Description

The present invention relates to an expansion joint that is installed in a building gap of a building.

As a conventional expansion joint, for example, as shown in FIG. 12 (A), there is an expansion joint 8 that covers a gap 83 between both casings 81 and 82. A free inner wall 85 is provided. One end of the cover member 84 is placed on the floor surface of the casing 81, and the other end is connected to the casing 82 so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the casing. The inner wall 85 has both ends connected to both casings. 81 and 82 are rotatably connected to cope with the variation of the housing.

In such an expansion joint 8, when the housing 81 and the housing 82 fluctuate in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap, the gap 83 is exposed between the cover member 84 and the inner wall 85 as shown in FIG. As a result, a defect site α is formed, and if a person is there, there is a possibility that a foot or the like may be caught.

Therefore, an expansion joint shown in the following Patent Document 1 has been developed, which is provided with a substantially triangular defect cover on the outside of the cover plate, so that the defect part can be covered even if the casing is displaced in the longitudinal direction of the gap between the casings. (See FIGS. 5 and 8 of Patent Document 1).

The expansion joint described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 does not show a defective part. However, when both housings are changed to approach the width direction of the housing gap, the structure is such that the defective cover fits in the cover plate. It was complicated, difficult to assemble, and expensive.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an expansion joint that has a simple structure and does not cause a defect site.

The expansion joint according to the present invention is an expansion joint that covers the gap between the casings. The gap between the casings is covered with a main body cover, and a defect cover is arranged on both sides of the main body cover in the longitudinal direction of the gap of the main body cover. The housing is attached to the housing so as to change in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap, and the defect cover is attached to the other housing so as to change in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap together with the housing.

By adopting such a configuration, when both housings fluctuate in the longitudinal direction of the gap, the main body cover moves with one housing and the defective cover moves with the other housing. Appearance does not occur as in the conventional case.

In the expansion joint, it is preferable to provide a shift prevention portion protruding rearward at an intermediate portion of the main body cover in the longitudinal direction of the case gap, and to provide a groove portion in which the shift prevention portion is accommodated in the one case.

By setting it as such a structure, since a shift | offset | difference prevention part is hooked in a groove part, a main body cover can be fluctuate | varied to a housing gap | interval longitudinal direction with one housing.

In the expansion joint, the main body cover is slidably connected to the other casing in the longitudinal direction of the casing gap and in the depth direction of the casing gap, and is rotatably connected with the longitudinal direction of the casing gap as the rotation axis. It is preferable that the other housing is rotatably connected with the longitudinal direction of the housing gap as a rotation axis.

By adopting such a configuration, it becomes easy to follow fluctuations in both directions of both casings.

More specifically, the expansion joint is appropriately arranged so that two substantially rectangular plate defect covers are placed on one housing and placed on one housing while the other housing moves together with the housing in the longitudinal direction of the housing space. Mount the main body cover of a substantially rectangular plate at intervals, and place the other cover on both missing covers so that the slip prevention portion protruding from the back of the main body cover fits into the groove on the one housing. The floor expansion joint is slidably attached to the longitudinal direction of the gap between the cases.

It is an expanded sectional view of the vicinity.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the expansion joint 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention covers the gap 4 between the two casings 2 and 3 to form a floor surface. It is provided as the main configuration.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the main body cover 5 is a rectangular plate material having a width substantially the same as the width of the floor surfaces 23 and 33 of the casings 2 and 3, and a vinyl chloride sheet is covered on the metal plate. It has a two-layer structure, one end of the housing gap width direction is placed on the concave portion 21 in which the edge of one housing 2 is recessed, and the other end is attached to the other housing 3 via the connecting portion 7. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, they are arranged so as to be substantially flush with the floor surfaces 23 and 33 of the casings 2 and 3 when stationary.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a tip cover 51 made of a plate material bent into an acute angle is provided at the tip of the main body cover 5 on one end side.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, on the back surface of the main body cover 5, two angle members are arranged in parallel in the vicinity of the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap, and the deviation preventing portion 52 protrudes along the width direction of the housing gap. As shown in FIG. 6, the misalignment prevention portion 52 is configured to fit in the groove portion 22 provided in the vicinity of the middle portion of the recess 21 in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap. Thereby, the main body cover 5 is fluctuate | varied with the motion of one housing 2 in the housing gap longitudinal direction. The distal end portion of the displacement preventing portion 52 in the housing gap width direction is formed in an inclined shape so as to be continuous with the distal end cover 51, and when the housings 2 and 3 fluctuate in the housing gap width direction, the main body cover 5 is 2 on the floor 23.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, long rectangular plate members 53 having substantially the same thickness as the defect cover 6 are provided on the back surface of the main body cover 5 at appropriate intervals along the width direction of the housing gap.

