Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle drive control device, a vehicle drive control method, and an overvoltage protection circuit that control the output of a motor.
By the way, in the above prior art, when the output power of the generator becomes excessive, the output voltage is excessively connected in parallel with the motor so that the supply power to the motor can be prevented from increasing. It is conceivable to use an overvoltage protection circuit (discharge resistor) that consumes a minute amount.
However, in the method using the discharge resistor, when the temperature of the discharge resistor changes, the power consumption of the discharge resistor changes and the power supplied to the motor may change.
The present invention has been made in view of the above prior art, and is capable of making the power consumption more appropriate for the overvoltage protection circuit as a whole, the vehicle drive control method, the vehicle drive control method, and the vehicle It is an object to provide a drive control device.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a vehicle drive control device according to the present invention drives a main drive wheel with an internal combustion engine, drives a generator with the internal combustion engine, and uses the output power of the generator to drive a driven wheel. And a pulse signal is input to the gate terminal of the transistor of the overvoltage protection circuit that includes a discharge resistor and a transistor connected in series with each other to reduce the voltage applied to the motor. The carrier frequency is controlled.
In the vehicle drive control device of the present invention, since the switching loss can be adjusted by controlling the switching frequency of the transistor of the overvoltage protection circuit, even if the power consumption of the discharge resistor changes, the overvoltage protection circuit as a whole Power consumption can be made more appropriate.

In step S2, the temperature of the discharge resistor 13 (overvoltage protection circuit 3) is detected based on the discharge resistance temperature detection value output from the resistance
Next, the process proceeds to step S3, and based on the temperature of the

In step S5, the duty control of the discharge resistance drive FET is performed, and then the calculation process is terminated.
On the other hand, in step S6, the driving FET full ON control is performed, and then the calculation process is terminated.
<Specific operation>
Next, the operation of the vehicle drive device of the present embodiment will be described based on a specific situation.
First, when the vehicle starts to climb on an uphill slope (the rollback operation is performed), the regenerative power of the

<Action and effect>
(1) Thus, in the vehicle drive control device of the present embodiment, a pulse signal is input to the gate terminal of the
For example, by adjusting the duty ratio of the pulse signal input to the
Incidentally, when the power output from the
(2) The carrier frequency f of the pulse signal is controlled based on the temperature of the
(3) Furthermore, the carrier frequency f of the pulse signal is controlled when the temperature of the
Incidentally, the
For example, when the temperature of the
