Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tubular support, and more particularly to a tubular support used for fixing a guard fence or the like installed on a road or the like.
Conventionally, guard rails, guard pipes, guard cables installed on roads, railings installed on bridges, rockfall prevention guard fences, avalanche guard fences, etc. installed in mountainous areas, etc. Are generally fixed to support columns provided at intervals. Such a column needs to absorb impact force (precisely impact energy) due to collision when a vehicle, rock fall, avalanche, etc. collide to receive the vehicle fall rock, avalanche, etc. (Including round metal tubes and square metal tubes) and H-shaped steel.
FIGS. 19 and 20 are load-displacement diagrams when a conventional steel pipe column is bent. FIG. 19A shows a round steel pipe (STK400, outer diameter 139.8 mm, wall thickness 4.5 mm). Fig. 19 (b) shows a round steel pipe (STK400, outer diameter 114.3mm, wall thickness 4.5mm) and a bending arm length 600mm. Fig. 20 shows a square steel pipe (STKR400, outer). A
That is, after reaching the maximum load, the welded part between the steel pipe strut and the base plate is cracked and the welded part breaks, so the load drops rapidly, so the steel pipe strut only guarantees the desired displacement. It will not be deformed. That is, when the rigidity of the support column itself is increased, there is a problem in that the welded portion between the support column and the base plate is cracked, and the amount of impact energy absorbed is not increased.
For this reason, a technique to reinforce the welded portion and a portion that buckles in advance of the steel pipe struts are provided in advance to prevent buckling of the welded portions, thereby preventing breakage of the steel pipe struts. And a technique for increasing the amount of plastic deformation.
In particular, for the latter, there has been disclosed an invention that guarantees shock absorption and enhances economic efficiency, workability, and landscape (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the invention disclosed in
(A) The manufacturing cost increases because it requires the operation of forming a “cross-shaped” notch, the operation of manufacturing a reinforcing plate having a cross-sectional shape, and the operation of welding the reinforcing plate to the opening. .
(Ii) Since the “C” -shaped notch is visually recognized from the side surface direction, the reliability of the steel pipe support received from the appearance is lowered.
(Iii) When the opening angle of the cutout is large or the reinforcing plate is thin, the rigidity of the support is lowered, and a desired amount of impact energy cannot be absorbed.
(E) When the opening angle of the notch is small or the reinforcing plate is thick, the rigidity of the struts may be increased because the surfaces of the reinforcing plates come into contact with each other at the initial stage of deformation or the deformation concentrates on the bent part of the reinforcing plate. This increases the possibility that the weld will break. For this reason, as a result, it becomes difficult to absorb a desired amount of impact energy.
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and the main object is to provide a tubular strut excellent in the ability to absorb impact energy. Both side edges are respectively joined to the inner surface of the tubular body.
Since the tubular support according to the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(I) Since the tubular strut according to the present invention has a notch that is long in the tube axis direction, deformation is concentrated on both side edges of the notch when bent toward the notch. That is, the shape of the upper end portion itself and the lower end portion itself of the notch is hardly deformed, the distance between the side edge portions is widened, and the side edge portion is greatly deformed.
Therefore, at the initial stage of deformation, the compressive force in the tube axis direction is supported in a wide cross-sectional area, so that the rigidity is hardly reduced. Further, even after the deformation progresses, the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the cutout portion do not come into contact with each other, and both side edges of the cutout portion are deformed outward, so that the impact energy can be sufficiently absorbed. .
The tubular strut is not limited in its cross-sectional shape. For example, it is a round, rectangular, or horseshoe-shaped metal tube, and if it is made of steel, it refers to a round, square, or horseshoe-shaped steel tube. ing. Moreover, being long in the tube axis direction means that the distance (length) between the upper end and the lower end of the notch is larger than the distance (width) between the side edges of the notch. In addition, the foundation refers to a portion that forms the roadside or bridge cover.
