Abstract
【解決手段】溶融導体からなる薄板状のエレメント本体2の少なくとも一部に挟隘部3である溶断部4が形成されているとともにエレメント本体2における溶断部4の近傍にエレメント本体1を形成する溶融導体よりも低温度で溶解する低融点融解体により形成される溶融6チップを付設した。

Claims (4)
- 溶融導体からなる薄板状のエレメント本体の少なくとも一部に挟隘部である溶断部が形成されているとともに前記エレメント本体における溶断部の近傍に前記エレメント本体を形成する溶融導体よりも低温度で融解する低融点融解体により形成される溶融チップが付設されていることを特徴とするヒューズエレメント。
- 前記溶融チップが前記エレメント本体における溶断部の近傍に形成された凹部または透孔に前記低融点融解体が埋設されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒューズエレメント。
- 前記溶融チップの付設位置と前記溶断部中心位置との距離を調節することにより溶断時間を調節することが可能な請求項1記載のヒューズエレメント。
- 前記低融点溶融体としてハンダを用いる請求項1,2または3記載のヒューズエレメント。
