Abstract
【解決手段】一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニットは、金属材質からなる長方形の基底板と基底板上に一定間隔に離隔しかつ上部に突出するように形成される複数の接触端子とで構成される導電性ベースと、導電性ベースの上部に装着され、導電性ベースの接触端子の位置する部位に切開口が複数形成された蓋と、で構成され、切開口を貫通する蛍光灯接続線が電気的に接続され、導電性ベースと蛍光灯の接続線とが電気的に接続される構成を有する。このような構成により、液晶表示装置に装着される複数の蛍光灯を簡単な工程によって液晶表示装置のフレームに固定させることができる。

Claims (10)
- 金属材質からなる長方形の基底板と前記基底上に一定間隔に離隔し且つ上部に突出するように形成される複数の接触端子とで構成される導電性ベースと、
前記導電性ベースの上部に装着され、前記導電性ベースの接触端子の位置する部位に切開口が複数形成された蓋と、
で構成され、前記切開口を貫通する蛍光灯接続線が前記接触端子に装着されて前記導電性ベースと前記蛍光灯の接続線とが電気的に接続されることを特徴とする一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。 - 前記導電性ベースの長手方向の両側部の端部が「コ」の字形状に折り曲げられて形成され前記基底板により互いに連結される一対の側面フレームをさらに有し、
前記複数の接触端子は前記基底板を上部に折り曲げられて形成され、
前記一対の側面フレームと前記前記基底板と前記複数の接触端子とが一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。 - 前記側面フレームの側面には、突起溝が一定間隔に離隔するように複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記各接触端子は、上部に開口される接触溝が形成され、前記接触溝の両側面には一対の案内板が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記一対の案内板は互いに傾くように形成され、前記接触溝の下部には切開線が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記蓋は、長い形状の上部板と前記上部板の長手方向の両側面の端部が下方に折り曲げられるように形成される第1側面板と第2側面板とで構成され、前記第1側面板には複数の切開口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれに記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記蓋は、合成樹脂によって成型されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記接触端子の案内板と対応する前記上部板の下部面には前記案内板を囲む形状からなる圧着板が更に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記圧着板の両側面には、前記上部板と一体で形成され、板形状の格板が更に形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
- 前記第1側面板と前記第2側面板との内側面には前記突起溝に対応する複数の突起が一定間隔に離隔するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型バックライト蛍光灯固定ユニット。
