Abstract

前記駆動回路は、
前記駆動回路の出力端電圧を入力し、直流電圧に変換する交直流変換手段と、
前記交直流変換手段による直流電圧を予め定められた閾値と比較する比較手段と、
前記比較手段による比較結果が、前記交直流変換手段による直流電圧が前記閾値を超えるものである場合には、前記交流電流の電圧値を下げる電圧制御手段からなるキャビテーション抑制回路を備えることを特徴とする。
前記駆動回路は、
マイクと、
前記マイクによる音声信号のうち、所定周波数の信号のみを通過させるフィルターと、
前記フィルター出力を予め定められた閾値と比較する比較手段と、
前記比較手段による比較結果が、前記フィルター出力が前記閾値を超えるものである場合には、前記交流電流の電圧値を下げる電圧制御手段からなるキャビテーション抑制回路を備えることを特徴とする。
前記駆動回路は、

前記第2の比較手段による比較結果が、前記フィルター出力が前記第2の閾値を超えるものである場合には、前記交流電流の電圧値を下げる第2の電圧制御手段からなるキャビテーション抑制回路を備えることを特徴とする。

- 超音波力学的治療に使用され、駆動回路と、該駆動回路が出力する交流電流に応じた周波数および振幅にて振動するハンドピースとを備える超音波手術器において、
前記駆動回路は、
前記駆動回路の出力端電圧を入力し、直流電圧に変換する交直流変換手段と、
前記交直流変換手段による直流電圧を予め定められた閾値と比較する比較手段と、
前記比較手段による比較結果が、前記交直流変換手段による直流電圧が前記閾値を超えるものである場合には、前記交流電流の電圧値を下げる電圧制御手段からなるキャビテーション抑制回路を備えることを特徴とする超音波手術器。 - 駆動回路と、該駆動回路が出力する交流電流に応じた周波数および振幅にて振動するハンドピースとを備える超音波手術器において、
前記駆動回路は、
マイクと、
前記マイクによる音声信号のうち、所定周波数の信号のみを通過させるフィルターと、
前記フィルター出力を予め定められた閾値と比較する比較手段と、
前記比較手段による比較結果が、前記フィルター出力が前記閾値を超えるものである場合には、前記交流電流の電圧値を下げる電圧制御手段からなるキャビテーション抑制回路を備えることを特徴とする超音波手術器。 - 駆動回路と、該駆動回路が出力する交流電流に応じた周波数および振幅にて振動するハンドピースとを備える超音波手術器において、
前記駆動回路は、

マイクと、
前記マイクによる音声信号のうち、所定周波数の信号のみを通過させるフィルターと、
前記フィルター出力を予め定められた第2の閾値と比較する第2の比較手段と、
前記第2の比較手段による比較結果が、前記フィルター出力が前記第2の閾値を超えるものである場合には、前記交流電流の電圧値を下げる第2の電圧制御手段からなるキャビテーション抑制回路を備えることを特徴とする超音波手術器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の超音波手術器において、
駆動回路は、ホーンが周波数10〜200KHzであり、振幅1〜10μmで振動する交流電流を出力することを特徴とする超音波手術器。 - 請求項4記載の超音波手術器において、
駆動回路は、ホーンが周波数15〜100KHzであり、振幅1〜10μmで振動する交流電流を出力することを特徴とする超音波手術器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の超音波手術器において、
駆動回路は、出力値として設定された振幅の値に対し、その1/2以下の振幅からからスタートし、序々に設定された振幅値まで上げることを特徴とする超音波手術器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の超音波手術器において、
ハンドピースは、その先端部を覆うキャップを備えることを特徴とする超音波手術器。
