(9)上記実施形態ではベース部の表面と裏面に、夫々、端子部を1つずつ配置したシングルバルブのタイプについて説明したが、本発明は、ベース部の表面と裏面に、夫々、端子部を2つずつ配置したダブルバルブタイプのウェッジベースバルブにも適用できる。
