Description

The present invention relates to a hopper content cutting device, and is particularly suitable for detecting shelf hanging of the content in the hopper.

In the manufacturing industry such as the steel industry, equipment that temporarily stores powder and granular materials as raw materials in a hopper and cuts and uses the necessary amount as needed is used in many production plants. FIG. 4 shows an example of a schematic configuration of a hopper device that includes a hopper that temporarily stores powder and granules as raw materials and a cutting unit such as a vibration feeder and a sieve. The contents that are the raw material stored in the hopper 1 are cut out by the cutting device 2 at a predetermined cutting speed (mass / hour). Because the contents in the hopper are powder or granules, the powder or granules in the hopper form a lump due to non-uniform shape and viscosity due to the moisture contained, etc., causing the hopper to be caught and suspended in the hopper To do. Shelf hanging has an adverse effect on production quality due to unstable cutting of powder or granular materials, and a negative impact on production volume due to the inability to cut out, so it is possible to detect the occurrence of shelving accurately and quickly. Important for operational management. As a method for detecting the shelf suspension, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a vibration value obtained by cutting out the hopper contents by detecting a vibration level by attaching a plurality of vibration sensors at an interval in the vertical direction located on the outer periphery of the hopper. A method is disclosed for issuing a shelf hanging alarm when is changed from a steady state to an unsteady state.

The method described in Patent Document 1 for detecting shelf suspension by attaching a vibration sensor located on the outer periphery of a hopper may function effectively. However, the range in which shelf hanging can be detected is limited only to the vicinity of the location where the vibration sensor is attached. For example, when the vibration sensor is attached to one side of the outer surface of the hopper as shown in the embodiment described in Patent Document 1, the other side of the outer surface of the hopper to which the vibration sensor is not attached is detected as shelf hanging. I can't. In addition, in order to detect shelf hanging in the entire hopper, it is necessary to install a large number of vibration sensors, which requires a large amount of equipment costs.

In view of the problems of the prior art as described above, the present invention is highly sensitive to shelf detection in the entire hopper without constructing ancillary equipment such as a large number of sensors in the hopper. An object of the present invention is to provide a shelf-hung detection device for hopper contents that can be reliably and inexpensively detected.

The gist of the present invention for solving the above-described problems is as follows.

The shelf-hung detection device for hopper contents according to the present invention is a hopper capable of storing a plurality of or a single type of contents, a driving motor, and the contents of the hopper taken out by being driven by the driving motor. A device for detecting shelf suspension of hopper contents for a hopper device comprising a cutout unit, a current detection sensor for detecting a drive current value of the drive motor, the drive current value, and the hopper content A cut-out control device that detects shelf hanging by comparing the magnitude with the current management value determined for each type of object and outputs an alarm signal, and an alarm device that outputs an alarm sound or an alarm display based on the alarm signal It is characterized by comprising.

Further, in the hopper content shelf hanging detection device of the present invention, the cutout control device is preset for each type of the hopper content, and the value of the cutout speed of the cutout unit stored in the first conversion database. The current management value is derived based on the relationship between the normal current and the drive current value in the normal state.

The hopper content cutout device of the present invention includes a hopper capable of storing a plurality or a single type of content, a cutout portion for taking out the content of the hopper, a driving motor for driving the hopper cutout portion, A drive circuit for supplying a drive current having a drive frequency based on the rotation speed setting value set by the cut-out control device to the drive motor to control the rotation speed; and a current for detecting a drive current value of the drive motor An electric motor control panel having a detection sensor, and a cut-out control for detecting shelf hanging by comparing the magnitude of the drive current value and the current management value determined for each type of the hopper contents, and outputting an alarm signal And an alarm device that outputs an alarm sound or an alarm display based on the alarm signal.

In the hopper content cutout device according to the present invention, the cutout control device is set in advance for each type of the hopper content, and the cutout speed value of the cutout unit stored in the first conversion database is normal. The current management value is derived based on the relationship with the driving current value of the state.

Further, the hopper content cutout device according to the present invention is such that the cutout control device receives the cutout speed value setting value of the cutout unit, and the cutout stored in the second conversion database. Based on the relationship between the speed setting value and the rotational speed setting value of the drive motor, the rotational speed setting value converter that derives the rotational speed setting value from the cut-out speed value and outputs the derived value to the motor control panel; Based on the first conversion database, the management value calculator that derives the current management value from the cut-out speed value, and the magnitude of the drive current value and the current management value detected by the current detection sensor, And a comparator for outputting the alarm signal when the drive current value is smaller than the current management value.

A current detection sensor that detects the drive current value of the drive motor that drives the cutting unit is installed, and the measured drive current value is compared with the current management value according to the type of the content such as the powder brand and the cutting speed. In the comparison calculation, the occurrence of shelf suspension is detected, an alarm signal is output, and the alarm device is activated.Therefore, it is possible to reliably detect shelf suspension of hopper contents without constructing ancillary equipment to the hopper. It can be realized at low cost.

