Abstract
【解決手段】トラクターなどのエンジンから排出する高温の排気ガスを用い、消毒すべき土壌にあらかじめ散布した消石灰等により排気ガス中の二酸化炭素や硫黄酸化物などをそれぞれ無害なカルシウム塩として固定し、これらの気体成分の環境への漏出を極力抑えながら土壌を消毒できる装置並びに方法を提供する。

本発明において使用した23馬力のトラクターの排気ガス及び比較のために測定したガソリン車のアイドリング時の成分分析結果を表1に示す。

Claims (8)
- トラクターなどの農作業用機械のエンジンからの排気ガスを誘導するためにパイプ及び 誘導管を設け、この誘導管の分岐末端部として排気ガスを土壌に送入する複数のインジェクターを設け、各インジェクターの下端部に排気ガスを土壌中に送り込む複数の噴出孔を設け、土壌中を上記複数のインジェクターを牽引走行し得るように構成したことを特徴とするトラクターなどの農作業用機械のエンジンからの排気ガスを用いる土壌消毒装置。
- トラクターなどの農作業用機械のエンジンからの排気ガスは耐熱性の保温材で外側を断熱構造としたパイプ及びフレキシブル管からなる前記誘導管を経て耐熱性の素材で内壁を断熱構造とした分配管に導入し、この分配管にフランジを有する複数の分岐管を溶接し、この上記分岐管に耐熱性のパッキンを介してボルト及びナットにより上記フランジに適合する相フランジを設けたインジェクターを接続し、そのインジェクターの下端部に設けた複数の前記噴出孔から土壌中に排気ガスを送り込むように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の土壌消毒装置。
- 前記分配管及びそれと一体であるインジェクターは前記トラクターのロータリ装置と連動して大きく上下することができるように構成し、更にハンドルを回転してインジェクターの土壌中の深度を細かく上下して設定することのできる手動の昇降機を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の土壌消毒装置。
- 前記インジェクターは進行方向に湾曲したブーメラン形のプレートで、土壌中を牽引したとき土壌より受ける抵抗を小さくできるように、このブーメラン形のプレートの前後の辺縁部は鋭角とし、このプレートの中央にプレートの厚さより僅かに大きな径を持つパイプを溶接して埋め込み、このパイプを有するインジェクターを土壌中に挿入し、そのパイプの先端部から排気ガスを放出できる複数の前記噴出孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2及び3記載の土壌消毒装置。
- 前記分配管に設けられた分岐管の配列は横2列で、この分岐管に装着されたインジェクターはトラクターによって牽引される際、進行方向の土壌から受ける抵抗を小さくできるようにすべてのインジェクターのプレート面が並行になるように設定し、且つ、1列目と2列目のインジェクターの配列は相互にジグザグをなして重なり合わないように設定し、これらのインジェクターの先端部はすべて土壌中において同じ深度に位置するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の土壌消毒装置。
- 前記インジェクターの下端部は土壌を耕運しながら土壌中に挿入して牽引走行できるように、インジェクターをロータリ装置の後方に配設したことを特徴とする請求項5記載の土壌消毒装置。
- 請求項1記載の土壌の消毒装置を用いて、土壌中に前記トラクターのエンジンからの排気ガスを送り込み、この排気ガスの熱、若しくはこの排気ガスの熱と排気ガスの成分により土壌を消毒することを特徴とする土壌消毒方法。
- 消毒すべき土壌にあらかじめ生石灰または消石灰を散布してから、前記トラクターのエンジンからの排気ガスを土壌中に送り込み、その排気ガスに含まれる人体や環境等に有害な酸性の気体成分を水分の存在下でカルシウム塩として固定することにより、これら有害な気体成分の空気中への放散を防ぐことを特徴とする請求項7記載の土壌消毒方法。
