Abstract
Description
本発明は、曲のリズムに乗って運動やダンスなどを行うときに使用される演奏装置およびその制御方法を実現するプログラムに関する。 The present invention relates to a performance apparatus used when performing exercise, dancing, etc. on the rhythm of a song, and a program for realizing a control method thereof.
曲のリズムに乗って運動やダンスなどを行うときに使用される演奏装置は、従来から知られている。 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a performance device used when performing exercise or dance on the rhythm of a song has been known.
However, although the above-described conventional performance apparatus discloses the technical idea of correcting and playing back the tempo of the selected music data, the technical performance of moving the playback to the music data of the tempo to be corrected is disclosed. The idea is neither disclosed nor suggested.
For example, if a user performs an exercise that takes several tens of minutes, and if only one piece of music data with a playback time of several minutes is played, the same song will be played repeatedly about 10 times. Users get bored with the music. Therefore, it is preferable that a plurality of music is switched and reproduced during exercise. This situation is the same for the music data that is reproduced by correcting the tempo of the music data as in the conventional performance device, and if the music data of the tempo to be corrected is stored in the device, the music data By switching the playback to, the user can tackle long-term exercise with a fresh feeling.
一方、運動中に曲を切り換える場合には、運動に支障を来さないように、曲の再生が切れ目なく続くようにしなければならない。先行曲から後続曲に切れ目なくつなげるときによく用いられる手法として、クロスフェードがある。しかし、曲のリズムに乗って運動やダンスなどを行っているときに、クロスフェードで曲をつなげると、先行曲の拍と後続曲の拍との間にずれが生じることが多く、この場合には、運動やダンスのリズムが崩れてしまう。 On the other hand, when switching music during exercise, the music must be played continuously without interruption so as not to hinder the exercise. As a technique often used when connecting the preceding music to the following music without interruption, there is a crossfade. However, when exercising or dancing on the rhythm of a song, if you connect songs with a crossfade, there will often be a gap between the beat of the preceding song and the beat of the succeeding song. Will break the rhythm of exercise and dance.
本発明は、この点に着目してなされたものであり、ユーザが曲のリズムに乗って運動やダンスなどを行っているときでも、その運動やダンスのリズムを崩さずに、曲を切り換えて再生することが可能となる演奏装置およびその制御方法を実現するプログラムを提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made paying attention to this point, and even when the user is performing exercise or dance on the rhythm of the song, the song can be switched without breaking the rhythm of the exercise or dance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a performance apparatus that can be reproduced and a program that realizes the control method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, the performance device according to
Further, the performance device according to
上記目的を達成するため、請求項3に記載のプログラムは、請求項1と同様の技術的思想によって実現できる。
In order to achieve the above object, the program according to
請求項1または3に記載の発明によれば、先行演奏データから後続演奏データに切り換えるときに、前記先行演奏データの拍位置と前記後続演奏データの拍位置とが一致するように切り換えられるので、ユーザが曲のリズムに乗って運動やダンスなどを行っているときでも、その運動やダンスのリズムを崩さずに、曲を切り換えて再生することが可能となる。
According to the invention of
請求項2に記載の発明によれば、演奏データおよび該演奏データの拍の時間的位置を示す拍位置データは外部機器から取得されて、記憶手段に記憶され、その記憶された拍位置データから、前記先行演奏データおよび前記後続演奏データのそれぞれの拍位置が取得されるので、当該演奏装置としては、演算処理能力のそれほど高くないものを採用することができ、これにより、製造コストを削減することができる。 According to the second aspect of the present invention, the performance data and the beat position data indicating the time position of the beat of the performance data are acquired from the external device, stored in the storage means, and from the stored beat position data. Since the respective beat positions of the preceding performance data and the subsequent performance data are acquired, it is possible to employ a performance device that does not have a high processing capacity, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. be able to.
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る演奏装置を適用した携帯型音楽プレーヤMPの概略構成を示すブロック図である。 FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of a portable music player MP to which a performance device according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied.
