Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elastic crawler used in a crawler type traveling device employed as a traveling unit of a construction machine such as a backhoe or an agricultural machine such as a tractor or a combine.
Conventionally, there is a crawler type traveling device in which an endless elastic crawler is wound around a sprocket, an idler, and a wheel, and the sprocket is driven to rotate so that the elastic crawler travels in a circulating manner in the circumferential direction. As an elastic crawler used in a crawler type traveling device, a crawler main body formed in an endless belt shape with rubber, and a core metal disposed in the crawler main body at intervals in the circumferential direction, the core metal, A core metal body embedded in the crawler body, and a pair of left and right anti-roll-off protrusions protruding from the core metal body to the inner peripheral side of the crawler body and positioned on the center side in the band width direction of the crawler body There is.
In the outer rail type elastic crawler, by providing a rail portion on the core metal, the area of the portion embedded in the rubber constituting the crawler body of the core metal body inevitably decreases. It is difficult to suppress the progress of the rust of the core metal after long-term use.
Also, during traveling such as turning, the wheel may be displaced in the crawler body band width direction, and the wheel may come off the rail part. In this case, the wheel is in the crawler body band width direction of the rail part. On the outer peripheral surface of the crawler body, the rubber constituting the crawler body is pinched between the rollers and the core metal body, and the rubber constituting the crawler body The cored bar body is exposed at the portion where the rubber has been removed.
Such a situation promotes the progress of the rust of the core metal.
In addition, since the undercarriage (traveling portion) of the backhoe is designed to be able to change between an elastic crawler and an iron shoe, specifically, as shown in part F of FIG. 4 is formed with an
For the reasons described above, the outer rail type elastic crawler has lower durability (core metal adhesive force) than the elastic crawler used in the crawler type traveling device equipped with the middle collar type wheel. As a result, there is a problem that the core falls into a situation.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve the durability of an elastic crawler by solving the above problems.
The technical means taken by the present invention in order to solve the technical problem includes a core metal provided at an interval in the circumferential direction on a crawler body formed in an endless belt shape by a rubber-like elastic material. The cored bar includes a cored bar body embedded in the crawler body, an escape prevention protrusion that protrudes from the cored bar body toward the inner peripheral side of the crawler body and is located on the center side in the band width direction of the crawler body, An elastic crawler provided with a rail portion which is located on the outer side of the crawler body band width direction of the prevention protrusion and extends from the core metal body so as to be exposed on the inner peripheral surface of the crawler body and through which the wheel passes. In
The rail portion extends outward from the core metal body in the width direction of the crawler main body toward the inner peripheral side of the crawler main body, and the wheel is disengaged from the rail portion to the outer side in the width direction of the crawler main body. And a support protrusion capable of supporting the wheel when the roller is provided.
Further, the height of the support protrusion from the elastic crawler grounding surface is substantially the same as the height of the inner peripheral surface of the crawler body from the elastic crawler grounding surface or within 3 mm from the height of the inner peripheral surface of the crawler main body. It is better to set a low height.
Further, the height of the support protrusion from the elastic crawler contact surface may be set to be substantially the same as the height of the rail portion from the elastic crawler contact surface.
In addition, the distance in the crawler body band width direction between the rail portion and the support protrusion may be set to be equal to or less than the width of the rail portion in the crawler body band width direction.
Further, the area of the end surface on the extending side of the support protrusion should be less than or equal to ½ of the product of the width of the rail portion in the crawler body band width direction and the width of the core metal body in the crawler body circumferential direction. .
According to the present invention, the support provided on the outer side of the rail portion in the crawler body band width direction even when the wheel may come off from the rail portion on the outer side in the crawler body band width direction during turning or the like. The protrusion supports the wheel, so that the elastic material constituting the crawler body can be prevented from being pinched and damaged by being pinched between the wheel and the core metal body. Can be improved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a crawler type traveling device that is employed as a traveling unit of a construction machine or an agricultural machine.
This crawler type traveling device 1 includes a

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2,
Further, the

In the present embodiment, the
In the following description, the height H1, H2, and H3 of the
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the height H1 of the
If the top 21 of the
Therefore, when the
In other words, it is preferable that the
For the purpose of avoiding a pinch state, it is preferable to make the height of the
Therefore, when the
If the

Further, the size of the
In view of this problem, the area of the
