Although this foot-wiping mat can prevent a sticky feeling, it has been difficult to say that sufficient consideration has been given to water absorption for quickly removing moisture from wet feet.
Japanese Patent No. 3177833

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems existing in the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to quickly absorb water such as wet feet after bathing, and to feel sticky. It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile and a highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile for water absorption.

The highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile of the present invention that achieves the above object is
A non-water-absorbing filament having a substantially cylindrical shape and having a density of 0.05 to 0.8 denier is densely arranged radially in the radial direction around the axis of the pile and densely arranged in the axial direction.
A substantially cylindrical outer peripheral surface is formed by the tip of each filament.

A pile consists of 0.05 to 0.8 denier extremely thin non-water-absorbing filaments that are radially arranged in the radial direction around the axis of the pile and are densely arranged in the axial direction. For this reason, in each circular cross section of a pile having a substantially cylindrical shape, the filament becomes more dense as it goes inward.

Therefore, since a strong water absorption force acts toward the inside of the pile due to capillary action, each pile can quickly absorb a relatively large amount of water toward the inside of each circular cross section.

On the contrary, the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral portion, which is the outer portion of each circular cross section in the water-absorbed pile, has a low moisture content due to capillary action. In other words, the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral surface portion of the substantially cylindrical pile is formed by the tip of the non-water-absorbing filament, so that the area occupied by the fiber is relatively small and the fiber itself maintains a non-wetting state. To do. Therefore, the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral portion of the pile in a state where moisture has been absorbed is easily maintained in a relatively dry state, and stickiness is less likely to occur.

Therefore, this pile can quickly absorb water such as wet feet after hot water, and can realize high water absorption and high drying property that does not easily cause stickiness. This pile consists of a material in which the filaments constituting each pile are non-water-absorbing, and the filaments are densely arranged radially in the radial direction around the pile axis and densely arranged in the axial direction. In addition, both the structure in which the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the pile is formed by the tip of each filament is excellent in centrifugal dewaterability or other dewaterability and dryness after dewatering.

The high water absorption high drying pile is most suitable for water absorption.

A highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile mat using the pile includes a base fabric and a large number of the piles, and the multiple piles are placed on the base fabric in a state where the base portion of each pile is bonded to the base fabric. It can be arranged. This highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile mat is optimal for foot wipes.

The highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile of the present invention may have a substantially convex curved surface formed by the tips of the radially arranged filaments that constitute the pile.

In this case, the tip of the pile has a substantially convex curved surface formed by the tip of the filament in which 0.05 to 0.8 denier non-water-absorbing filaments are radially arranged. The filament becomes more dense as it goes inward. Therefore, since a strong water absorption force acts inward of the pile due to capillary action, the tip of each pile can absorb water quickly inward. Conversely, the tip of the pile that has absorbed water has a low moisture content due to capillary action. In addition, since the substantially convex curved tip is formed by the tip of the non-water-absorbing filament, the area occupied by the fiber is relatively small, and the fiber itself maintains a non-wetting state. For this reason, the tip of the pile that has absorbed moisture is easily maintained in a relatively dry state, and stickiness is less likely to occur.

In addition, the high water absorption high drying pile is formed by twisting a loop portion of a morning yarn having a non-water absorbing filament of 0.05 to 0.8 denier as a decorative yarn, with the core yarn of the morning yarn as a center. A substantially cylindrical shape can be formed.

In this case, the pile is formed by twisting the loop portion of the molding yarn around the core yarn of the molding yarn, that is, the end portion from one base portion of the loop portion of the molding yarn constituting the loop portion. The part which comprises an edge part from the part to perform and the other base part twists around the core yarn of both parts, and forms a substantially cylindrical shape.

The highly water-absorbing and highly drying pile according to the present invention has an extremely thin non-water-absorbing filament of 0.05 to 0.8 denier densely arranged radially in the radial direction around the axis of the pile, and in the axial direction. Since a large number of piles are arranged on the base fabric, a relatively large amount of water can be quickly absorbed toward the inside of each circular cross section, and the moisture is absorbed. The substantially cylindrical outer peripheral portion of the pile is easy to maintain a relatively dry state and is less likely to feel sticky. Moreover, it is excellent in centrifugal dehydration or other dehydration properties and drying properties after dehydration. Therefore, this pile is optimal for water absorption.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The drawings all relate to a highly absorbent and highly dry pile mat for foot wiping using a highly absorbent and highly dry pile as an example of an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view, FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic enlarged cross-sectional view of a pile, and FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a part of a process of forming a pile with a molding yarn.

This high water-absorbing and highly drying pile mat A for foot wiping has a large number of piles P each having a substantially cylindrical shape disposed on a base fabric S, and the base of each pile P is bonded to the base fabric S. .