As shown in the figure, the music player MP includes a
上記構成要素5〜18は、バス19を介して相互に接続され、MIDI音源回路15および圧縮音声デコーダ16には効果回路17が接続され、効果回路17にはアンプ18が接続され、アンプ18にはヘッドフォン4が接続されている。
The
脈拍センサ1は、ユーザの耳たぶや腕、指などに装着して脈拍に同期した信号を出力するものである。本実施の形態では、脈拍センサ1は、ヘッドフォン4の耳当て部分に設けられて、ユーザの脈拍数を検出するが、もちろん、ユーザの運動の邪魔にならないようにして脈拍を検出できるものであれば、これに限らないことは言うまでもない。
The
加速度センサ2は、音楽プレーヤMPの筐体内に設けられている。音楽プレーヤMPは、後述するように、ユーザの腰に装着されるので、ユーザが運動すると、音楽プレーヤMPには、その運動に応じた垂直方向および水平方向の加速度が生じる。加速度センサ2は、この垂直方向および水平方向の加速度を検出する。なお、加速度センサ2は、音楽プレーヤMPに内蔵されるものに限らず、音楽プレーヤMPと別体で構成するようにしてもよい。
The
フラッシュメモリ13には、前述のように、CPU8が実行する制御プログラムも記憶でき、ROM9に制御プログラムが記憶されていない場合には、このフラッシュメモリ13に制御プログラムを記憶させておき、それをRAM10に読み込むことにより、ROM9に制御プログラムを記憶している場合と同様の動作をCPU8にさせることができる。このようにすると、制御プログラムの追加やバージョンアップ等が容易に行える。
As described above, the
図2は、音楽プレーヤMPの外観((a))とその装着例((b))を示す図である。 FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an external appearance ((a)) of the music player MP and an example of mounting ((b)).
As shown in FIG. 2A, a plurality of
ユーザは、音楽プレーヤMPを、たとえばベルトを介して腰に装着する。図2(b)は、この装着状態の一例を示している。もちろん、音楽プレーヤMPを装着する体の部位は、腰に限らず、他のどの部位でもよいが、本実施の形態では、音楽プレーヤMPをユーザの運動支援に用いているので、少なくとも運動の邪魔にならない部位に装着すべきである。 The user wears the music player MP on his / her waist via, for example, a belt. FIG. 2B shows an example of this wearing state. Of course, the body part to which the music player MP is attached is not limited to the waist and may be any other part. However, in the present embodiment, the music player MP is used for assisting the user's exercise, so at least an obstacle to the exercise. Should be worn on the part that does not become.
図3は、前記フラッシュメモリ13に記憶されたデータの一部を示す図である。同図には、一部データとして、プレイリスト(PlayList)ファイル13a、個人情報(PersonalInfo)ファイル13b、音楽情報(MusicInfo)ファイル13cおよび圧縮オーディオ演奏ファイル13dn(n=1,2,…)が記載されている。
FIG. 3 is a view showing a part of data stored in the
The
Similarly to the
The
演奏ファイル13dnは、圧縮されたオーディオ演奏データによって形成される演奏ファイルである。圧縮方法は、どのようなものを用いてもよいが、たとえば、MP3(MPEG audio layer 3),WMA(Windows(登録商標) media audio),AAC(advanced audio coding)などを挙げることができる。演奏ファイル13dnの基となる圧縮オーディオ演奏データは、図7を用いて後述するように、PC100によって取得される。PC100は、圧縮オーディオ演奏データを取得すると同時に、その圧縮オーディオ演奏データの内容を解析し、その圧縮オーディオ演奏データに対応するメタデータを生成する。
The performance file 13dn is a performance file formed by compressed audio performance data. Any compression method may be used, and examples thereof include MP3 (MPEG audio layer 3), WMA (Windows (registered trademark) media audio), and AAC (advanced audio coding). The compressed audio performance data which is the basis of the performance file 13dn is acquired by the
以上のように構成された音楽プレーヤMPが実行する制御処理を、まず図4および図12を参照してその概要を説明し、次に図5〜図12を参照して詳細に説明する。 A control process executed by the music player MP configured as described above will be described first with reference to FIGS. 4 and 12, and then described in detail with reference to FIGS.
