Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a transparent liquid cleansing composition for removing makeup cosmetics.
Conventional preparations intended to dissolve and remove makeup cosmetics with oils include emulsion types such as emulsions and creams in which oils are emulsified in water with nonionic surfactants, and surfactant structures. There are an oil gel type in which an oil agent is held by liquid crystal or the like, and an oil type type in which a nonionic surfactant is added as an emulsifier and dissolved in the oil agent.
In recent years, makeup cosmetics that are difficult to fall off, such as waterproof mascara, have become popular. However, waterproof mascara forms a film to which wax adheres and cannot be removed unless it is dissolved with oil. In the emulsification type, since the oil is finely and stably dispersed in the aqueous phase, the inherent cleaning power of the oil cannot be exhibited, and the makeup removing power is not sufficient. The oil gel type, in which oil is dispersed or solubilized in the surfactant structure, has a make-up removal power, but is thickened in a gel shape, so that it can fully exert its original make-up removal power. Had the problem that it had to be rubbed many times. The oil type has the highest detergency because the oil acts directly on the dirt, but there is a problem that it is oily when used and rinsed, leaving an oily feeling.
Patent Document 1 reports a one-phase cleansing composition with improved stretch, containing two types of nonionic surfactants having different HLBs, a water-soluble compound having a hydroxyl group, a liquid oil and water. Yes. However, such a cleansing composition has a problem that it is difficult to maintain stability in a wide temperature range. In addition, this cleansing composition may form a transparent gel (gel: liquid crystal structure), which causes a problem in makeup removal. Further, the blending ratio of the oil agent is high, the agent itself has an oily feeling, and the oily feeling remains on the skin after washing.
Patent Document 2 reports that a detergent composition comprising a combination of two non-aqueous surfactants, an oil agent and a polar organic solvent has a large stable temperature range. However, since this composition does not contain water, a refreshing feeling as a cleansing composition cannot be obtained at the time of washing off.
As described in Non-Patent Document 1, it is known that a clouding point of a nonionic surfactant is controlled by blending a water-soluble solvent to obtain a composition that is stable against temperature changes. However, when only a water-soluble solvent having a hydroxyl group in the molecule of 2 or less is used, the amount of solubilization of the oil agent decreases, and as a result, the detergency decreases. On the other hand, a composition in which the solubilizing amount of the oil agent is increased by using a water-soluble solvent having 3 or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule and the detergency is improved is not sufficiently stable against temperature change.
Patent Document 3 describes a one-phase microemulsion composition that contains two types of nonionic surfactants, an oil component, a specific aqueous solvent, and water, and is stable over a wide temperature range. However, when this microemulsion composition is used as a cleansing composition, sufficient detergency cannot be obtained in makeup cosmetics other than silicone.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cleansing composition that is excellent in stability over a wide temperature range, does not feel oily during use, can quickly lift up a waterproof mascara, and can be washed away without a residual feeling.
The present inventors have used a specific nonionic surfactant, an oil agent, two specific water-soluble solvents, and water in combination, so that the mascara has excellent stability in a wide temperature range, does not feel oily, and does not easily fall off. It has been found that a cleansing composition can be obtained that can quickly float up and the like and can be washed away without a residual feeling.

The present invention includes the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E):
(A) 5-50% by mass of nonionic surfactant of HLB8 or more,
(B) 10 to 40% by mass of an oil agent having a viscosity at 30 ° C. of 15 mPa · s or less,
(C) 10 to 60% by mass of a water-soluble solvent having 3 or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule,
(D) 10 to 60% by mass of a water-soluble solvent having 1 or 2 hydroxyl groups in the molecule;
(E) Water 5-50 mass%
And a transparent liquid cleansing composition having a total content of components (C), (D) and (E) of 40 to 80% by mass.
The cleansing composition of the present invention is excellent in stability in a wide temperature range (0 to 50 ° C.), has no oily feeling during use, can quickly lift up a waterproof mascara, etc. It can be washed away.
The nonionic surfactant of component (A) used in the present invention is HLB8 or more. If it is less than HLB8, it is not preferable because it cannot be washed away with no residual feeling.
Here, HLB (hydrophilic / lipophilic balance) indicates the molecular weight of the hydrophilic group part in the total molecular weight of the surfactant. For polyoxyethylene-based nonionic surfactants, the following Griffin (Griffin) ).
HLB価 = E/5
HLB value = E / 5
E:% by mass of the polyoxyethylene moiety contained in the surfactant molecule
Specifically, polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters such as polyethylene glycol (12) monolaurate, polyethylene glycol alkyl ethers such as polyethylene glycol (20) octyldodecyl ether, and polyethylene glycol alkyl phenyl ethers such as polyethylene glycol (20) nonylphenyl ether. Polyethylene glycol castor oil derivatives such as polyethylene glycol (50) castor oil, polyethylene glycol hydrogenated castor oil derivatives such as polyethylene glycol (60) hydrogenated castor oil monoisolaurate, polyethylene such as polyethylene glycol (20) sorbitan monostearate Polyethylene glycol surfactants such as glycol sorbitan fatty acid esters; monoisostearyl Polyglycerol fatty acid esters of acid diglycerol and the like; sucrose fatty acid esters of sucrose stearate and the like; polyglycerol alkyl ethers hexyl ether to diglycerol 2-ethyl alkylpolyglucoside, and the like. Furthermore, among these, those having 8 or more carbon atoms in the hydrophobic group are preferred because of good rinsing properties.
