Description

The present invention relates to a furniture overturn prevention device that effectively prevents the furniture from overturning.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method for preventing the furniture from falling down, for example, at a business office, an L-shaped fixing bracket shown in Patent Document 1, for example, a wall or ceiling is provided with a mounting hole and fixed with bolts. Bolt fixing type is a tributary.

Moreover, in general households, for example, the length adjustment shown in Patent Document 2 is possible, and a furniture fall prevention device called a tension rod is not screwed between the top plate of furniture and the ceiling of the house. A pole type that is installed in the gap between the furniture and the ceiling, presses both the furniture and the ceiling, and prevents the furniture from falling over is popular.

As an improvement of the conventional technology, for example, as shown in Patent Literature 3, two or more jacks are arranged at regular intervals, and a storage space-equipped furniture fall prevention device with a storage space in the central space is provided. There is a rectangular parallelepiped gap furniture type installed in the gap between the furniture and the ceiling without screwing.

On the other hand, in recent years, it is important for corporations not to interrupt their business as much as possible when they encounter a major earthquake, and even if the business is unavoidably suspended, it will resume its business as soon as possible. Therefore, “Business Continuity Plan (BCP)” pursuing business continuity is being promoted. In particular, for large furniture, there is a high possibility that it will endanger the lives of employees, who are the key to business continuity. Therefore, the BCP guidelines recommend that it is important to take measures to prevent large furniture from falling. ing.
JP 2006-116127 A Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 8-242954 JP-A-2005-144109

However, with the wall bolt fixed type, it is necessary to make anchors and other mounting holes in the wall and ceiling where the fixing brackets are mounted, and the wall and ceiling will be damaged, and the wall and ceiling can be fixed. There are various problems such as that there is no such thing and that it is difficult to attach the fixing brackets to the concrete floor surface in the case of the free access floor surface.

In addition, the pole type is effective for vertical movement, but if a strong three-dimensional force such as a large earthquake is applied, the strut will fall off easily, causing it to fall over. There is a problem that the prevention function is not performed.

Furthermore, in the gap furniture type where the furniture is placed on the furniture, since the fall prevention device is heavy, it is generally not easy to install in the gap between the furniture top plate and the ceiling of the house at a high position. There is a problem that it is not possible to cope with various conditions of the ceiling surface of the house and various top plate shapes of furniture, and it is necessary to select the size of the furniture to be mounted for each furniture to prevent falling .

On the other hand, according to the “Research Results of the Investigation Committee on Prevention of Falling and Falling of Office Furniture and Home Appliances” issued by the Tokyo Fire Department in March 2006, rocking phenomenon occurs if the earthquake has a seismic intensity of 6 or higher. It has been reported that there is a risk of falling for the pole type and gap furniture type. Therefore, there is a current situation that there is no sufficient fall prevention device in terms of protecting human lives.

The object of the present invention is to exert a resistance against a strong force in a three-dimensional direction, can cope with various states of the ceiling surface of the house and various top plate shapes of furniture, is lightweight, An object of the present invention is to provide a furniture overturn prevention device that can be easily installed on the top surface of furniture and the ceiling of a house without being screwed.

In order to prevent the furniture from falling over in the event of a major earthquake, the inventors of the present invention have examined the commercial products in particular and sorted out the problems, and based on the following five conditions, the ceiling surface of the house and the furniture We designed furniture fall prevention device to be installed on the top of the floor. (1) Must have strength to withstand strong vibration. (2) It has a variable function of height corresponding to various environments. (3) It has a variable function that can be stored lightly so that it can be easily carried. (4) Do not damage furniture and houses, and (5) Target general furniture dimensions (1800 mm x 1140 mm x 30 mm).

The inventors of the present invention have examined what is necessary to protect human lives, and have large furniture and office furniture that can withstand the severe data of the “Japan Architecture Center (BCJ)”. In order to limit the buckling load generated in the support column and maintain the internal slidability, a resin gap material may be inserted. Unlike the second top plate pressing plate 28, the second ceiling pressing plate 26 may have a weak force for pressing the ceiling surface of the house.

