財産）合計額の順にしても良い。
