However, in Patent Document 1, two operations, that is, a waterproof sheet expansion operation and an attachment operation to both side walls are required, which requires labor of about 2 people × 30 minutes. Further, in Patent Document 2, the waterproof sheet is lifted and stretched by a spring force, but after that, it is necessary to attach both ends of the waterproof sheet to both side walls with screws or the like, and about 1 person × 30 minutes Requires labor.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet-type waterproof door that can perform a lifting and expanding work of a waterproof sheet and an attaching work to both side walls by a substantially one-touch operation. It is what.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a sheet-type waterproof door for closing a passage opening formed by a floor surface and both side walls of a building or the like, and at a corner portion between the floor surface and both side walls, When used, it is locked by standing on both side walls, and when not in use, a mounting column is provided to be able to fall down along the floor surface. The waterproof sheet provides a sheet-type waterproof door characterized in that a lower end portion is fixed to the floor side in a water-tight manner, and both end portions are fixed to an attachment column in a water-tight manner.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the floor is formed with a lateral groove with a lid that can store a lying mounting column and a waterproof sheet, and the both side walls can store a vertical mounting column. It is preferable that a groove is formed and a packing is interposed between the vertical groove and the mounting column.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the both side walls or the longitudinal groove is provided with a rotation locking handle capable of locking the upright mounting column in the upright position.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that a holder for holding the upright mounting columns and holding both sides is attached to the both side walls or the vertical groove.

It is preferable that a reinforcing material such as a rope is provided at the upper end of the waterproof sheet.

As in claim 6, it is preferable that the central portion of the upper end portion of the waterproof sheet is raised in an upward substantially trapezoidal shape.

According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the waterproof sheet can be rolled up so as to be parallel to a mounting column that is laid down when not in use.

According to the present invention, if the mounting pillars lying down along the floor surface when not in use are erected and locked along both side walls when in use, the waterproof sheet automatically follows the standing of the mounting pillars. As a result, the waterproof sheet can be lifted and extended and attached to both side walls with almost one-touch operation. And, when working alone, it is only necessary to stand and lock the mounting pillar on one side and then lock it by raising the mounting pillar on the other side. That's it.

According to the second aspect, when not in use, the lying mounting pillar and the waterproof sheet can be stored in the lateral groove with the lid on the floor surface. Since the column can be stored, the mounting column and lock do not protrude from both side walls even when not in use. Moreover, the watertightness between this can be ensured by interposing packing between the vertical groove and the mounting column.

According to the third aspect, the mounting column can be locked at the standing position by one touch only by rotating the rotation locking handle.

According to the fourth aspect, the mounting column is positioned at the upright position by the holder and is not displaced by water pressure or the like.

According to the fifth aspect, it is possible to prevent the upper end portion of the waterproof sheet from extending due to water pressure or the like and the sheet height from being lowered.

According to the sixth aspect, even if the center portion of the upper end portion of the waterproof sheet extends due to water pressure or the like and the sheet height is lowered, the sheet height can be compensated by the raised portion. Can be prevented. In addition, when the waterproof column is rolled up so that it is parallel to the mounting column when the mounting column is laid down when not in use, the upper end of the waterproof sheet is less likely to overlap, so the outer diameter when rolled up can be reduced. it can.

According to the seventh aspect, when the waterproof sheet is rolled up so as to be parallel to the mounting column that is laid down when not in use, the storage space for the lateral groove can be reduced, and the rise and extension during use can be made smooth.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a sheet-type waterproof door 5 for closing a passage opening 4 formed by a floor surface 1 and both side walls 2 and 3 of a building or the like. FIG. (B) is a front view of (a). 3A is a plan view of the waterproof sheet 10 in the retracted state (when not in use), and FIG. 3B is a front view of FIG.

The floor surface 1 is covered with a lid 11 (see FIGS. 4B and 4C) that can be removed while being lifted by a handle 11a when in use, and a transverse groove 12 is formed in a direction perpendicular to the passage. The side walls 2 and 3 are respectively formed with vertical grooves 13 in a direction perpendicular to the passage so as to be continuous with both end portions of the horizontal grooves 12.

At the corners of the horizontal grooves 12 on the floor surface 1 and the vertical grooves 13 on both side walls 2 and 3, when used in FIG. 1A and FIG. 3a and 3b, the lower ends 14a and 15a of the mounting pillars 14 and 15 that are lying down in the lateral groove 12 along the floor surface 1 are hinged when not in use. The brackets 16 (see FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b)) are attached to the bottom of the lateral groove 12 so as to be freely tilted.

Further, the flexible waterproof sheet 10 that closes the passage opening 4 when used in the lifted / expanded state has a lower end portion 10a at the bottom of the lateral groove 12 of the floor surface 1 via an attachment plate 17 as shown in FIG. Both ends 10b are fixed to the inner side surfaces of the mounting columns 14 and 15 with bolts or the like via mounting plates 18 respectively. The waterproof sheet 10 is composed of, for example, a base fabric that can withstand water pressure, and a resin or rubber coated on the surface thereof.

As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), holders 20 that hold the both sides of the mounting columns 14 and 15 from the standing direction and hold the both sides are vertically positioned at the bottom of the vertical groove 13 of the side walls 2 and 3. Are attached in two stages.

Further, the bottom side of the vertical groove 13 and the bottom part of the horizontal groove 12 are formed on the bottom side surface and the lower end of the vertical column 13 of the mounting columns 14 and 15 as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b). A hollow packing 21 is attached in contact with the.