The second support column 21 corresponds to various states of the ceiling surface of the house where the furniture fall prevention device 1 is to be installed, and is configured to be stretchable in order to easily cope with a secular change after installation. . The telescopic structure of the second support column 21 may be a two-stage type or a three-stage type. In the case of the two-stage expansion / contraction structure, the second support column 21 includes, for example, a hollow second upper support 22 and a hollow second having an outer diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second upper support 22. The lower support 24 and the second fixing tool 25a installed near the boundary between the second upper support 22 and the second lower support 24 are adjusted to a desired length by the second fixing tool 25a. (FIG. 1). In the case of a three-stage expansion / contraction structure, the second support column 21 includes, for example, a hollow second upper support 22 and a hollow having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second upper support 22. The second middle strut 23, the hollow second lower strut 24 having an outer diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second middle strut 23, and the boundary between the second upper strut 22 and the second middle strut 23 The second fixing tool 25a installed near the second fixing tool 25b installed near the boundary between the second middle support 23 and the second lower support 24, and the second fixing tools 25a and 25b. To adjust to the desired length (FIG. 2). As a method of adjusting and fixing the hollow support column to a desired length, for example, a method of using a split on the shaft of the hollow support column or a method of using a friction formula for increasing the surface pressure may be used. .

The second intermediate support plate 27 is disposed at any position in the longitudinal direction of the second support column 21. The second intermediate support plate 27 is fixed at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the second support column 21 by a clamp 29b attached to the lower surface.

A first brace 31 in which the first intermediate support plate 17 and the second top plate pressing plate 28 are connected to the central column 10 and the corner column 20, and a second intermediate support plate 27 and the first top plate press. A cross brace 30 that intersects the second brace 32 connected to the plate 18 is disposed. Thereby, the action point of the load applied to the first brace 31 works near the center of the second top plate pressing plate 28, and the action point of the load applied to the second brace 32 is the first ceiling. It works near the center of the plate pressing plate 18.

Here, since the furniture fall prevention device 1 is composed of one central column 10 and four corner columns 20, 20, 20, and 20, the central column 10 has four cross bars 30, 30, 30, 30 will be connected. These four crossing bars 30, 30, 30, and 30 do not cause the entire furniture toppling prevention apparatus 1 to shake in the same direction, and the lateral force acting in the direction of the opposite column and the top surface of the furniture. Since the drag is generated against the vertical force acting on the furniture, it effectively limits the tilting of the furniture.

By making the cross section in the width direction of the first brace 31 and the cross section in the width direction of the second brace 32 substantially U-shaped, the back of the first brace 31 and the back of the second brace 32 intersect each other The torsional strength increases.

In addition, by connecting the intersection of the first bracing 31 and the second bracing 32 with, for example, a rivet 33, the torsional strength is further increased, and the shift in the center direction of the shaft is eliminated. The method of connecting the intersections of the first bracing 31 and the second bracing 32 is not particularly limited as long as the intersection angle of the first bracing 31 and the second bracing 32 can be freely changed. , Rivet method, screwing, and fastening punch.

The furniture fall prevention device 1 corresponds to various states of the ceiling surface of the house. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, even if the height of the ceiling of the house varies depending on the location, if the furniture toppling prevention device 1 is used, the central post 10 is set to a desired length and the first fixture 15a and the like, and the corner struts 20, 20, 20, and 20 are set to a desired length and fixed with the second fixtures 25a, 25a, 25a, 25a, etc. and the cross braces 30, 30, 30, 30 By changing the crossing angle, it can be installed between the ceiling surface of the house and the top surface of the furniture.

The first brace 31 and the first intermediate support plate 17, the first brace 31 and the second top plate pressing plate 28, the second brace 32 and the second intermediate support plate 27, the second brace 32 and the first The top plate pressing plate 18 includes, for example, a spherical bush 35a having a spherical contact surface, a head fitting with the spherical bush 35a, a female screw portion on the inner diameter, and a lock nut 35b. It is preferable to connect via the rod end 35 comprised from the shaft-shaped attachment part.