The base plate is not limited to a plate-like member fixed to the foundation, but is a metal member installed on the foundation (including mounting, embedding, etc.), for example, a shape steel (such as a grooved steel or an H-shaped steel) ) And steel pipes (round steel pipes, square steel pipes, etc.).
(Ii) Moreover, since the notch is a vertical slit (same as a through-groove) or a vertical hole (same as a through-hole) penetrating the tubular body, when bent to the notch part side, While the interval (width) is surely widened, the side edge is greatly deformed. Furthermore, if the width | variety of a vertical slit is made narrow, the reliability of the steel pipe support | pillar received from an external appearance will be ensured, without a scenic property being inhibited.
(Iii) Since the notch has a bottom surface, that is, a “skin” is formed in a part of the longitudinal slit or the thickness direction of the longitudinal hole, it is deformed when bent to the notch side. In the initial stage, the bottom surface (one skin) is broken, and thereafter, the interval (width) between the side edge portions is surely widened as in the case (2), so that the effects (i) and (ii) are achieved. In addition, since no opening is formed on the side surface, rainwater or the like does not enter the support column, and maintenance and durability are improved, and scenery is also improved.
(Iv) In addition, since the central part in the longitudinal direction of the notch is wider than the end part, when bent to the notch part side, the side edge part is deformed starting from the central part in the longitudinal direction of the notch part, Since the deformation is the largest in the central portion, the interval (width) between the side edge portions is surely widened.
(V) Further, since at least a part of the notch is located in a range where the compressive force is received, that is, the entire notch is disposed in a range where the compressive force is received, or the range where the notch is subjected to the compressive force. Since it is arranged across the range that receives the tensile force, the effects (i) to (iv) are ensured.
(Vi) Further, since the central portion of the single notch formed in the tubular body having a circular cross section is deformed so as to protrude toward the outside, the width of the central portion is increased. An effect is obtained.
(Vii) Furthermore, in the tubular body having a rectangular cross section, one or more notches are provided on the compression side surface, so that the effect (i) is obtained.
(Viii) Further, in the tubular body having a rectangular cross section, since the cutout portions are provided at or near the corners on the compression side, the effect (i) can be obtained.
(Ix) Further, in the tubular body having a rectangular cross section, since the cutout portion is provided near the surface on the compression side of the side surface, the effect (i) can be obtained.
(X) Furthermore, since the central portion of the single notch formed in the tubular body having a rectangular cross section is greatly deformed and the width is enlarged, the effect (i) can be obtained.
(Xi) Further, in the tubular body having a rectangular cross section, the surface sandwiched between the pair of notches is deformed so as to be recessed inward, so that the effect (i) is obtained.
(Xii) Since the reinforcing plate is installed on the inner surface of the tubular body on the pulling side, the reinforcing plate functions as an impact energy absorber, and the effect (i) is promoted.
(Xiii) Since both side edges of the reinforcing plate are joined to the tube body and one end edge is joined to the base plate, the force acting on the joint portion between the base plate and the tube body is alleviated, and the joint portion Since the rupture of is delayed, the effect (i) is promoted.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view showing the embodiment shown in FIG.

In FIG. 6, (a) shows the initial stage of deformation, and (b) and (c) show the final stage of deformation. Since the

In FIG. 7, (a) shows the initial stage of deformation, and (b) and (c) show the final stage of deformation.
Since the

In FIG. 8, (a) shows the initial stage of deformation, and (b) shows the final stage of deformation.

At this time, since excessive tensile force does not act on the welded

FIG. 21 is a perspective view schematically showing the deformation behavior when the
In FIG. 21, a

When the load to be bent increases, the range is greatly plastically deformed in a cross-sectional Ω (omega) shape.

[Embodiment 7: Square steel pipe with side longitudinal slit]
FIG. 22 is a perspective view showing a tubular support according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those in the fourth embodiment, and a part of the description is omitted.
In FIG. 22A,