As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting portion 7 includes a fitting portion 71, a fitted portion 72, and a receiving portion 73.
The fitting portion 71 protrudes downward along the longitudinal direction of the housing gap of the main body cover 5, and a bulging portion 74 bulging in a substantially semicircular cross section is provided at the tip portion.
The fitted portion 72 is a long material having a substantially rectangular cross section, and can be fitted on the upper surface so that the bulging portion 74 can be slid in the longitudinal direction of the gap of the casing and can be rotated about the longitudinal direction of the gap of the casing. A lip groove 75 is formed.
A connecting rod 76 that protrudes downward at an appropriate interval is provided on the lower surface of the fitted portion 72, which is formed of a long bolt.

The receiving portion 73 is an elongated material having a substantially U-shaped cross section with an opening at the top and provided with a receiving portion 77 in which the fitted portion 72 is accommodated, and an L-shaped cross section installed on the gap surface 31 of the other housing 3. It is fixed on the upper side of the shaped fixing member 32.
Holes are formed in the bottom surface of the housing 77 at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap, and a connecting rod 76 can be inserted therein to attach the body cover 5 slidably in the depth direction of the housing gap. 7 can be fastened with a nut 78 to prevent the fitted portion 72 and the receiving portion 73 from coming off.

As shown in FIG. 1, the defect cover 6 is a substantially rectangular plate material that is slightly wider than the movable amount of the expansion joint 1 in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap. Arranged on the back side, place one end in the width direction of the housing in the recess 21 of one housing 2 and the other end at the side of the receiving portion 73 fixed to the other housing 3 with a hinge 61, It is attached so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal direction of the housing gap as a rotation axis. Thereby, the defect | deletion cover 6 is made to fluctuate with the motion of the other housing 3 in the housing gap longitudinal direction.

Hereinafter, the movement of the expansion joint 1 will be described.
When the casings 2 and 3 are displaced in the longitudinal direction of the casing gap, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the main body cover 5 has the slip prevention portion 52 caught by the groove portion 22 and the fitting portion 71. And the fitted portion 72 slide in the longitudinal direction of the gap between the casings and move together with one of the casings 2. Since the defect cover 6 is connected to the other casing 3 by a hinge 61, it moves together with the other casing 3. At this time, since one of the missing covers 6 is exposed from the back side of the main body cover 5, no missing part is generated.

When the housings 2 and 3 change in the housing gap width direction, as shown in FIG. 9A, the main body cover 5 has the displacement preventing portion 52 riding on the floor surface 23 from the recess 21 and the fitting portion. 71 can rotate and absorb fluctuations while being inclined. At this time, the displacement prevention portion 52 is not completely detached from the groove portion 22 and the rear end side of the displacement prevention portion 52 is accommodated in the groove portion 22. Even when the fluctuations are simultaneously performed, the main body cover 5 can move together with the housing 2 in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap.
Further, as shown in FIG. 9 (B), the defect cover 6 runs on the floor surface 23 from the concave portion 21, the hinge 61 rotates, and the back cover of the main body cover 5 changes while being inclined. Can be absorbed.

When the housings 2 and 3 are moved away from each other in the width direction of the housing gap, the body cover 5 is pulled to the other housing 3 via the connecting portion 7 and slid on the recess 21 to change. Can be absorbed. The defect cover 6 is pulled to the other housing 3 side through the hinge 61 and can slide on the recess 21 to absorb the fluctuation.

When the housings 2 and 3 change in the housing gap depth direction, although not shown, the main body cover 5 is configured such that the fitting portion 71 rotates or the fitted portion 72 slides in the housing gap depth direction. Variations can be absorbed. The defect cover 6 can absorb the fluctuation while the hinge 61 rotates and becomes inclined.

10 and 11 show another embodiment. The main difference between this embodiment and the above-described embodiment is that the main body cover 5a is arranged around the entire circumference of one housing 2a with one end portion in the housing gap width direction. The other end is slidably mounted on the other housing 3a, and the defect cover 6a is prevented from slipping downward at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap. The one end portion in the width direction of the housing gap is fixed to one housing 2a so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap, and the other end portion is placed on the other housing 3a and the slip prevention portion 61a is formed in the groove portion 31a. It is a point that is put so as to fit.

Even in such a configuration, the body cover 5a varies in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap together with the one housing 2a, and the defect cover 6a varies in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap together with the other housing 3a. Even if it fluctuates in the direction, the defect cover 6a is exposed from the back of the main body cover 5a, so that a defect part does not occur.

In this way, the expansion joint of the present invention has a defective cover on the back side of the main body cover when the main body is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the main body gap, so that the defective cover appears even if the main body cover moves, A defect site does not occur, and it is safe even if there is a person in the vicinity.

The configuration aspect of the above embodiment is not intended to limit the present invention, but can be changed as long as the technical purpose is common, and the present invention includes such a change.