When the second brace 32 and the first top plate pressing plate 18 in the central column 10 are connected via the rod end 35, the spherical bush 35a moves freely, so that it moves in the horizontal direction ( 4 (a), (b), (c)), movement in the rotational direction (FIG. 5 (a), (b), (c)), and movement in the vertical direction (FIG. 6 (a)). ), (B), (c)), the three-dimensional direction change of the cross brace 30 can be performed, and the positions of the four corner struts 20, 20, 20, 20 can be changed. Therefore, it can be freely deformed in accordance with the top plate shape of the furniture, particularly the width of the top plate of the furniture. Further, when the first brace 31 and the first intermediate support plate 17 in the central column 10 are connected via the rod end 35, the first top plate press in the second brace 32 and the central column 10 is also used. The same effect as when the plate 18 is connected via the rod end 35 is produced. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), when the shape of the top plate of the furniture is rectangular, even if the top plate has a different ratio between the long side and the short side, it can be sufficiently handled. As shown in b), even if the shape of the top plate of the furniture is an arc-shaped rectangle, it can be sufficiently handled.

The first brace 31 and the second top plate pressing plate 28 in the corner post 20 are connected via the rod end 35, and the second brace 32 and the second intermediate support plate 27 in the corner post 20 are connected. When connected via the rod end 35, when the furniture overturn prevention device 1 is removed from the top surface of the furniture by changing the layout of the furniture or the like, the second top plate pressing plate 28 of the corner post 20 is removed. In consideration of the peeling characteristics of the tensile strength and shear strength of the adhesive sheet attached to the lower pressing surface, the horizontal surface of the spherical bush 35a described above can be obtained even if the rotational peeling method with the central axis of the corner post 20 as the rotation center is adopted. The movement in the direction and the movement in the vertical direction can be removed with little influence on the cross bar 30. Therefore, the connection via the rod end 35 to the second intermediate support plate 27 or the second top plate pressing plate 28 in the corner column 20 is particularly effective for office furniture whose layout changes are relatively frequent.

As a method of connecting via the rod end 35, for example, the first top plate pressing plate 18, the first intermediate support plate 17, the second top plate pressing plate 28 or the second intermediate support plate 27 is internally threaded. After the hole is provided, the fixing bolt is inserted into the rod from the female screw hole provided in the first top plate pressing plate 18, the first intermediate support plate 17, the second top plate pressing plate 28 or the second intermediate support plate 27. The rod end 35 is screwed toward the female thread portion of the end 35 and the first top plate pressing plate 18, the first intermediate support plate 17, the second top plate pressing plate 28, or the second intermediate support plate 27. After that, the link node 34 provided at the tip of the first brace 31 or the second brace 32 and the spherical bush 35a of the rod end 35 are coupled by the pivot shaft pin 36 so as to be rotatable. It is done. In addition, after attaching the furniture fall prevention device 1 to the top plate surface of the furniture by the lock nut 35b, the horizontal rotation angle of the corner posts 20, 20, 20, 20 arranged at the four corners is 5 degrees. Will be able to limit within.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), the four corner posts 20, 20, 20, 20 are the most from the second intermediate support plate 27 of the target corner post 20 and the target corner post 20. The wire connected to the second top plate pressing plate 28 of the near corner post 20, that is, the third brace 41, the second top plate pressing plate 28 of the target corner post 20 and the corner closest to the corner post. When a wire connected to the second intermediate support plate 27 of the column, that is, the fourth bracing 42 is arranged, the third bracing 41 and the fourth bracing 42 cause furniture generated by the behavior of furniture during an earthquake. The difference in force in the horizontal plane between the top plate of the roof and the ceiling of the house is limited to the direction of the wire tension, making it difficult to cause displacement in the diagonal direction, and more effective deformation of the furniture fall prevention device caused by the load during an earthquake Can be restricted. The connection method of the third bracing 41 or the fourth bracing 42 and the second intermediate support plate 27 or the second top plate pressing plate 28 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include screwing. In addition, it is preferable to coat the wire with a synthetic resin, and the wire coated with the synthetic resin bites the length adjuster and exhibits higher holding ability.

When the length adjuster 43 is provided in the third bracing 41 and the fourth bracing 42, the wire can be adjusted to an optimum length at the time of setting the furniture fall prevention device 1 or the like. . As the length adjuster 43, for example, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), a synthetic resin having a wire through hole penetrating in the longitudinal direction and having an outer peripheral surface tapered in a wire tension direction. Examples include a cylindrical male member manufactured, a female member having a fitting hole for fitting with the cylindrical male member, and a fixture that pivotally supports the female member. It is not limited.

The furniture fall prevention device 1 can be folded, for example, as shown in FIG. 9 and can be easily moved because it is small in size.