The form for implementing the shelf hanging detection apparatus of the hopper contents of this invention and the outline of a peripheral device are shown in FIG. In the lower part of the hopper 1, a cutting part 2 such as a vibration feeder, a rotary valve, or a sieve for cutting out the powder as the contents stored in the hopper 1 is disposed. The hopper 1 may store a plurality of types of brands, and may store only one type as contents at a time. When a plurality of brands are mixed and stored, the mixture is handled as a new brand. The cut-out unit 2 is driven by a drive motor 3, and the drive motor 3 is controlled and driven at a desired rotation speed by a drive circuit (not shown) in the motor control panel 4. The cutout speed setting value (for example, ton / time), which is input in advance by the operator and set by the cutout speed setting device 6 in the cutout control device 5, is calibrated and set in advance by the rotation speed setting value converter 7. On the basis of the second conversion table 16, it is converted into a rotation speed setting value (for example, rotation / minute). The electric motor control panel 4 supplies the drive frequency current based on the rotation speed setting value to the driving motor 3 so as to achieve the rotation speed setting value, thereby controlling the rotation speed of the driving motor 3. Thus, the rotation speed setting value determined based on the second conversion table 16 by the rotation speed setting value converter 7 is the rotation speed setting of the drive motor 3 set so as to have a desired cutting speed. Value. FIG. 2 shows, as an example of the second conversion table 16, the relationship (calibration curve) between the cutting speed setting value and the rotation speed setting value set for each brand of contents.

When the rotation speed of the driving motor 3 is not controlled based on the second conversion table, the command from the cutting speed setting unit 6 in the cutting control device 5 to the motor control panel 4 only starts or stops the operation. . In this case, the motor control panel 4 controls the drive motor 3 so as to have a predetermined rotation speed.

The current detection sensor 8 used in the embodiment of the present invention is installed in the motor control panel 4 and detects the drive current value of the drive motor 3, and the current supplied to the drive motor 3 is calculated by CT or electrical resistance. A small standard resistor can be used. The actual current value detected by the current detection sensor 8 is input to the comparison calculator 13 in the cutout amount control device 5. On the other hand, in the cutting control device 5, when the driving motor 3 rotates at the number of rotations corresponding to the above-described cutting speed setting value for each brand of contents, no shelf hanging is generated in the hopper. The first conversion table 9 indicating a drive current value in a normal state is built in, and a current set value converter 10 that outputs a normal drive current value corresponding to the cutting speed set value based on the conversion table is provided. ing. That is, the current value in the normal state is the current value of the driving motor 3 when the contents are normally cut out from the hopper without shelf hanging in the hopper, and an example of the first conversion table 9 is shown in FIG. The relationship (calibration curve) between the cut-out speed setting value set for the content brand and the normal driving current value is shown.

In the case of the driving motor 3 that does not control the rotation speed, the cutting speed is constant, so that the current value in the normal state is a constant value that is predetermined for each powder brand.

Next, a method for detecting shelf suspension will be described. First, in the current set value converter 10, the cutting speed set value input from the cutting speed setter 6 is converted into the normal state of the driving motor 3 at the cutting speed based on the first conversion table 9. The drive current value is converted to and output. Next, the management value calculator 12 subtracts the management tolerance value set in advance by the margin threshold setting unit 11 by the operator from the input driving current value in the normal state, and outputs this as a current management value. To do. The comparison arithmetic unit 13 compares the current management value with the actual current value detected by the current detection sensor 8. When the actual current value becomes lower than the current management value, the comparison arithmetic unit 13 Send an alarm signal to issue an alarm. Or you may use the said alarm signal for starting apparatuses, such as a vibration apparatus, in order to eliminate the shelf hanging in a hopper. As another shelf hanging detection configuration, a difference value between the drive current value in the normal state and the actual current value is derived by a calculator (not shown), and the difference value and the management tolerance value are compared with each other. 13 may be compared.

That is, when shelf hanging occurs in the hopper and the cutout amount of the contents decreases, the drive current of the motor that drives the cutout portion 2 decreases. By monitoring the actual value of the driving current, it is possible to constantly monitor whether or not shelf hanging has occurred in the hopper so as to reduce or eliminate the cutting speed.

Furthermore, as an alarm device, an external alarm buzzer may be connected, or alarm information may be displayed on a computer = display.

<Second Embodiment>

The rotation speed set value converter and the current set value converter are configured by operational = amplifiers with corresponding voltage gain amplifiers in each conversion table. When there are a plurality of brands of contents, a switch for branching the circuit is provided so as to set different voltage gains corresponding to each brand.