Of these, polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters, polyethylene glycol alkyl ethers, polyglycerin fatty acid esters, polyethylene glycol sorbitan fatty acid esters, sucrose fatty acid esters, and alkyl polyglucosides have better cleaning performance against oily and water-soluble soils. This is more preferable. Further, among these, polyglycerin fatty acid ester and alkyl polyglucoside are preferable because they have good cleaning performance against oily soil.
One or more types of component (A) can be used, and 5 to 50% by mass, particularly 10 to 30% by mass is preferably contained in the total composition. Within this range, familiarity with makeup is good, dirt can be lifted, and it can be washed away with no stickiness and no residual feeling.
The oil agent of component (B) used in the present invention is liquid at room temperature and has a viscosity at 30 ° C. of 15 mPa · s or less, preferably 10 mPa · s or less. Here, the viscosity is measured with a BM viscometer (manufactured by Tokimec, measurement conditions: rotor No. 1, 60 rpm).
Such an oil agent having a low viscosity has a high detergency and a high detergency against oily makeup stains such as an oily mascara because it has a high permeability to fine parts and a high solubility of stains. Furthermore, it is not accompanied by a strong oily feeling and the feeling of use is good.
As such an oil agent, liquid oils usually used in cosmetics can be used, for example, hydrocarbon oils such as liquid paraffin, liquid isoparaffin, hydrogenated polyisobutene, squalane; isostearic acid cholesteryl ester, isopropyl palmitate, myristic acid. Isopropyl, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, isopropyl isostearate, octadecyl myristate, cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, isononyl isononanoate, isotridecyl isononanoate, tri (2-ethylhexanoate) glycerin, tri (caprylic acid / capric acid) glycerin Ester oil such as alkyl ether ether such as alkyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether and nonylphenyl ether; Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, etc. And the like can be used terpene oil; animal and vegetable oils such as olive, methylcyclopentane polysiloxane, methyl polysiloxane, silicone oils such as methyl phenyl polysiloxane.
Of these, oils having a molecular weight of 300 or less are more preferred because of their high detergency. Specific examples include light liquid isoparaffin, hydrogenated polyisobutene, and other isoparaffins, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isononyl isononanoate, octamethyltrisiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopenta Examples thereof include siloxane. Furthermore, isoparaffin, especially isododecane is preferred.
Moreover, it is preferable to contain 30-100 mass% of isoparaffin and also isododecane in the oil agent of a component (B), since a cleaning power becomes high.
Light liquid isoparaffin is generally a mixture of branched hydrocarbons having 8 to 18 carbon atoms, and has a unique odor when it contains low molecular weight hydrocarbons. Since such an odor may not be preferred by the user, it is preferable that it contains as little as possible a low molecular weight component having 8 to 9 carbon atoms. On the other hand, when many hydrocarbons having 16 to 18 carbon atoms are contained, the detergency is poor and the oily feeling after use tends to be strong. From such a point, it is preferable to contain a lot of C10-15 isoparaffin hydrocarbons. Among them, it is preferable that a large amount of isododecane having 12 carbon atoms is contained from the balance of odor, feeling of use and cleansing performance.
As the light liquid isoparaffin, there are trade names such as Marcazole R (Maruzen Petrochemical Co., Ltd.), IP Solvent 1620, 2028 (Idemitsu Petrochemical Co., Ltd.), Isopar L, Isopar H (Exxon Chemical Co., Ltd.), Isosol 300, 400 ( As mentioned above, Marcazole R is particularly preferably used because it contains isododecane with high purity.
One or more components (B) can be used. In addition, although the oil agent whose viscosity in 30 degreeC exceeds 15 mPa * s may be used, the viscosity of the oil agent composition mixed with the oil agent of a component (B) is 15 mPa * s or less in 30 degreeC in that case Is preferred.
The component (B) is preferably contained in the total composition in an amount of 10 to 40% by mass, particularly 15 to 30% by mass, so that it can be washed away with no residual feeling while having sufficient detergency.
The mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is (A) :( B) = 1: 2 to 2: 1, particularly 1: 1 to 2: 1. As it is, it is preferable to wash away with no residual feeling.

Specifically, for example, monohydric alcohols such as ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, isobutanol; ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,4-butylene glycol, hexylene And glycols such as glycol and isoprene glycol.
Of these, 1,3-butylene glycol, isoprene glycol, propylene glycol, and dipropylene glycol are particularly preferable.
One or more components (D) can be used, and 10 to 60% by mass, particularly 10 to 30% by mass in the total composition is neat and clean without any stability and residual feeling in a wide temperature range. It is preferable because it can realize washing out property.
The mass ratio of component (C) to component (D) is (C) :( D) = 1: 3 to 3: 1, especially 1: 2 to 2: 1. This is preferable because both stability within a wide temperature range is realized.
The component (E) water is preferably contained in the total composition in an amount of 5 to 50% by mass, particularly 10 to 40% by mass, since it has a sufficient detergency and is washed away with no residual feeling.