The furniture overturn prevention device of the present invention does not cause the furniture to tilt with respect to the floor surface due to the rotational moment force for overturning the furniture caused by the force applied to the furniture and the building during an earthquake, for example. Demonstrates the effect of preventing falling. In the rocking phenomenon, the fall prevention control is possible by controlling the lateral force generated on the upper part of the furniture. When the furniture is installed on the wall side, the horizontal required force F to prevent rocking at the top of the furniture in the case of using the furniture-wall model where there is a wall surface that does not cause sliding lateral movement is: equation (1): F = can be expressed by {K H · h- (1- K V) · b} · W / q. Incidentally, K H is seismic intensity in the horizontal direction by the earthquake motion, K V is seismic vertical by ground motion, W is the weight of the furniture, b is the horizontal distance from the rocking center to the center of gravity, h is the center of gravity from the floor The distance, q, indicates the height from the floor to the furniture fixing part. The above-described formula (1) is a formula that is currently used as a basis for seismic design. In addition, during earthquake motion, distortion occurs on the ceiling and floor, and the force generated at this time must be considered as stress.

The furniture overturn prevention device 1 of the present invention, for example, presses the top plate 60 of the furniture 70 with the first top plate pressing plate 18 and the second top plate pressing plates 28, 28, 28, 28, One central column 10 and four corner columns 20, 20, 20 are pressed against the ceiling 50 of the house by the first ceiling pressing plate 16 and the second ceiling pressing plates 26, 26, 26, 26. , 20 are installed on the top surface 60 of the furniture and the ceiling surface 50 of the house (FIG. 10). Here, it is desirable that the second top plate pressing plates 28, 28, 28, 28 be arranged as much as possible outside the top plate 60 of the furniture 70, that is, at the four corners. Further, it is desirable that the pressing is performed manually so that it acts on both the top plate 60 of the furniture 70 and the ceiling 50 of the house with the maximum force that does not affect the ceiling 50 of the house.

After the furniture fall prevention device 1 of the present invention is installed on the top surface 60 of the furniture and the ceiling surface 50 of the house, the furniture 70 is not fixed to the floor 80 when a large-scale earthquake occurs. The force that restricts the lateral movement of the furniture 70 and the force due to the mass and acceleration of the heavy furniture 70 acts as a couple due to the frictional force between the furniture 70 and the floor 80, and the bottom surface of the furniture 70 (rectangular shape) However, the furniture 70 is likely to fall over, with the central column 10 and the four corner columns 20, 20, 20, 20 being used for the furniture by the rotation moment. Since the displacement amount of the distance between the top surface 60 and the ceiling surface 50 of the house is converted into a load on the ceiling surface 50 of the house, the furniture 70 can be effectively prevented from falling.

Using the furniture overturn prevention device of the present invention shown in FIG. 1, a vibration experiment was performed based on the BCJ standard in an environment assuming an office environment. The vibration test was conducted in March 2006 by the Tokyo Fire Department, which was published in the “Results of Investigation by the Research Committee on Prevention and Falling Prevention of Office Furniture and Home Appliances”. This was performed in accordance with The ceiling was a plasterboard. The floor was P tile. The vibrating object was integrated office furniture with a total weight of 360 kg, including its own weight and weight. One first top plate pressing plate and four second top plate pressing plates are pressed against the top plate of the integrated office furniture, and one first ceiling pressing plate and four second top plates are mounted on the ceiling of the gypsum board. One central column and four corner columns were arranged to press the ceiling pressing plate. The pressing was done manually so that it exerts the maximum force that does not affect the ceiling and acts on both the furniture top and the house ceiling. The four second top plate pressing plates were arranged on the outer side as much as possible without departing from the top plate of the furniture. After that, a dynamic test was conducted by adding a Kobe Ocean Meteorological Typhoon (NS wave) to the Hyogoken-Nanbu Earthquake with a shaker, and the behavior of the vibrating object and the installation status of the equipment were confirmed visually.

As a result, the visual behavior of the vibrating object was almost stable, and no deformation, damage or deviation of the fall prevention device was observed.

As a result, it is clear that the furniture overturn prevention device of the present invention can withstand all the above-mentioned problems and withstands strong vibrations, and it is considered that the fundamental idea of the overturn prevention device has been overturned.