音楽プレーヤMPは、主として、
(A)ユーザの心拍数が最適心拍数カーブに沿うようなテンポの曲を選曲して再生する選曲再生処理
(B)ユーザのペースアップ/ダウンボタン3b,3cの操作に応じて運動のペースを変更するペース変更処理
を行う。
The music player MP is mainly
(A) Music selection playback processing for selecting and playing music with a tempo such that the user's heart rate follows the optimal heart rate curve (B) The pace of exercise is adjusted according to the user's operation of the pace up / down
When the user instructs the music player MP to start fitness exercise, the
When reproduction of the selected song data continues for a predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds), the
One feature of the present invention resides in matching the beats of the preceding song and the succeeding song when the selected song data is switched. As a result, the reproduction of the music smoothly transitions from the preceding music to the succeeding music, so that even when the music is switched, the user's exercise and dance rhythm is not disturbed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, six types of connection methods are prepared as a method for matching the beats of the preceding music and the subsequent music, that is, as a method of connecting music. Each of the six types of connection methods is given a name, and when the user selects one of the names, the selected song data is connected by the selected name connection method.
When the user operates the pace up / down
次に、この制御処理を詳細に説明する。 Next, this control process will be described in detail.
図5は、音楽プレーヤMP、特にCPU8が実行するメインルーチンの手順を示すフローチャートである。
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the procedure of the main routine executed by the music player MP, particularly the
本メインルーチンでは、CPU8は、主として、
(1)初期設定処理(ステップS1)
(2)PC100との通信処理(ステップS3)
(3)フィットネス運動開始前処理(ステップS4〜S6)
(4)フィットネス運動開始時処理(ステップS8〜S10)

(6) Processing at the end of fitness exercise (steps S13, S14)
Each process is performed. This main routine is started when the power is turned on by the

When the user connects the USB I /
図6は、この通信処理の詳細な手順を示すフローチャートであり、同図には、音楽プレーヤMP側の通信処理、つまり前記(2)通信処理とPC100側の通信処理が示されている。なお、USBケーブルで接続された音楽プレーヤMPは、PC100側から外部記憶装置(ストレージ)と認識されるので、PC100は、音楽プレーヤMPの前記フラッシュメモリ13の記憶内容を自由に読み書きすることができる。
FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of this communication process. FIG. 6 shows the communication process on the music player MP side, that is, the (2) communication process and the communication process on the
Since the storage capacity of the music player MP is extremely small compared to the storage capacity of the

(102) Processing for obtaining the tempo range in each operation mode from the
(103) A process of selecting music data according to the tempo range in each operation mode acquired in the process of (102) (step S103)
(104) Processing for generating a music information (MusicInfo)
(105) A process of updating the compressed audio performance file 13dn, the music information (MusicInfo)
In the music selection process of (103), music data is selected according to the tempo range defined by the minimum tempo value and the maximum tempo value described in the personal information of each operation mode. This does not mean that song data with a tempo that exceeds this tempo range even a little is selected, but means that the song is selected with some margin, for example, about 10% margin. Therefore, when the personal information includes 90 bpm as the minimum tempo value and 140 bpm as the maximum tempo value, music data having a tempo in the range from 81 bpm to 154 bpm is selected.
Since the music data to be registered in the playlist is selected for each operation mode by the above (103) music selection process, in the process of (104), first, a playlist for each operation mode is generated, and then all the playlists are played. The list is put together to generate one playlist file. Next, there is always metadata corresponding to the selected song data (as will be described later with reference to FIG. 7, when acquiring song data, metadata is generated at the same time. 103) is selected based on the content of the metadata associated with each piece of music data), so that all the metadata corresponding to all the selected piece of music data are put together into one piece of music information. However, the selected song data and the metadata corresponding to the song data are added to the song data so that the one-to-one correspondence does not change even if the storage destination is changed from the
前記(101)の処理に応じて、CPU8は、フラッシュメモリ13に記憶されている個人情報ファイル13bを、前記USBI/F14を介してPC100に送信する(ステップS21)。また、上記(105)の処理に応じて、CPU8は、フラッシュメモリ13内に記憶されている、圧縮オーディオ演奏ファイル13dn、音楽情報(MusicInfo)ファイル13cおよびプレイリスト(PlayList)ファイル13aを更新する(ステップS22)。
In response to the process (101), the

First, the CPU of the
Next, the CPU analyzes the acquired compressed audio performance data and generates metadata (step S112). Specifically, the compressed audio performance data is analyzed, main tempo, tempo, beat position, fade position, etc. are detected, and metadata describing these is generated. As a method of analyzing the compressed audio performance data, for example, by performing signal processing, the temporal change of the volume is detected, the periodicity of the temporal change of the volume is detected, or the detection is performed at a specific frequency. A method for performing the processing on a band signal is conceivable. In particular, by detecting the periodicity of the volume change in the low frequency band, it is possible to detect the beat and tempo carved by the bass drum. Further, a human may actually listen to a decompressed compressed audio performance data to create or modify metadata.