Each pile P is formed of a molding yarn M having a non-water-absorbing polyester filament F of 0.3 denier as a decorative yarn. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, after forming the loop portion R by the molding yarn M on the base fabric S, the end portion from one base portion of the loop portion R is formed in the molding yarn M constituting the loop portion R. The part which comprises an edge part from the part to comprise and the other base part twists around the core thread C of both parts, and forms the substantially cylindrical pile P shown in FIG. For example, after forming the loop portion R by the molding yarn M on the base fabric S using the strong twist molding yarn M, each loop portion R is formed of the molding yarn M by performing heat treatment (heat treatment in the dyeing process is preferable). It can be twisted around the core yarn C.

Each pile P formed in this manner has a substantially cylindrical shape, and 0.3 denier non-water-absorbing filaments F are densely arranged so as to radiate substantially radially about the axis of the pile P. And it is densely arranged in the axial direction, and the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the pile P is formed by the tip of each filament F. The tip portion Pa of the pile P has a substantially convex curved surface formed by the tip portions of the filaments F that are radially arranged to constitute the pile P.

A large number of piles P arranged on the base fabric S are densely arranged such that an extremely thin non-water-absorbing filament F of 0.3 denier is radially formed around the axis of the pile P and radially. Since they are densely arranged in the axial direction, the filaments F become more dense as they go inward in each circular cross section of the substantially circular pile P. Further, since the tip portion Pa of the pile P has a substantially convex curved surface shape formed by the tip portion of the filament F in which the non-water-absorbing filament F of 0.3 denier is radially arranged, the substantially convex curved surface tip portion The filament F becomes more dense as it goes inward. Therefore, a strong water absorption force acts toward the inside of the pile P due to the capillary phenomenon, so that each pile P causes a relatively large amount of water to enter the inside of each circular transverse section or the tip of the substantially convex curved surface. It can absorb water quickly toward the direction.

On the contrary, the outer peripheral surface portion of the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral portion or the substantially convex curved distal end portion which is the outer portion of each circular cross section in the absorbed pile P is in a state of low water content due to capillary action. In other words, the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral surface portion and the substantially convex curved tip portion of the pile P having a substantially cylindrical shape are formed by the tip portion of the non-water-absorbing filament F, so that the area occupied by the fiber is relatively small. And the fiber itself maintains a non-wetting state. Therefore, the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral portion of the pile P in a state where moisture has been absorbed is easy to maintain a relatively dry state, and a sticky feeling is unlikely to occur.

Therefore, this pile mat A can quickly absorb moisture such as wet feet from hot water, and can realize high water absorption and high drying property that does not easily cause stickiness. The pile mat A is densely arranged so that the filaments F constituting the piles P are non-water-absorbing, and the filaments F are radially formed around the axis of the piles P. In addition, the tip end portion Pa of the pile P has a substantially convex curved surface shape with the filaments F arranged radially, and the substantially cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the pile P and the substantially convex curved surface portion of the tip portion are The centrifugal dewaterability or other dewaterability and the dryness after dewatering are superior to both the structure formed by the tip of each filament F.

The filament F is 0.05 to 0.8 denier, preferably 0.1 to 0.5 denier, preferably 0.2 to 0.4 denier. The material of the filament F can be, for example, polyamide, polypropylene, or polyethylene filament F in addition to polyester.

The core yarn C can be a water absorbent yarn and / or a non-water absorbent yarn. In the case of the molding yarn M in which the filament F as a decorative yarn is fused using a heat-sealing yarn as a part or all of the core yarn C, the filament F can be prevented from falling off with high certainty.

The shape of the pile P can be, for example, a substantially cylindrical shape whose axial direction length is 1.5 to 10 times the diameter. Preferably, the axial length is 2 to 8 times the diameter, more preferably the axial length is about 3 to 6 times the diameter. By making the area of the side peripheral surface of the pile P having a substantially cylindrical shape relatively large, a pile mat A having excellent moisture absorption can be obtained. The length of the pile P in the axial direction can be set to, for example, 5 to 80 mm. It is preferably 15 to 50 mm. In addition, although it is preferable that the diameter of the pile P is substantially constant in an axial direction, it is not necessarily restricted to this.

Each pile P in the pile mat A can be the same shape and the same size, but it can also be a pile mat A including a plurality of types of piles P having different shapes and sizes. It is preferable that the pile P is provided densely with respect to the base fabric S so that the base fabric S cannot be seen between the piles P from above. Although the pile P can be provided with respect to the base fabric S at equal intervals, it is not necessarily restricted to this.

The base fabric S can be made of water absorbent fibers. Since the base part of each pile P is couple | bonded with the base fabric S, when the base fabric S further absorbs the water | moisture content which the pile P absorbed, many piles P arrange | positioned on the base fabric S can absorb water. It is possible to more effectively prevent the pile P from feeling sticky by increasing the total amount of moisture. In addition, the base fabric S does not necessarily need to consist of a water absorbing fiber.

It should be noted that the dimensions, number, material, shape, relative arrangement, etc. of the component parts in the description of the above embodiments are limited to the scope of the present invention unless otherwise specified. It is not intended to be limiting, but merely an illustrative example.