Further, at the upper position of the bottom of the vertical groove 13 on both side walls 2 and 3, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), a rotation mechanism for locking the upper end portions 14b and 15b of the mounting columns 14 and 15 raised. A stop handle 22 is provided. The rotation locking handle 22 is rotatably supported by support shafts 23 erected on the bottoms of the vertical grooves 13 of the side walls 2 and 3, respectively, and has an operation portion 22a and a locking portion 22b. Yes.

Before the mounting columns 14 and 15 are erected, the mounting columns 14 and 15 are rotated to the position A in FIG. 5B, and after the mounting columns 14 and 15 are erected, the operation portion 22a is grasped by hand and B in FIG. By rotating to the position, the locking portion 22b locks the upper end portions 14b, 15b of the mounting columns 14, 15, and holds the mounting columns 14, 15 so as not to fall inward.

As shown in FIG. 6, inclined surfaces 14c and 15c that rise obliquely are formed on the upper end portions 14b and 15b of the mounting columns 14 and 15 in the rotation direction to the position B of the locking portion 22b of the rotation locking handle 22, respectively. In this case, when the upper end portions 14b and 15b are locked by the locking portion 22b, the packing 21 is pressed against the bottom portion of the vertical groove 13 and the bottom portion of the horizontal groove 12, so that the watertightness is improved and the reaction force of the packing 21 is improved. Since the inclined surfaces 14c and 15c press the locking portion 22b inward, the rotation locking handle 22 does not rotate inadvertently from the B position toward the A position.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the central portion 10d of the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 in the lifted / stretched state is raised in an upward trapezoidal shape. Further, as shown in FIG. 5A, the waterproof sheet 10 is provided with a reinforcing member 24 such as a rope having both ends 24a fixed to the mounting columns 14 and 15, as shown in FIG.

If the sheet-type waterproof door 5 is configured as described above, when not in use, the mounting columns 14 and 15 are laid down in the lateral groove 12 and the waterproof sheet 10 is rolled up as shown in FIG. The horizontal groove 12 is covered with a lid 11.

When working alone, when working alone, after removing the lid 11, the one mounting column 14 in the lateral groove 12 is raised, and its upper end 14b is locked with the rotation locking handle 22 ( Then, the other mounting column 15 in the lateral groove 12 is erected, and the upper end portion 15 b is locked (locked) with the rotation locking handle 22.

The flexible waterproof sheet 10 wound up and stored in the lateral groove 12 following the standing of the mounting pillars 14 and 15 is automatically lifted and stretched. The extension work and the work of attaching the mounting posts 14 and 15 to the both side walls 2 and 3 can be performed by almost one-touch operation. When this work is performed by one person, basically, the mounting columns 14 and 15 are merely raised and locked, so that it takes about 5 minutes.

In addition, when not in use, the mounted mounting columns 14 and 15 and the waterproof sheet 10 can be stored in the lateral groove 12 with the lid 11 on the floor 1, so that it is safe and in use, the side walls 2 and 3 Since the mounting columns 14 and 15 can be stored in the vertical groove 13, the mounting columns 14 and 15 and the rotation locking handle 22 do not protrude from the side walls 2 and 3 even when not in use.

Furthermore, by providing the packing 21 between the vertical groove 13 and the mounting columns 14 and 15, watertightness between them can be secured.

In addition, since the vertical locking groove 13 is provided with a rotation locking handle 22 capable of locking the standing mounting pillars 14 and 15 in the standing position, only the rotation operation of the rotation locking handle 22 is performed. 15 can be locked in the standing position with one touch.

Furthermore, since the upright mounting columns 14 and 15 are fitted in the vertical groove 13 and the holder 20 is attached to hold the both sides, the mounting columns 14 and 15 are positioned at the upright position by the holder 20 and the hydraulic pressure is increased. It will not be displaced by etc.

In addition, since the reinforcing member 24 such as a rope is provided at the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10, it is possible to prevent the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 from being extended due to water pressure or the like to reduce the seat height.

In particular, since the central portion 10d of the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 is raised in an upward substantially trapezoidal shape, the waterproof sheet 10 is caused by water pressure or the like from the direction of the arrow D as shown in FIG. Swells like a two-dot chain line a, and even if the central portion 10d of the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 extends to lower the sheet height as shown in FIG. 1B (see the two-dot chain line b). Since the sheet height can be compensated for by the raised portion, it is possible to prevent the sheet height from being lowered as a result.

Further, by raising the central portion 10d of the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 into a substantially trapezoidal shape upward, the mounting columns 14 and 15 are laid down when not in use, and the waterproof sheet 10 is parallel to the mounting columns 14 and 15 Since the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 is difficult to overlap when rolled up, the outer diameter when rolled up can be reduced.

That is, as shown in FIG. 8A, if the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 is in a horizontal state, the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 is folded into a substantially U shape when the mounting columns 14 and 15 are laid down. Therefore, when the wire is rolled in the direction of arrow C, the reinforcing material 24 such as a rope overlaps, so that the outer diameter when rolled up becomes large.

On the other hand, if the central portion 10d of the upper end portion 10c of the waterproof sheet 10 is raised as shown in FIG. Since it is folded in the shape of a letter, when it is rolled up in the direction of arrow C, the reinforcing material 24 such as a rope is difficult to overlap, so the outer diameter when rolled up becomes smaller.

Thus, if the waterproof sheet is rolled up so as to be parallel to the mounting pillars 14 and 15 that are laid down when not in use, the storage space for the lateral groove 12 can be reduced, and the rise and extension during use can be reduced.
