Abstract
【解決手段】マイクロアレイ画像16のデータの各画素を2値化するステップを有する。2値化した画素の値について、ブロック20の互いに直交する各辺の方向に投影するように累積した投影輝度データ26を生成するステップを備える。投影輝度データ26を所定の閾値で2値化し、その閾値以上若しくは以下のデータが連続する区間についてブロック20の幅を基準に投影輝度データ26が連続するか否かを判定する。この判定を基に、ブロック20の範囲を決定するステップを備え、ブロック20の位置を自動的に検出する。

Claims (4)
- 基板上にマトリクス状にスポットが形成されたマイクロアレイを撮影したマイクロアレイ画像を処理して、ブロック位置を自動的に検出するブロック位置検出方法において、前記マイクロアレイ画像のデータの各画素を2値化するステップと、前記2値化した画素の値について、前記ブロックの互いに直交する各辺の方向に投影するように累積した投影輝度データを生成するステップと、前記投影輝度データを所定の閾値で2値化し、前記閾値以上若しくは以下の前記投影輝度データが連続する区間について前記ブロック幅を基準に前記投影輝度データが連続するか否かを判定し、前記判定を基に前記ブロックの範囲を決定するステップにより前記ブロック位置を自動的に検出することを特徴とするマイクロアレイ画像のブロック位置検出方法。
- 前記マイクロアレイ画像のデータの各画素を2値化するステップは、前記マイクロアレイ画像を互いに直交する複数の区画線により小領域に分割し、前記小領域ごとに閾値を設定し、この閾値に基づいて前記マイクロアレイ画像の各画素の2値化を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロアレイ画像のブロック位置検出方法。
- 前記2値化は、前記小領域をその幅の半分だけ縦方向及び横方向に移動させた他の小領域にも分割し、これら2系統の小領域の群それぞれについて前記閾値を決定し、その閾値に基づいて前記マイクロアレイ画像の2値化を行うとともに、前記2系統の小領域の各閾値のうち、その2値化対象画素の輝度がいずれか一方の閾値以上であった場合、その画素の2値化した値を閾値以上、そうでない場合はその画素の2値化した値を閾値以下とすることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロアレイ画像のブロック位置検出方法。
- 前記マイクロアレイ画像は、異なる2波長の光により撮像したデータであり、そのデータの各画素のその画素の輝度がいずれか一方でも閾値以上であった場合、その画素の2値化した値を閾値以上とし、そうでない場合はその画素の2値化した値を閾値以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロアレイ画像のブロック位置検出方法。