さらにCPUは、生成したメタデータを当該圧縮オーディオ演奏データに関連付けて前記外部記憶装置に保存する(ステップS113)。 Further, the CPU stores the generated metadata in the external storage device in association with the compressed audio performance data (step S113).
前記図5に戻り、前記(3)のフィットネス運動開始前処理では、まずCPU8は、ユーザ操作あるいは初期設定に従って、つなぎ方(前記つなぎ方法)を設定する(ステップS4)。
Returning to FIG. 5, in the fitness exercise pre-processing (3), first, the
FIG. 12 is a diagram for explaining a connection method that can be selected by the music player MP. FIG. 12 shows the six types of connection methods. A name is assigned to each connecting method in FIGS. In this order from (a) in the figure, “instantaneous switching”, “connecting phrase insertion”, “connecting phrase insertion + fade out”, “instantaneous switching + fade out”, “cross fade”, and “connecting phrase insertion + fade in”. As described above, since “instantaneous switching” is set in the initial setting, “instantaneous switching” is set as the connection method unless the user changes the setting of the connection method. On the other hand, if the user changes the setting of the connection method, “instantaneous switching” is changed to another connection method. Here, as a method of changing the connection method, for example, by operating the
Next, the
さらにCPU8は、ユーザ操作あるいは初期設定に従って、プレイリストを歩行(WALK)用プレイリスト13a1またはジョギング(JOG)用プレイリスト13a2のいずれかに設定する(ステップS6)。このプレイリストの設定方法も、前記つなぎ方法の変更設定方法と同様の方法を用いればよい。なお、プレイリストは、改めて設定しなくても、動作モードを設定すると、その動作モードに対応するプレイリストが自動的に設定されるようにしてもよい。
Further, the
When the user instructs the start of fitness exercise, for example, by operating the
次にCPU8は、動作モードに応じて最小テンポ値で目標テンポの初期設定を行う(ステップS9)。ここで、最小テンポ値とは、前記個人情報ファイル13b中の個人情報13b1,13b2に記載された最小テンポ値のことである。したがって、図3の場合には、歩行モードが設定されているときには、80bpmが目標テンポの初期値に設定され、ジョギングモードが設定されているときには、140bpmが目標テンポの初期値に設定される。
Next, the
次にCPU8は、設定された目標テンポに相当するテンポの曲データを選曲する選曲処理を行う(ステップS10)。
Next, the
図8は、この選曲処理の詳細な手順を示すフローチャートである。 FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the music selection process.
In this music selection process, first, the
As a result of the search in step S31, if there is a corresponding song, the
このようにして、選曲処理が終了すると、CPU8は、処理を前記(5)のフィットネス処理に進める。この(5)フィットネス処理は、ユーザによるフィットネス運動終了の指示があるまで、あるいは、フィットネス運動終了予定時刻(前記図4参照)が経過するまで、継続する。
In this way, when the music selection process ends, the
図9は、この(5)フィットネス処理の詳細な手順を示すフローチャートである。 FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the (5) fitness process.

As described above, the initial value of the target tempo is set, music data having a tempo corresponding to the target tempo is played (reproduced), and a predetermined time (30 seconds in the present embodiment) elapses from the start of the performance ( In step S43), the
When the target tempo is updated by the update process of (21) target tempo, the
FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining how to determine the switching position of song data. FIG. 11A shows a case where switching to the next song data is performed when the playback of the song approaches the end of the song data. FIG. 4B shows a case where the music data is switched to the next music data during the music reproduction. The switching of music data in the above (22) music selection process corresponds to the case of FIG. 11B, and the case of FIG. 11A corresponds to the case of switching music data in the music selection process of (24). . However, in both cases, there is no change in switching at the beat position, and will be described together here.
図11(a)は、曲の再生が終端に近づいたときに、先行曲Aをフェードアウトする場合(前記図12(d)および(e)の場合)と、後続曲Bをフェードインする場合(図12(e)の場合)を示している。 FIG. 11A shows a case where the preceding song A is faded out (in the case of FIGS. 12D and 12E) and a succeeding song B is faded in when the reproduction of the song approaches the end. FIG. 12 (e)).
When the music is switched, the preceding music A is faded out, but the subsequent music B is not faded in (in the case of FIG. 12D), the
When switching between songs, the previous song A is switched to the subsequent song B by crossfading (in the case of FIG. 12 (e)), and the beat position X immediately before the fade-out start position is acquired and the fade-in is completed. The beat position Y immediately after the position to be played is acquired, and the playback of the succeeding song B is advanced ahead so that the beat position X and the beat position Y match. It is easy to reproduce the succeeding song B so that the beat position X and the beat position Y coincide with each other by referring to the beat position and the fade position in each metadata corresponding to the preceding song A and the succeeding song B. Can be done.
FIG. 11B shows the case of switching to the next music data during the music reproduction (in the case of FIG. 12A). In this case, if the music playback is switched to the succeeding music B immediately after the instruction to select the music is given, the beat position of the preceding music A and the beat position of the following music B do not coincide with each other. After waiting to reach the beat position of the song A, the program switches to the succeeding song B. However, when switching the playback of a song to the next song, a predetermined preparation period (for example, 1 second) is required, so the beat position that appears first after the preparation period has elapsed since the selection of the song was instructed. This is acquired as the switching position of the preceding tune A, that is, the beat position X, and at the same time as the reproduction reaches the beat position X, the reproduction of the subsequent tune B is started.
In this embodiment, the preceding music piece A and the succeeding music piece B are switched from the preceding music piece A to the succeeding music piece B with the beat positions of the preceding music piece A and the succeeding music piece B as switching positions. It is only necessary to switch the beat positions X and Y to the switching position, so that the positions are shifted from the beat positions by a predetermined timing (for example, positions shifted by half beats). ) May be the switching position. That is, in the example of FIG. 11A, the switching position X is set to a position half a beat before the beat position immediately before the fade-out start, or the switching position Y is set a half beat after the beat position immediately after the fade-in is completed. Or position.
以上が、曲データの切り換え位置をどう決定するかについての説明である。この切り換え位置をどう決定するかについては、図12(s),(d)および(e)の場合を例に挙げて説明したが、本実施の形態では、つなぎ方法として、図12(s),(d)および(e)以外にも、図12(b),(c)および(f)を用意しているので、この場合についても説明する。 This completes the description of how to determine the music data switching position. How to determine the switching position has been described by taking the case of FIGS. 12 (s), (d), and (e) as an example, but in this embodiment, as a connection method, FIG. 12 (b), (c) and (f) are prepared in addition to, (d) and (e), and this case will also be described.
図12(b),(c)および(f)は、先行曲Aと後続曲Bとの間につなぎフレーズを挿入する例を示している。 12B, 12C, and 12F show an example in which a connecting phrase is inserted between the preceding music A and the succeeding music B. FIG.
FIG. 12 (b) shows an example in which the transition from the preceding song A instantly, that is, without fading out, is transferred to the playback of the connecting phrase, and the transitional phrase is instantaneously switched, ie, without fading in, to the subsequent song B. ing. In this case, as described above, the beat position X of the preceding song A and the beat position Y of the succeeding song B are acquired, and at the same time that the song has reached the beat position X, the playback of the connecting phrase is started. At the same time as the playback reaches the end of the connecting phrase, the playback of the succeeding song B starts from the beat position Y.
FIG. 12C shows an example in which the connecting phrase is reproduced in parallel with the preceding song A while fading out the preceding song A, and the transition to the subsequent song B is instantaneously changed from the connecting phrase. In this case, as in the case of FIG. 12D, the playback of the song starts at the same time as the playback of the song reaches the beat position X of the preceding song A, and during the playback of the connecting phrase, When the reproduction reaches the fade-out start position, the fade-out of the preceding music piece A is started. Here, the fade-out may be performed by attenuating the volume of the preceding song A at a rate such that the preceding song A is muted before the playback of the connecting phrase is completed. Then, at the same time when the reproduction of the music reaches the end of the connecting phrase, the reproduction of the subsequent music B starts from the beat position Y.
FIG. 12F shows an example in which the preceding song A is instantaneously shifted to the playback of the connecting phrase, and the playback of the succeeding song B is performed while fading in in parallel with the playback of the connecting phrase. In this case, playback of the song starts at the same time as the beat position X of the preceding song A, and at the same time, playback of the connecting phrase is started. When playback of the connecting phrase is completed, playback of the subsequent song B is completed. The fade-in of the succeeding song B is started at a rate and a starting position such that becomes the beat position Y.
In the present embodiment, the preceding music A and the succeeding music B use compressed audio performance data as long as they are registered in the playlist. Since the compressed audio performance data that the user needs for the time being is registered in the playlist, in most cases, the compressed audio performance data is selected for the preceding music A and the subsequent music B. When compressed audio performance data is selected for both the preceding song A and the subsequent song B, two compressed audio performance data are reproduced in parallel as shown in FIGS. 12 (d) and 12 (e). In this case, two
次に、つなぎフレーズの生成方法について説明する。 Next, a connection phrase generation method will be described.
In the present embodiment, the connection phrase is generated in the form of MIDI data. MIDI data can be freely changed in tempo compared to audio data. Therefore, even if the tempo of the preceding song A and the succeeding song B is greatly different, even if a connecting phrase having a constant tempo is generated (for example, a plurality of connecting phrases having a fixed tempo are stored in the
In the present embodiment, the tempo is acquired as each musical tone characteristic of the preceding song A and the succeeding song B, and what kind of tempo connecting phrase is generated based on the acquired tempo. The musical tone characteristic is not limited to the tempo, and any type may be acquired. Since this musical tone characteristic is described in the metadata 13cn, it can be easily acquired. Specifically, frequency analysis is performed for the preceding song A and the succeeding song B, and the temporal fluctuation of the power spectrum is obtained in advance as the value of EXCITE / CALM, which is one of the atmosphere information, and the preceding song is used as a connecting phrase. A MIDI phrase in which the number of pronunciations is gradually changed so as to gradually change from A to the succeeding song B, or a phrase having a pronunciation number corresponding to either the preceding song A or the succeeding song B may be generated. Good. Alternatively, the phrase may be generated so that the volume is gradually changed from the preceding song A to the succeeding song B, or a phrase matched to either the preceding song A or the succeeding song B may be generated.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the connecting phrase is generated in the MIDI data format based on the musical tone characteristics of at least one of the preceding song A and the succeeding song B. A plurality of compressed audio performance data that can be selected as phrases may be stored in the
If the genre: classic; song tone: healing; tempo: 80 bpm is selected as the preceding song A, and the song: genre: hard rock; song tone: good; tempo: 180 bpm is selected as the following song B As a connecting phrase, the bass drum gradually fades in from the ambient phrase without a sense of beat, and finally the ambient sound fades out, and only the bass drum tone is played at the tempo of the subsequent song B Choose something like that. That is, such a connecting phrase is stored in the
一方、先行曲Aとして、ジャンル:ポップス;曲調:明るい(Cメジャ);テンポ;120bpmの曲が選択され、後続曲Bとして、ジャンル:R&B;曲調:切ない(Aマイナ);テンポ;90bpmの曲が選択されていた場合には、つなぎフレーズとして、CメジャコードのフレーズからAマイナコードにスムーズに転調するようなものを選択する。つまり、このようなつなぎフレーズをフラッシュメモリ13に予め記憶させておく。
On the other hand, a genre: pops; a tune: bright (C major); a tempo: 120 bpm is selected as the preceding tune A, and a genre: R &B; a tune: not cut (A minor); a tempo: 90 bpm as the following tune B Is selected, a phrase that smoothly transposes from a C major chord phrase to an A minor chord is selected as a connecting phrase. That is, such a connecting phrase is stored in the
なお、上記つなぎフレーズは、あくまでも例であり、先行曲Aおよび後続曲Bの各楽音特性が決まれば、上記曲調のつなぎフレーズが選択されて再生される訳ではない。ただし、つなぎフレーズを選択あるいは生成する場合には、先行曲Aおよび後続曲Bのうちの少なくとも一方の楽音特性が取得され、その楽音特性が参照されて、つなぎフレーズの曲調が決定される。本発明の特徴の1つは、この点にある。 The connecting phrase is merely an example, and if the musical tone characteristics of the preceding music A and the succeeding music B are determined, the connecting phrase of the music tone is not selected and reproduced. However, when a connecting phrase is selected or generated, the musical tone characteristics of at least one of the preceding music A and the succeeding music B are acquired, and the musical tone characteristics are referred to determine the musical tone of the connecting phrase. This is one of the features of the present invention.
次に、図8の選曲処理中の一部処理をどのように変更するかについて説明する。 Next, how to change a part of the music selection process in FIG. 8 will be described.
In step S34 of the music selection process in FIG. 8, as described above, if there is a corresponding song as a result of the search in step S31, the
Since the connection method has already been set in step S4 of FIG. 5, the
前記図9に戻り、フィットネス処理が実行されているときに、ユーザがペースアップ/ダウンボタン3b,3cを操作すると、CPU8は、処理を前記(23)のペース変更処理に進める。
Returning to FIG. 9, when the user operates the pace up / down
図10は、この(23)ペース変更処理の詳細な手順を示すフローチャートである。 FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the (23) pace changing process.
この(23)ペース変更処理では、まずCPU8は、ペースアップボタン3bが操作されたときには、目標テンポを5%アップさせる一方、ペースダウンボタン3cが操作されたときには、目標テンポを5%ダウンさせる(ステップS51)。
In this (23) pace changing process, first, the
Next, the
Next, if the time when the target tempo up / down is instructed by the pace up / down
When the user operates the pace down
このようにして(23)ペース変更処理により目標テンポが変更されると、CPU8は、続いて前記ステップS49の選曲処理を行う。
When the target tempo is changed by the (23) pace changing process in this way, the
When the performance of the selected music data reaches a position a predetermined distance before the music switching position (step S41), the
前記図5に戻り、前記(5)のフィットネス処理が終了すると、CPU8は、処理を前記(6)のフィットネス運動終了時処理に進める。この(6)フィットネス運動終了時処理では、CPU8は、個人情報に記載されている最大テンポ値あるいは最小テンポ値が変更されたときには、ユーザに確認の上、変更内容を個人情報ファイル13b中、対応する個人情報に書き込む(ステップS13→S14)。
Returning to FIG. 5, when the fitness process (5) ends, the
このように、本実施の形態では、先行曲Aおよび後続曲Bの無音部分やフェードイン/アウト部分をカットしつつ、先行曲Aおよび後続曲Bの拍位置を合わせた状態で、先行曲Aから後続曲Bに曲の再生を切り換えることができるので、ユーザが曲のリズムに乗って運動やダンスなどを行っているときでも、運動やダンスのリズムを崩さずに、曲を切り換えて再生することができる。 Thus, in the present embodiment, the preceding song A and the following song B are matched with the beat positions of the preceding song A and the succeeding song B while cutting the silent portion and the fade-in / out portion of the preceding song A and the succeeding song B. Can switch from one to the next song B, so even if the user is exercising or dancing on the rhythm of the song, the song can be switched and played without disrupting the rhythm of the exercise or dance. be able to.
In addition, since the musical tone characteristic of at least one of the preceding music A and the succeeding music B is acquired, and a connecting phrase that connects the preceding music A and the succeeding music B is generated based on this musical sound characteristic, the preceding music It smoothly connects from A to the succeeding song B and does not disrupt the user's exercise or dance rhythm. The musical tone characteristics are described in the corresponding metadata, that is, analyzed in advance by another device (in this embodiment, the PC 100), and those described in the metadata are read out by the
なお、本実施の形態では、ペース変更操作によって目標テンポが更新される度に、選曲処理が行われるが、頻繁に曲が切り換わっては不自然で実用的でないので、曲の切り換え後30秒間は、次の曲の切り換えを行わないようにするのが望ましい。 In this embodiment, the music selection process is performed every time the target tempo is updated by the pace changing operation. However, since the music is frequently switched, it is unnatural and impractical, so 30 seconds after the music is switched. It is desirable not to switch the next song.
